The house was pretty much as advertised. The location was lovely and right by the lake. Some of the games and amenities were not where we expected them to be (in a closet and the garage), but that wasn’t a big deal for our group. We were really there for the lake and on that the house delivered in spades! We had a great time.

Beautiful home. Had an issue with the jacuzzi leaking into the kitchen ceiling and dripping onto the table and floor. We could tell there had been other issues looking at the drywall. We called the property owner and verbalized it had happened before. We turned on the fan on high to dry out the ceiling. The property was beautiful but unfortunately, due to the rainy weekend and cooler temperatures, we couldn't enjoy the water activities. Would definitely return if we had a trip scheduled near that area.

For the money I was pleased with the large house, plenty of space and location was great. Bedrooms, living, room, play areas were great and dining room had a big table for lots of people. Check-in was fine, just a bit hard to open the lockbox; nothing big. Only issues: Oven was very dirty, served it's purpose, but dirty. As well, outside grill was VERY dirty and didn't work; so ended up not using it. Wasn't as luxury as indicated in the kitchen area.

We had a wonderful time! There are many activities for our active family.

Fantastic spot! We stayed here with 2 other couples and 5 kids total - the playground area was great for them and we loved the view of the water. I think the house is even better than the posting! There is a huge basement area with games and a couch/mini bar and then 4 bedrooms in the upstairs area - one bedroom has two separate rooms in it (one with a full bed and one with a twin and a bunk bed - 4 beds total) which was great for the toddler. We also put a pack and play in the master bedroom closet for the other toddler and there was plenty of space. Great spot and would stay here again!

As always the house had everything we needed and Frank was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

This is our fourth time staying and have never been disappointed yet This property has something for everyone, it is spacious and with the game room downstairs gives the kids a great escape to go play and keep occupied for hours Anytime i have ever had any questions or concerns , Frank is always very quick to respond to any of your questions The house has everything you will need to have a great experience, and i can' t wait to be back next year

absolutely a wonderful vacation home

Frank the owner was really responsive and accommodating. The property was great for a big family - between the kayaks, games and other amenities at Treasure Lake, we had a great time.

To begin, Frank was very accomodating about answering all my questions. He always responded quickly. There were 11 of us in this house and we had plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood is quiet and deer wandered thru everyday. The AC worked great and the beds were very comfortable. We used the kayaks everyday and the yard was great....playground, corn hole, chairs, grill. We set up volleyball. The kitchen was stocked well with a ton of silverware, plates and glasses. The cookware was plentiful, even having a blender, crockpots, 2 toasters and 2 coffee pots. The kitchen in the finished basement was great because we needed that extra fridge. We used the pool table and foos ball every night. A few things I did notice: the water is very hot!!! much hotter than ours at home so becareful! And with 11 of us it seemed to never run out.There are no towels and a bare minimum of starter supplies but we brought everything we needed. The lighting at the stove is kind of dim. I thought the house in general could have been a little cleaner, really needs a deep cleaning. The kitchen cabinets looked dirty and all the knobs were loose. The glass sliders were full of finger prints and some hair in the bathroom. Frank made me aware that we could only use New Providence beach and only on Mon-Thurs due to new regulations. We stayed Fri-Tues and Monday we went to the beach and it was closed. A person there had told us E coli caused it.Great place but many new rules.

This was our second time at Frank's house. We all love going to Treasure Lake. There was 8 of us ranging from one year to 82 years old. We all had plenty of space. Our favorite thing to do was go out on the kayaks. The lake is beautiful. Thank you.

The house is huge! We had 8 adults + 4 kids, and there were plenty of rooms and beds. There is also lots of seating for mealtimes. We hardly left the house because there are so many things to do - kayaking, campfires, playground, darts, pool, air hockey, poker, cornhole, and a flat yard which was great for football and bocce. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was great to have a second kitchen in the basement. It’s a quiet location and a short drive to a beach. The community swimming pool is very nice, clean, and has a great concession area. This was our first time at Treasure Lake and we will definitely be back!

The house was just what we were looking for to have a nice, clean, comfortable place to spend a week together for our family vacation. The house is in a nice quiet area with room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was a nice size and adequately supplied with cooking/eating utensils, pots & pans, as well as plates/cups/glassware, etc.The bedrooms are comfortable, although the one is really two connected rooms which posed a bit of a challenge to find enough places for 4 coupes to sleep as well as little ones. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had. The house is located on an inlet of the lake which was nice for kayaking away from the busier lake area. We will definitely consider returning again!!

We had a great time and stay for a small family reunion. The house is great and the yard, dock, and lake are great to hang out in. The canoe, and kayaks are wonderful. The Treasure Lake community has changed a lot of their rules, in an effort to keep renters out on weekends. Not Frank's fault, but did not feel welcomed at the community areas.

Family loved being right on the water—kayaking, fishing. Beach time was great fun—close to property and clean, nice view, great picnic area. Plenty of room in house for 16 of us.

This was the perfect home to have a relaxing weekend at the lake house. The kayaks provided and dock to fish off of were perfect. The house had so many great additional amenities - pool, darts, etc. We all had a great time and Frank was very responsive to questions and very accommodating. We would love to come back and visit!

It's great for a large family gathering. Fishing, kayaking, swimming and the like were all available. Frank has is set up very well!

Plenty of room for 15 of us, ranging from 3 to 70. Kids loved the boats! The yard was huge! We played volleyball, baseball, the kids loved the playground! Frank, the owner, was so quick to respond to questions, even met us early one morning to give us some passes for the pool! We will definitly be back!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay. The house was comfortable for our large family. The lake was relaxing and enjoyable to fish and kayak. Highly recommend!

Excellent property, very lovely, clean and plenty of room for family reunion. Host was very responsive. (just an FYI for future travelers, you supply your own paper towels and trash bags)

Absolutely loved our visit to Treasure Lake! Property was exactly as described and more! Beautiful view of the lake, tons of wildlife watching. Owner was super responsive and helped me with my questions and even recommended some other things to do. Would definitely recommend!

It is an absolutely beautiful area. The property was as described. One of the bedrooms with the double bed you needed to walk through another bedroom with the bunk bed and single bed to get to it. It doesn’t seem like the company that cleans the house does a great job. The carpet had a lot of stains and dust in the corners. I noticed splatter above the runner in the living room that was not cleaned and residue on the carpet on the stairs where it is not stained. I’m assuming it was stained under the runner as well and it was hiding it. I didn’t look. The biggest flaw were the carpenter ants in the kitchen. They had traps out that were way too small for the ants to even get into. The property needs an exterminator and they will need to find the wet wood the wants are living in. Make sure you bring dishwasher pods. You only get 2. Towels are not provided so bring those too. We did enjoy ourselves overall. We had fun.

The house was fine. Plenty of room and beds. Game room, big yard and dock on the water. improvement thoughts; allow for fireplace to be used. Get a fire pit for outdoors w/wood, hot tub would be great, better mattresses and provide towels(hard to bring when traveling).

Really enjoyed it. Nice house but we couldn’t use the fire place in the living room was kind of looking forward to it.

Everything was as described in the listing. House has a lot of games to play. Only suggestion to owner is to move trash bins from garage elsewhere as it smells bad when playing ping pong. Will visit again.

Plenty of activities for all age groups. Nice place to get away with family and friends to beat the winter blues. Would be even more fun during the summer months. Would recommend.
