As soon as we walked into our villa we felt like we were at home. Very clean and cozy. All the amenities you would need if you were home. Liked that they had dispense drinking water. The pool and views were awesome.

Everything was clean and well-maintained. Nice pool and location to town. Would stay again for sure!

Went to Cancun to get some dental work done and stayed at the VRBO. The location is perfect within walking distance of everything you want and need. I was pleasantly surprised that they freshened up the room every couple days. If i have one minor issue would be the light from the square entering the bedroom at night. I would suggest a different curtain to block light coming in. The room was clean and people friendly. Highly recommend it

We loved our individual villa and the location of the Villas San Miguel on Isla. We could walk to the grocery store and great restaurants!! Also, so close to the most beautiful beach on the north side. Our villa was clean and so were both pool areas. We will definitely be back!!!

The location is close to everything we wanted. The rooms were beautifully done with attention to detail. The kitchen was nicely equipped and staff members were friendly. Loved being about to watch the sunrise just a few steps away. My only regrets were that I didn't book one of the rooms with an ocean view and that we couldn't stay longer. We've stayed several different places, but this was my favorite!

We arrived at Villas San Miguel on the last ferry of a Saturday night. Keith's directions couldn't have been clearer, and our arrival at "Tijuana" was seamless. We were able to hear the sounds of the sea from our place, and what was particularly enjoyable was the church music wafting from the nearby church as we enjoyed our coffee on the balcony. The unit was well equipped with all the necessities, and I am hoping to return. The pools at the Villas are beautiful, and we were also a short walk to the North Beach. Thank you, Keith, for being such a good host!

Great location for beach, shopping, restaurants and grocery store. Clean and well stocked with everything you need! Bottled water and cleaning service was appreciated ! We will stay again!

Was just what we needed for 2 nights away. Great location right off of hildalgo. Walking distance to everything from restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

The villa had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, kitchen essentials, and the location was great too! Would def recommend for others to stay and do so myself if we were in Isla Mujeres again. One small comment is that it was confirmed that they had a crib / pack n play for our child to sleep in at booking. However, it was not there nor avail. Thankfully, we did bring one last minute due to a previous location not having one so we had a back up plan. Thank you!

The condos are located in the perfect area on the north end. Close enough to walk everywhere, but away from the noisy areas. The golf cart rental next door had the best price and super convenient. The pools are beautiful and the cool breeze and ocean view from the upper pool deck was welcome after a long hot day out and about. We also appreciated the room refresh and that they provided beach towels. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for great location, quiet, ac in all rooms and balcony views

We loved this villa. We loved how close we were to all the North Beach fun and all the restaurants. The pool we used was very clean and the amount of towels they provided us upon arrival meant we never even needed to housekeeper to refresh anything. Safe worked great and we love the ocean sound out of the bathroom window while showering. We were in Tijuana villa. Will stay again!

Easy check in. Staff are very helpful. Kitchen is well equipped. They even provide coffee, sugar, creamer. Bath towels and beach towels both were of good quality. Close to everything.

Loved staying at this villa! Location is perfect, and the property is really nice. Everything was very clean and Keith was always reachable and a very helfpul host. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Easy to get to good spots in a short walk or they will get you a golf cart to use for a fee.

I loved staying here!! Condo was super clean and comfortable. Housekeeping came once and did a fantastic job. The pool is also clean and relaxing with ocean views. Location is central to the busy main area, and a 10 minute walk from the beach. There is a bar called tiny gecko 3 minutes down the boardwalk which was awesome and convenient as well. I would definitely stay here again!!

I absolutely loved staying here. Beautiful property. Very clean, excellent AC, and cute decor. I was in Cancun for extensive dental work and wanted to feel like I was really getting a vacation for my last couple days. I knew immediately after seeing this listing, that I needed to stay here. Very comfortable bed, soft towels and a nice balcony to sit on for morning coffee. 2 pools and plenty of seating around. Very quiet, except the sound of waves crashing in.... Loved it! I was so pleased with the quality of the room and how relaxing it was that I started planning my next trip and made sure the dates were available. Great quick communication from Keith.

This was the perfect place for our family of 3. The condo was very clean. Air conditioning worked great. Location was great for all the north island beaches and restaurants. The staff was very helpful with any questions and were even able to secure us a golf cart during a very busy week on the island. Would stay here again 100%.

I would definitely stay at the property again. Close to everything in centro. Great amenities! Only small complaint, needs a new bed in Tijuana. Mattress was lob sided.

Everything was fantastic about our stay. Looking forward to coming back. Some communication about hurricane procedures would have been nice since we were there during a hurricane.

The two small pools were very nice, Manager only on site until 3PM.

Before I comment on the place, I have to give MAJOR kudos to Keith. We had originally booked for April 2020, y’all know how that went... we rebooked for Dec/Jan and had to cancel again. Keith was so accommodating and understanding. I cannot understate how awesome Keith was and would book again with him for any property he may have. With that said, we had an amazing 8 day/7 night stay! We stayed in Tijuana, the room was exactly as pictured and was perfect for us! Staff and amenities were fabulous. There are two pools - upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs was perfect for windy days. And upstairs perfect for the mornings. You truly can’t beat this location either. We were practically planning our next trip while on this one and we would definitely stay here again!!

We have been coming to Isla Mujeres for many years and have stayed at multiple properties. This is our favorite! Being right on the malecon and having our balcony overlooking the square we had the best of both worlds. Able to watch the goings on in the square plus the beautiful waters of the Caribbean. The room was immaculate and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short by a day because of the Cvirus but we will be back!

The property was exactly as advertised! Our villa was very clean, well maintained and nicely equipped! We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful ocean views from the pool deck. Would highly recommend Villas San Miguel!

This place is great. Clean, furnished with style, super comfortable, bunch of amenities, serviced, safe, and run by some good people. Location: can’t beat it. Right next to the town square and only a 5 min walk to Play Norte. Quiet with good neighbors. Super safe. Inside: good appliances, well stocked, SUPER CLEAN, and has actual furnishings. Very stylish too! Service: check in was super simple. So was checkout. The villa is serviced and the owner/manager really sets you up to enjoy your stay. Zero hassle. I will 100% come back here!!!

Location is great. Walk to beach in 5 min. Relaxing pool area.
