We had a wonderful trip at this amazing house. Views and proximity to the village were perfect. Everything was great and perfect for a big family with kids! We will definitely rent again. Thank you!

A lovely property with great Mountain Views. The owner was in touch with us during our stay even though he was out of the country. The house is well stocked with every kitchen item/tool you would need. Bedrooms and beds were all very comfy. My only warning is that all bedrooms except main master are up a very long flight of stairs. If anyone in your group has mobility problems, then this is not the house for you. All in all, a great rental.

Property is clean with great room for family togetherness, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook in, plenty of bedding and bathrooms, laundry, etc. Host and property manager are very responsive and interested in your satisfaction. This property is amazing the location , the amenities , the view the installations everything is perfect. My family and I are very happy to have been our ski vacation there .

Owner and manager were great, transparent, and wonderful to deal with. We were a group of three families with mixed skiing ability adults and tenaged kids. This home is beautiful with a great location stunning views, and ski access points 20 feet from the garage for strong intermediate/advanced skiers and a 5 min level walk down a secluded street for less advanced skiers. There are two beautiful master bedrooms, a smaller (but very comfortable) bedroom with a king bed, an additional bedroom with two twin beds and a loft area with pull down king. Each sleeping area has its own dedicated bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed with all sorts of appliances and a wonderful spice drawer. We have no criticisms of the home but two FYIs. 1) The property is at almost 9000 feet of elevation. Our group are all experienced and comfortable at higher elevations so not a problem for us. Not everyone is comfortable sleeping at higher elevation. The higher elevation means that overnight snow is very common - even in late March- so a 4wheel drive vehicle is highly recommend. Without, it, access could become limited.

This property is spectacular: Views from every room, enormous structural logs in the main house, a kitchen for 12, a dining table for 12, and, oh yes, ski-in and out on Guggenheim trail. Yet, thanks to architecture and the steepness of the mountain, it is private. Equally good are the owner and the property management crew. Have a question? Answered. Have a concern? Addressed. We had a wonderful and definitely repeatable experience.

We took our family in a long anticipated vacation. This was in the planning for 2yrs. We took our 5 children ages 32-14, both sets of parents in their 70’s, and our sister and brother-in-law. The house was beautiful , clean, the Olsons checked in the first day just to make sure everything was as expected and nothing was needed. The view is incredible from the house over the valley, and the slopes are right there. Our parents went into Snowmass everyday to shop, have lunch, and just enjoy the sights.. there is plenty to do for all..

The owner was very nice... we spent a nice vacation!

My entire family (both parents, my brothers family of 4 and my family of 4) take an annual ski trip for spring break every year and this house was by far the best laid out of all the homes we have rented. It has incredible space, feels like 3 homes in one, where we can all gather together or spend time by ourselves without being disturbed. Of the 3 living rooms, the main room is very large and comfortably seated all 10 of us. The dining room is also large enough to seat us very comfortably as well. The kitchen is fully loaded and spacious with any utensil, appliance, or dish you can dream of (more cooking gadgets than in my own home, owner must be a great cook!). Though, you will have to purchase your own spices as there was no spice rack available. Very conveniently there are 2 sets of washers and dryers (one on bottom floor, one on top floor), which is great when you have to launder multiple family ski clothes. The house truly is ski-in/ski-out, though we were end of season and the snow was quite unforgiving for ski-in/ski-out. Very simply, we went towards the end of the street (a very short distance) and was able to ski-in/ski-out from there. And boy did we enjoy the hottub every day after skiing! The house is a little outdated decorating wise (mostly just the bedrooms) and we did have to purchase additional toilet paper as there wasn't enough supplied, but none of this bothered us during our stay. Must add, the views are incredible from every room in the home! Getting to the village is an easy, short drive, you also have the option of $1/per person dial a ride. Honestly, this house is the best equipped, most spacious home we have ever stayed in (and we have been everywhere!). The owners are very lovely and helpful and were kind enough to check in on us via email. There is zero complication staying in this home, everything is well prepared and explained. We were enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to our friends and family. Great Spring Break 2018!

We absolutely loved this place. The owner was super nice always making sure we had what we needed.

We could not have chosen a better home for our 3 families. The 3 levels made this very spacious and quiet. Also, the owner Robert was great to work with. He even called us a couple of times throughout the trip just to make sure everything was going ok. I have stayed at other ski-in ski-out properties before and it can be quite challenging to find the house sometimes. Robert had very good directions which made it easy to find. We were very blessed to get as much snow that we did. The driveway was cleared for us on a daily basis which made it easier to get a 2 wheel drive van in and out. We could not have been happier with this property. We will definitely be renting this property again!

Beautiful house, large rooms, well-appointed. Our group, including two young ones, loved it. Very warm in all the right ways.
