We were in town for the Ironman Florida race. This condo is perfect for this or any other reason to come to Florida. The owners have thought of everything a renter would need. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware and anything else you could possibly need, the cabinet in the tv room was full of games to enjoy and the chairs & tables on the balcony are perfect for lounging or sitting with some drinks to enjoy the view. You will be pleased if you rent this condo. We will definitely stay here when we return, Thank you!!

We enjoyed the condo and location. It was clean and within walking distance of Pier Park. We loved the VIP parking. Janice & Ande Lake were a great couple to work with.

Place was absolutely perfect, clean well stocked with everything you need in kitchen, beds and linens were top line! We loved our stay !

My family and I rented this room for a long holiday weekend. We travel a lot and I always do a lot of research before booking. This room was stunning it looks like it comes straight out of a magazine. The owners have done a great job and really want you to feel comfortable for your stay. They even provide some of the essentials that you normally have to buy. The VIP parking passes in the garage are also very nice. It is also a plus that you can walk to Pier Park. We will definitely be back!

This was the first time I have been to Panama City Beach and reserved a condo that I had no prior knowledge about. However, I found the listing on VRBO and looked at all of the photos of the unit & read all of the reviews and they were awesome, so I reserved. I could not have been happier from start to end. The communication I received from Ande & Janice was phenomenal. I felt so reassured prior to going. They promptly responded to any of my questions either by email or phone call. Once I saw the unit personally, I knew I had made the right choice. The photos online are exactly as they are in real life. I felt I was staying in luxury. I was there with a girlfriend of mine to celebrate my 70th birthday. The location was perfect and the view of the beach from the balcony was divine. The VIP parking garage made things so much easier. I most definitely would stay at this condo again and recommend it to all of my friends. Thank you so much Ande & Janice!

This condo was the best we’ve ever stayed in in our years of coming to PCB. The owners were very easy to communicate with and allowed us to check in early as soon as the room was clean. From the moment we stepped in, everything we needed was there. The beach chairs were a big plus and the VIP parking was fantastic!!! We hope to stay here next year!

This was such a fantastic vacation!! As a widow with 2 children I NEED convenience - and this owner provides that. VIP parking spaces, chairs and umbrella service at the beach, SUPER quiet dishwasher/washer/dryer, walking distance to all the activities (restaurants and shopping and attractions) we wanted, and TOP NOTCH communication from check in to check out. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed immediately with kindness and accuracy. This did not feel like an investment property but rather, a private home in which we were welcomed in and provided for. Book it! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Our first time attending GCJ and booked the unit to be close to venue. The unit is fantastic, the communication with owners is fabulous, and the location is great. Hope to stay next year for the same event.

We always love staying at the Calypso but this unit is our favorite so far! The VIP parking is awesome, the beds are comfortable, it’s super clean, and came with several extra touches to make your trip even more enjoyable!

We had a wonderful time with our daughters! Unit was perfect for our needs, and very clean & updated. A lot of entertainment and shopping surrounds Calypso. Great view from the 11th floor, including beautiful sunsets.

We traveled to PCB for spring break with our two daughters. Wonderful location with close proximity to Pier Park, tons of places to eat, and shops. There is also a Target and Walmart very close by. The condo is well taken care of and fully equipped with all of the comforts of home. Communication with the owners was a breeze and they offered great tips and recommendations of the area. I would highly recommend staying here. We were so sad to leave and will definitely return!

We have visited the Panama City Beach and Destin area for 25+ years and have stayed at many different condo and other rental properties. This was by far the most beautifully appointed and perfectly located condo we have ever stayed at. The owners were a dream to work with, were very thorough in their communication and ensured we had everything needed to make our vacation worry-free The location is perfect with everything from the peer to peer park and local restaurants within walking distance. They are VIP parking spot made it super easy if you ever needed to drive somewhere. We will definitely return and this will be our go to vacation rental. Thank you for sharing your beautiful homwe.

You can tell the owners take a lot of effort and pride in making sure this property feels like home away from home! They thought of every little detail and check-in/out was a breeze. The location and views are excellent! The condo offers plenty of room to give everyone their own space and the corner balcony was phenomenal.

My Wife & I have to say we were truly impressed with the property... Not only was it immaculate, but it had anything you would need for your beach vacation... We stay in a lot of high end resorts and I must say, this condo rivals them all! Well appointed, great communication, ALL the streaming services, super faster internet and the location is perfect! I highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

I am glad I rented directly through the owners and not through a property management company. The check-in process was super easy and the owners were very responsive. I would stay at this property again!

The condo was beautifully decorated! The view was magnificent! We had everything we needed and literally only had to bring our clothes and groceries! We had a mishap and had to have glasses delivered. The owners responded very quickly with directions re: delivery! We were walking distance to the pier, our favorite, Pier Park and just a short drive to Winn Dixie. Would definitely stay here again! ❤️

We were definitely pleased and had an amazing time! The location is perfect being right near pier park. We loved being so close to the pier and were able to watch the fireworks from the balcony. Everything in the condo was super comfortable and convenient, including the use of the parking spaces. We hope to stay here again!

This property is beautiful! Perfect location to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Janice and Ande were great! They kept in contact with us prior to our trip and sent us very useful information for the condo and local information. So many essential items were already in the condo. They definitely thought of everything you would need on vacation. The condo is stunning and the view is unbelievable. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time in this spacious condo. We had 4 adults - mom, dad and two 20-something daughters. The two king beds worked out great for us. There are books, games, and beach items left by prior guests that make this condo easy and convenient but the best amenities are the 2 designated parking spaces and the 4 beach chairs with umbrellas. The beachfront team that put the chairs/umbrellas out every morning, then drag them back at night, are very accommodating. The only negative thing I have to say is that the beach is very crowded. We started our week on Memorial Day weekend so we expected it to be busy but the third high rise that has been added in recent years make the beach front surrounded by large tents with big groups, which blocks the view from the chairs and umbrellas provided.
