When we arrived, we found the beach umbrella was unusable. We contacted the owner and she personally ran by a replacement umbrella . Wow, that made our stay. She said she had already ordered replacements but they hadn’t arrived via Amazon. They did show up during our stay.

Beautiful home that sleeps 6 very comfortably with 3 bathrooms, amazing views. We love being able to watch the sunrise while lying in bed in the master bedroom. The AC was not working properly when we arrived but the owner sent a repair man over promptly & got it fixed immediately.

Endless Summer was the perfect spot for our first trip to the beach since moving back to Florida. The condo was immaculately clean and everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials. The ice maker in the freezer was always full of ice. We look forward to being there in the future.

We really enjoyed staying here. The views were amazing, the house was amazing. It was very clean, and just like the pictures. There were so many things for us to use: bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, a grill, kitchen items. It was a well stocked place. We will definitely be back!

The house was very clean, well-supplied, comfortable, and had plenty of space. The host was very responsive and kind. The master bedroom has a balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean.

Very clean, updated and comfortable stay! Short walk through the sea grapes to the beach, beautiful deck, well appointed kitchen and gathering spaces! Three bathrooms was plenty! The host was very friendly and helpful with communications and throughout our stay.
The area is very private overall.

Had a great time doing absolutely nothing, just relaxing, taking walks along the beach, and meditating with the waves. Love this place, it is perfect for my family and our dog. Will stay again.

Great location near public access beach but not close enough for the crowds to overflow onto the area. Watching the sunrise while laying in bed was fabulous! Comfortable, quaint place that fit our needs perfectly.

We just spent a month at this condo and could not have asked for a better experience. The views of the ocean and being able to walk right out onto the beach were the main draws for us. The property is very well maintained and Jan was very responsive with any questions we had. We also loved the feel of this small town. Would love to go back there in the future.

Jan’s property was beautifully decorated and well-stocked with all necessities including beach items and fishing poles. The location is on a quiet street with direct access to the beach. We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

The house is perfectly located in a more residential area and literally in front of the beach with an incredible view. It was extremely clean and stocked with a lot of cooking items and coffee. Plenty of bedding, bath products. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Downstairs bathroom shower we had no hot water Tuesday nor Wednesday nor kitchen sink. Upstairs master suite had very little to come into commode for flushing. It flushed but very little return water. Tubs are very slippery which could be from cleaning agents. I think personally the patio was very untidy there was old plastic kiddie pool, old rusty umbrella lying on the patio. Condiments left in refrigerator. Now, overall we enjoyed our stay. If this were my property I would appreciate honest comments so that I could correct any issue. Thank you for the opportunity to let me give an honest assessment. Towels and bath cloths and towels are washed and one set of sheets were put in washer and started and bed downstairs were stripped and left on bed. The condo was very very clean. Well pleased with our stay.

Can’t say enough good things about this rental. The views are unbelievable, especially from the primary bedroom upstairs. The location is perfect, easy walk to town and directly on the beach. It was stocked with everything our family of five needed including a pack and play and high chair. Would definitely recommend, we had a great time!

Very clean and nicely remodeled.
The outside patio needs to be cleaned up, de-weeded, and the old rusted grill needs to be thrown away.
Also, the working grill needs to be replaced as it did not do well at cooking our steak.

My siblings and I gathered for a long weekend at Endless Summer. The property is exactly as pictured - Right on the beach. We enjoyed walking on the beach at sunrise, visiting the Melbourne Art Festival that was nearby, toured the Kennedy Space Center and dined at local restaurants. Our stay was perfect even though it rained one day. We highly recommend Endless Summer if you are looking for a relaxing getaway!
