Perfect vacation at an excellent location. Condo is super, location, clean, plenty of room, has everything needed, and outstanding view of the ocean and beach. Owners easy to contact and very helpful.

We loved our stay at this condo! It was homey, comfortable & close to fun places to explore! Our main reason for visiting was to be near Assateague National Seashore- a place everyone in our family has wanted to visit since reading Misty of Chincoteague as children. We visited twice - once as a planned day trip and once to see a beautiful sunrise & more ponies- the location of the condo was just right! Thank you for clear communication & an excellent stay!

Everything about this place was top notch. Plenty of room. Perfect location and anything you needed was right around you from the beach, to stores etc. Fred was very attentive and responded quickly. Will definitely look to stay here again when we come back.

The condo was gorgeous, and as advertised! It was right on the beach, clean, and well kept. Great communication with owners who clearly show effort to offer a beautiful beachfront condo. Parking very convenient and plenty of restaurants, shops and attractions located near this unit. Look forward to staying here again!

Some listings are deceiving NOT THIS ONE!! So beautiful and clean. I travel a lot and this one is now my favorite. We already made plans to come back next year. The condo is spacious and has everything you need. The view is breathtaking. Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean was so stunning. The wildlife on the dunes was fun to watch. We came for our 35th anniversary and the condo, food, and beach made it an anniversary to remember. Fred and Kim made sure we were ready for our vacation and that we had everything we needed. Everyone loved it. The condo was fantastic from the oceanfront location, deco, plus how the condo was furnished. We did not have a need or want while we were there. Can wait to make another booking for this unit again in the near future. If you are looking for an oceanfront property this place is a gem.

This was our second trip to Fred and Kim’s phenomenal place. The condo is stunning, right on the ocean with gorgeous views. Communication with the owners was thorough and made everything a breeze. Relaxing, comfortable, spacious- just what we needed to recharge. As a side not the property/building is also wonderfully maintained- we came down during a snow storm and the parking lot was clear and salted. We just can’t say enough wonderful things about the flying cloud!

The condo was very modern and spacious. The view from the balcony was amazing. Decor was tasteful and there were many amenities including games etc. Hosts were extremely responsive to any questions. thank you for a lovely stay!

Our October visit was everything we had hoped. The oceanfront view and easy access to the beach made for a fun and relaxing time. From the first-floor balcony, we had a front row seat to autumnal sunrises over the water, and at night, we could enjoy the light of the moon shimmering on the ocean. Thank you

We stayed four nights in this very clean and well appointed condo. The ocean views are excellent, and having 2 master bedrooms was very convenient. The owners went out of their way to be helpful, and their communication with us was fantastic. We would love to return sometime soon!

Our family has been vacationing in Ocean City every year since 2013. Out of all the places we have stayed, Fred and Kim's home away from home stands out as our favorite. The beds are soo comfortable and the rental was clean and stocked. Nice patio furniture and beach level storage unit with beach chairs, toys, board, and umbrella. Groceries right across the street. Everything worked out soo well. It also doesnt hurt having a rental in a quiet smaller building like the flying cloud. We are looking foward to staying here again

We had a great stay. Property was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We did not realize Level 1 was not actually ground level, but it was still super easy to get on/off the beach. The beach access requires some stairs as well. The section of beach was less busy than the others looking up and down. Our only "complaint" was that the second bedroom with the king bed was a little tight and had little drawer storage. But overall fantastic and would definitely stay here again!

It was our first time at Ocean City. We loved this condo. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with a perfect view and location to beach. Fred and Kim were easy to work with. We would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoy our week long stay @ The Flying Cloud. The 7 of us fit quite nicely and the amenities provided all that we needed. The beds were very comfortable which is important!!! The bathrooms and kitchen clean! We loved being so close to the beach; the view was beautiful, and the walk short. The beach is mostly populated by the Flying Cloud Patrons and owners most likely due to having no actual side streets giving access to the beach at the F.C. The beach was sparsely populated although the lifeguards were very close. The grocery store is conveniently located across the street. I like to walk so at 7am I took a 10 minute drive down to 28th street to park and walk the 2 1/4 mile long boardwalk. The boardwalk was extraordinarily clean and i felt safe; quite a few people were there riding rented bikes, jogging, & walking. No problem if you want coffee & donuts, other shops open early as well. We loved our stay in every way @ The F.C.!! there is only one improvement we would like to suggest and that is to add room darkening shades/curtains in the back King bedroom as there is an outside hallway wall light that keeps the room too bright during night-time sleep. A big thank you to the Fauths!!!!

We loved our stay at the condo. Hosts checked in with us after we arrived to make sure all was ok. It was clean and comfortable. Check in was super easy and the condo was pretty easy to access. Shower pressure was great and it was nice having a washer/dryer in the unit. The best part was the balcony and that view!

Great location right on the beach. Apt has been recently renovated and came out beautiful. But the most important aspect when renting is the mattresses and these were amazing.
