We had such a wonderful family vacation of 5 staying at this beautiful condo. I was hoping for a beautiful view and this view was more than I could imagine. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay and all the fun activities in the area. The beds were amazing to me. As I got up and down, the entire bed never moved and I didn't wake others up. The sheets and comforters were beautiful and very comfy. The dishes had spots in the cabinets and were labeled for easy putting away and finding. I got lots of use out of the washer and dryer and appreciated the extra soaps and fabric softner sheets left. I hope to go back and visit this area soon. We loved walking out of the living room area to the sun room and overlooking the beautiful frozen Lake Dillon. We made snowmen, had snowball fights and enjoyed sledding down to then walk across the frozen lake. The fireplace that worked with the thermostat of the condo was awesome. Very comfy and fantastic experience. We have lifetime of memories and pictures to remember it by!

It was close to the ski areas and attractions. We had a great Christmas and the view from the sunroom was spectacular.

We really like the ground floor. It has gorgeous views. The condo is very comfortable and has all the amenities. It is nicely furnished with comfortable beds. We really liked the patio where we spent a lot of time. The manager was most helpful. We will definitely come back . Thank you for a great stay.

Excellent unit with a stunning view. Very comfortable layout, nicely furnished with all the required appliances, utensils and amenities to make my stay a wonderful experience. Looking forward to visiting again!

My husband and I and our three older teens enjoyed this wonderful property. Although we spent most of the time on the slopes at Keystone, the time we had to relax on the comfortable couches and prepare our meals in the kitchen definitely helped our vacation be a 10. Great layout - if you wanted privacy one could close off into a bedroom or the 'sunroom'. The view is amazing. So nice to NOT look out at cars or another building. We never heard noise from another unit - and enjoyed playing the piano - sure hope it did not disturb anyone! The pool and hot tub are nothing fancy but their location is right at bottom of stairs and were clean and perfect for our needs. Our 4W drive truck would not fit in the garage unit, but we managed to find parking. The closets and cupboards were stocked with everything we could have needed and more, heaters, fans, blankets, plenty of towels. Super nice to have the W/D option! Would have loved to use the back deck and grassy area - maybe we will return someday in summertime! Thank you so much for a great place to stay for our hard earned vacation and a very fair price!

My family and I had an amazing holiday at this place. The apartment was perfect for us, the beds comfortable and it was clean. It's very cozy! But what takes the prize is the view so incredible that it has the lake. Super recommended.

We've stayed at many condos on Lake Dillon and this definitely has the best access to the lake! We really enjoyed spending time in the sun room and the green space right outside the door. The condo was well stocked for entertaining as well (folding chairs, crock pot, serving dishes) and all the beds were very comfortable. Not the owners fault, but the garage door broke during our visit. Owner was responsive and worked with Property Mgmt company to fix it as soon as possible. We look forward to staying in this condo on our next visit!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The views are breathtaking, the kitchen is fully equipped with anything and everything you might need, there were only two of us so we only used the master bedroom but it was extremely comfortable. The condo is very spacious. Underground parking is a huge plus. There is a pool. You’re basically right on the lake. Again, it could not have been more perfect! Thank you so much Krystal!

This Condo is wonderfully furnished and well updated. Having the porch in closed made for a wonderful place to read and relax, and gave our family some much-needed extra space to spread out. All appliances were easy to use, owner was great to work with. We look forward to staying here again in the near future!

Beautiful scenery of the lake and love the room area to view the lake. We definitely spent time in the morning to drink coffee in that room. Overall, was perfect for our needs. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was all we needed for 5. Skiing in Keystone or ABasin worked well.. very close.

The condo was perfect for my family of four and my father, from out of state. We lost my mother unexpectedly almost 3 weeks ago. My dad came out to have some grief support time with us. The enclosed porch and view on the lake were wonderful for quite reflection for both or us. The kids loved the bunk beds and the location was great for the kids ski club at Abasin and to the grocery store to grab essentials. the kids also liked time with the pool and hot tub. Thank you for being part of our healing process.

Thoroughly enjoyed the condo and location. All the little extras (hand warmers, spices in the kitchen, etc.) made it quite enjoyable for myself and my family. The view of the lake was just gorgeous. Great stuff!

The property was conviently located on Lake Dillon.The inside of the condo matched the description, and had plenty of space for a family of 5. The master bedroom had stunning panoramic like views of the lake. The back patio opened to the lake, which had instant access to a phenomal trail, which followed the lake. Our family enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi all to ourselves during our stay! We also enjoyed some fishing on the beach. Restaurants were close enough to walk to, but the kitchen in the condo was where everyone preferred to eat. The kitchen was well stocked with silverware, dishes, and cooking supplies. The condo was clean, and well cared for, with the added bonus of having a washer and dryer, making it easy for us to pack up and go home. We can’t wait to go back!!

Our damage deposit was not returned. Housekeeping said they had to throw away the bed linens because of 3 different types of dog hair. The carpet and upholstery were ruined due to black long and short, white, and yellow dog hair. Housekeeping said we must of had 3 dogs in the condo. We did not have ANY. Their claim is a complete fabrication. I don’t know if the owner, VRBO, or the cleaning service is ripping us off but one of the three is. I will never use VRBO (HomeAway) again as they have not addressed my complaints. I received emails supposedly from the owner but the way they were written, I am thinking HOMEAWAY is doing the correspondence. I certainly hope so. Would hate to think the owner is letting this go on.

Our family of 5 (47,46,18,16,&8) stayed here for a week in August. The views are incredible! I loved rolling over each morning and gazing out at the lake and mountains. In the evenings, after long days of hiking, biking, or sight seeing, we loved sitting in the 4season room enjoying the “purple mountains” as the sun would set. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances, dishes, cookware, and even basic spices. There were plenty of basic linens, starter toiletries, and even a little laundry detergent for a load or two. The management is very responsive and ready to accommodate. Thank you for SUCH A WONDERFUL visit to your beautiful county!!

Everything was high quality, from the kitchen which was well stocked with pretty much everything one would need (including a full set of spices!), to the furniture, TV, layout, even the bed and bed sheets. All top notch. And then there's the view. Truly wonderful, peaceful and inviting. And the condo was well laid-out to maximize this aspect — we just needed more time to enjoy it! In the end, we were truly sad to leave, but look forward to returning as soon as possible. The manager and owners were always responsive and accommodating. Thanks for a great visit.
