This is a great property to send your time away from home. Plenty of space to relax in a nice quiet area.

Good number of bedrooms and baths to accommodate family get together. Great areas for family meals and visiting area, and everyone had their separate rooms for privacy and rest.

My stay was really nice, it accommodated my family everyone was comfortable. Some of the rooms bathroom was not clean, overall my stay was nice.

Property was convenient to margaritaville and all amenities. House was clean and comfortable, beds were better than anticipated and comfortable. Overall I would recommend this place to friends and would stay here again.

This property has positives and negatives to it but the potential to be an amazing vacation rental. It needs some maintenance and a good deep cleaning or at least needed a better cleaning before our stay. The bathroom rugs were very dirty, toilets were not clean, kitchen floor was dirty and sticky, Clothes and trash from previous guests were still present when we arrived. Positives: it has large bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space (we had a family of 13) to accommodate a large group. Almost all of the bedrooms have private bathrooms except the two downstairs bedrooms have a bathroom that is easily shared. There is nice deck space to sit outside and enjoy the weather or have drinks and large kitchen table to enjoy meals together. The home is within short walking distance to the pool and in a nice location and short distance for shopping and sight seeing. Negatives: the kitchen and living room areas were small for a large group. Thaw appliance need upgraded, the fridge was very small, tje electric burners on the stove are tilted and the oven did not work. The house does not have central air but has hotel like heating/cooling units in each bedroom and in the dining and living room. One bedrooms unit in the basement did not work during our stay. The manager was very responsive when I text with issues and did send repairman to try to correct the issue. Not an issue with the property itself but of note, the pool is small and often very crowded.

Our family of 8 brothers and sisters came to the Ozarks for a family reunion this weekend. The old homestead off of KK didn’t have enough space for all the extended family to sleep so 3 siblings and their kids stayed here. The house was SO nice we wish we could have spent more time enjoying it verses just eating breakfast there and sleeping. We hope to stay again! The size is amazing!

House was plenty big enough for us all to have our own bedrooms with bathrooms. Location was great. Pool access was easy. Only issues is the kitchen is in need of an update,oven burnt everything as the knobs are wore and unable to read settings. Refrigerator side shelf was broken. Wifi was hit and miss.

Spacious, clean home with a great layout for a group of guys on a golf trip. Will definitely book again.

We had a great time. The hosts answered promptly when needed. The bedrooms were very spacious and accommodated our group of 17 well.

Other than smelly water from upstairs faucets everything was great!

Good for the price. Bedrooms and living area have been remodeled. Need to do bathrooms and kitchen next. Kitchen needs to be bigger! Also needs a deep cleaning.

Upon arrival to the property it was exactly as pictured. The pictures of the property were close except they have updated the furniture in the living room. The only suggestion I would make is for updated patio furniture and stove in kitchen. Otherwise it was a great home for my large group of 14 people and accommodated all of us!! I would definitely stay here again!

Overall it was a good experience just wish the house was cleaner. It’s clear the house hasn’t had a true deep clean in a long time and just the minimal cleaning done after stays. Over all the place is great and we loved the amount of space and location! We would come and stay again

We loved our experience at this house from the easy communication with the host to how easy the checkin and check out process was. The house was perfect size and great location!

We have stayed in this house for 4 years now! Always a great place for all the families! Plenty of room for kids to play and adults to visit!

House was spacious and location was great close to lot's of stuff. Our biggest problem was the WiFi didn't work our entire stay which was very inconvenient and frustrating as a couple of us were planning to work some while there.

Overall enjoyed our stay great location for all activities. Downside the spiders were everywhere including inside the house somewhat understandable due to the fact area is very wooded. Communication is always key for me management communication get an A+

Good location, updated floors and furniture from pics on website. Small Kitchen needs updating, but was well-stocked with silverware to pots and pans. Had firewood for the fireplace which we roasted marshmallows for s’mores!

Plenty of room and privacy for 7 school technicians (male and female) to stay during tech conference. Would recommend to anyone needing a home rental for a large group.

Overall good. Really nice area for family. The only comment I would make is that bedrooms listed with queen beds are actually full beds but it worked for us.
