We couldn't have been happier with our stay! The house was absolutely perfect with gathering spaces and also places to retreat away if needed. our large group of family members from all over the country loved it, we never really left the house and just wanted to spend time together, there house was perfect for that. We enjoyed watching the boats cruise by and the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. The pool was great but we did have to fish the ball out of the lake a few times if the wind got it just right. The lake is busy on the weekends so the water was a bit rough on Friday when we rented a boat. It Calmed way down on Sunday and was perfect for jet skis and boating on Monday. We had a similar issue as other reviewers with a few of the showers not having hot water but learned that was either caused by a few being reversed plumbed or if you turn the knob all the way to one side. There's a sweet spot if you don't turn it all the way to one side and you get hot water. Problem solved. We never did figure out the Sonos system. If we are ever in need of a large home in the Ozarks, I'd definitely stay again. John was amazing to work with!

Large property. There were 25 of us and everyone had their own space. Be aware, there are a lot of steps to get to the water but the views from the top deck are worth it.

The property was as advertised. We had our family of 18 people ages 18 months to 76 years. The house was large enough that everyone had their own space and we could all congregate in the kitchen/dining area, by the pool and in the recreation room. The family all agreed that it was an amazing stay and we totally enjoyed our week at the house. Each family takes a turn at preparing meals for a day. There was plenty of room in the kitchen. The pool was definitely the big draw. We spent many hours hanging out there. Some of the kids enjoyed golfing and some went to a cave tour, but we mostly spent time playing cards and games at the house. The owners were very responsive the few times we had questions. We would certainly go back again.

Our family consisting of 10 adults and 9 grandchildren loved this house!! Perfect for us with lots of room for all! After renting several VRBO’s in the past for our annual trip to the Ozarks this house is our favorite for lots of reasons: House so clean including all 7 bathrooms Beds all so comfortable Pool perfect and a wonderful place to hang out Dock great for fishing, swimming and boating Kitchen well equipped for all our cooking needs Incredible sunsets not to mention the bald eagles That flew over our house almost daily Our grandsons LOVED the garage for ping pong and games Last but not least, so much room - 3 large areas to hang out and have conversations Our host John was so attentive and always there for any questions we had! One more thing that we throughly enjoyed were the meals we had catered by Chef Lynn - she was amazing and the meals (a prime rib dinner and a breakfast of made to order omelets, delicious waffles and all the other breakfast fixings! We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a night of from cooking! We have been coming to the Ozarks for 6 years with our family and we all agreed this was our best year and a big part of that was living in the beautiful home for a week! Wonderful!

We had a group of 24 friends and family from across the country meet up for a golf/boating weekend. The house was plenty big for everyone to sleep comfortably. We were able to get to local golf courses/bars/restaurants quickly. The bedrooms/suites are tucked away so folks could escape for some R&R if they wanted. And the views from all the balconies were perfect. Would highly recommend if you’ve got a larger group heading to the lake!

Very clean, loads of room and many extras. Host was very easy to communicate with and quick response to my communications.

Beautiful property - exceptional views of the lake. Our family consisted of 8 adults and 11 children and we have plenty of room to room around. Very nice private pool and dock. Owner was host and he was very helpful. 5 Star Property!

Pros-comfortable accommodation for large groups/multi families. Spacious kitchen for entertaining. Beautiful views/sunsets. Well stocked with linen. Cons-needs a team to clean and check all windows are clean and sheets are free of debris. Missing many curtains in several bedrooms which affects temperature indoors.

Our family of 19 vacations every year together, this year we did our first lake vacation. Eagle Point Mansion was a great home for this vacation. The home itself handled our family very comfortably and is beautiful. The pool and dock area are great, our family spent most of each day between the two areas which are close to each other. This being our first trip to the Lake of the Ozarks John was a great help! He helped us setup dinners with chef Lynn which were excellent. John was also helpful in setting up our boating and wave runner rentals. The week could not have been better.

The view was amazing, lots of room for a large family. Wish their were not so many steps to the pool. Overall a great house

House was perfect for our group of 20, very quiet location, plenty of room and well maintained. Management was always available and handled any issue/question we had immediately. Location was ideal, secluded but yet close enough to town for quick runs. Just a heads up you need to pay a toll for the bridge, $3.00 each way, there aren't any stores or gas stations near the house so a toll is necessary each time you leave unless you want to drive 45 minutes rather than 10-15.. Other than the toll this location, property and management (John) is top notch!

Great time in a very nice house. Early in season and pool needed attention. Owner had someone out to take care of it within a hour.

The house was nice and spacious with a great view, but there were certainly a few things that our group wished were better. The largest tv in the house (middle level entertainment area) did not have a working cable box, so we were unable to watch any live tv in this area, which was very unfortunate considering there was a blues playoff game on and we could only watch it on the upper level. The host was nice and tried to have it fixed while we were there, but ultimately was unsuccessful so we weren’t able to utilize this space. Another thing the host did inform me of after we had already arrived was that one of the water heaters did not work. Considering we had people sleep in every room, almost half of the showers only had cold water, which was not ideal. The house did have a brand new surround sound sonos speaker system that could be played through the entire house, but unfortunately that also did not work. This would have been something our group definitely would have liked to utilize had it been working. Lastly, our group was hit with an additional cleaning fee after checkout due to extra trash that did not fit in the 2 standard size bins. As we had a big group stay for 3 nights, the trash bins were filled by the middle of the second day, so I would certainly recommend having more trash bins so renters do not get hit with extra charges because there simply is nowhere else to put excess trash. Again, our host was very nice and appreciated everything he did for us, but I think our stay would have been better had the issues listed above been addressed prior to us checking in, especially after considering the price that we paid to be there for 3 nights.

The property exceeded our expectations. There was 32 of us that stayed there and we never felt cramped. The inside of the home is beautiful and well kept, the balconies however did have an abundance of spiders. The pool was clean upon arrival and the kids definitely enjoyed it, the adults in the group wish the pool had been heated. The dock was very large and accommodating. We rented a pontoon and jet skis during the stay and would highly recommend doing so. All in all our group all agreed we would definitely stay there again. A few minor cons or suggestions to improve are: larger or more trash bins (there's 2 standards bins and for a group of 30+, we filled them after the 2nd day), and repair the missing tiles on the dock (wasn't an issue for us because we didn't use that bay).

The home was nice, has great view. Only wish the pool wasn’t so far down. Home has lots of spiders so a regular bug treatment would be nice. Pool was clean. Dock has missing decking that can cause injury if not careful.

This house is beautiful! The panoramic views of the lake are breathtaking! Everyone had their own bedroom and there was plenty of living and dining space. Having our own pool was a real plus! My host John always called me when I emailed questions. I even gave them a grocery list and they stocked the fridge for us. They were so helpful with names of restaurants, boat rentals etc. This is a wonderful rental and I would definitely return.

The house was immaculate-a wonderful home for our large family. Everyone had a bed and private space. The kitchen was mostly well equipped. A couple of large pots and kitchen towels would have been helpful, as taking our large gang out for dinners was difficult so we cooked a number of dinners at the house. We would have really liked to have had a buoy placed in front of the dock as a few homes did. Being on the main channel, there were so many/most boats that cruised by so close to the dock. A buoy would have given us an extra measure of safety/peace of mind. But overall, it was a wonderful week, that we all enjoyed. Our host, John was most accommodating.

My family, extended family and friends had a wonderful time. The home had everything we needed. And the owners responded quickly to any requests. Thanks so much for a great trip.

We had everything we needed. Dock was good, a few ‘holes’ need filled in with the tiles. Swimming pool was a big hit. Pool inflatables were appreciated, as well as the towels. Rail into pool needs tightened. Kitchen had what we needed. Garbage cans got full way too fast. We had a great week. Any questions we had were promptly answered.

We had a great 5 days at this house. We had 24 family members there. House is big and beautiful. For the price it should be. Michelle King was great to get along with. Especially through this Covid virus as for months we didn’t know if we would be able to go. They need an extra refrigerator or freezer for big families, and an ice machine. The carpet is white and I’m sure beautiful at one time but steps are very dirty and a real turn off. Again for the price it should be spotless. Which made it hard for me to give it a high star rating. Lots of stairs! But all in all it was a great week.

We went for the week leading up to the Fourth of July weekend and stayed through the fireworks. The house is gorgeous, with almost all the bedrooms having full lake front views. We came with kids ranging from 2-16 years old and everyone had a great time. Between the pool, lake and amenities at the house we were never bored. The owners of the house are super responsive and really care to make your trip amazing. I would highly reccomed this house and would not hesitate to come back next summer!

Great location and all in all the house was great. The home needs a better exterminator or more often. The place was over run with millipedes and other insects. I own a home on a lake and know the issue with insects and lake homes. This home just needs a little more TLC when it comes to this. I would stay there again especially after the dock is replaced.

We were told that we would have a dock to use to go fishing, but we got there and there wasn’t one. The pool was open as promised, but no lights or sound system. We did get to use the pool in the daytime, but we did other things during the day as well. There were TV’s in all the bedrooms, but they did not work. We had a good time, with plenty of bedrooms for everyone, the pool table was a very popular activity. The kitchen had plenty of room for all the cooks and had everything we needed in the way of utensils, pots and pans, dishwasher, coffee pot, etc. The cleaning people did not do a very good job of cleaning the floors. We expected it to be clean when we arrived. We are glad that we stayed there, but felt that Annette should know about these items.

Only a few complaints. The dock was in bad shape and the location of it made it hard to keep your boat moored there due to the velocity of the waves in that area. Only took the boat there during the day and brought it back every evening. The overview did not address this. The speaker system at the pool did not work much to the disappointment of our eight young adult grandchildren who love music. The kitchen was super big and very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The beds were all in excellent condition and bathrooms were very clean. The pool table and ping pong table were added bonuses and enjoyed by many.

Our family of 21 rented this property to celebrate our 65th wedding anniversary an everyone was impressed and very happy with the property. Communication was excellent with the owner. We catered lunch and dinners and the food was delicious and always on time. We can't say enough about the chef. We had some great times in the pool and was able to see eagles. as well as swim in the lake. We would definitely recommend this poperty.

We had a great time staying at this home. The house was clean, full of amenities and very spacious. We had a great time and plan to return again this year (2019).

The home accommodated our large group of 23. We were all together but didn't feel like we were on top of each other! The guest services this place offers is amazing! We had all our groceries stocked in the fridge and pantry before arrival, our boats were delivered the following morning, and Chef Lynn prepared an awesome breakfast for us!
