House is great, neighborhood is perfect for walking, riding bikes and beach is walking distance! The beach is perfect for kids. We enjoyed the house, back deck and sleeping accommodations were wonderful. We can’t wait to go back

This is a nice house in a great location:10-15 minute walk to the beach, quite street, nice porch and backyard, basement for kids to play in and store beach carts…. It’s perfect for our group (4 adults and 2 kids).

We stayed here with our young children and parents. The house had everything we needed, was comfortable and in a great location.

This was by far the best place we’ve stayed in 31 years of vacationing in Narangansett area

Close to everything, clean and accessible . We were not aware there was no AC in the upstairs bedrooms but the ceiling fans kept us comfortable at night we also had a great mild week that wasn’t too hot. My only suggestion would be to add ac on the upstairs bedrooms for ultimate comfort .

We had a great two weeks. The property was clean with ample space for my family. The owners were responsive to any issues. No complaints.

We had a great week vacation at this property with our 5 and 4 year old. We brought their scooters with us and they scooted to and from the Kelly Avenue beach each day. The neighborhood is very walkable and has minimal traffic which was a huge plus. The house was clean and everything we needed was there. The basement level with game room and bedroom was nice but a little musty but it was no problem for us, we just used the 3 bedrooms on the main floor.

This is a wonderful location and home for a family vacation. Beaches within walking distance. The home was well maintained and had all the comforts to enjoy your time in the area. The “handout” they provided was very insightful and gave us suggestions for the local area. The owners were very responsive and available, if needed.

The place is perfect for a week with lots of friends in and out and teens spending time together at the beach and overnight. Great basement for them to hang out. Lots of parking. Plenty of space for sleep over guests. Kitchen, bath, and linens could be updated.

Nice, comfortable house in a great location. Good fit for our family plus visitors. The finished basement was perfect for our daughter's family. There was even a porta-crib there for our 1 year old grandson. We loved Kelly Beach. Although there is no parking or bathrooms, we shuttled our crew there and then one of us would zip back via bike which worked out fine. Beautiful neighborhood for walks and biking. We enjoyed the deck, grille and outdoor shower. Kara was always quick to respond and accommodating. We'll be back!

We recently got back from a week stay at this home and we had an amazing time! Bonnet Bay is our favorite beach! It isn’t too crowded and the waves aren’t too big for young children. This home met all of our needs and more! We loved the outside dining area and it was great to have the basement for the “cool preteens” to hang out. The home was clean, well stocked, and in close proximity to the beach. The walk to the beach was very easy, my four year managed just fine and I carried my 8 month old with no difficulty. We did find having someone drop off heavy/bulky items like chairs and coolers was convenient when we were at the beach all day. Would definitely recommend!

We rented this house for 2 weeks. House was very comfortable for 2 families. Loved the decor, outdoor shower and grill. Deck is perfect height to store the bikes overnight. Chairs, boogie boards, beach cart and cooler are provided. Short walk/ bike ride to beach. Would highly recommend this house and working with Kara was a pleasure. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice home right in the middle of Bonnet. Everything was great with the stay. Love come back yearly to Bonnet.

This was our first experience with Home Away and it was great from beginning to end. The house was exactly as described and in a perfect location for all we wanted to do. Close to four beaches and the Block Island ferry. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to easily make dinner for both families. The bottom floor was perfect for the boys and they loved the air hockey table. The house was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Kara was quick to respond to questions throughout the process!! I would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again!!

Nicely upgraded from the last time we stayed here, new sofas, good quality beds, nicely decorated with a beachy decor.

We were two families (6 kids ranging from 19 years- 12 months) staying here the second week of July. The home was clean upon arrival and we were able to get situated right away. I loved having the pack n play w/ extra mattress type cushion for my 12 month old as he slept great in it. The mattresses/pillows & blankets were all very comfortable and it was nice having a fan in each room to move the sea breezes around. We didn't have the best weather as it rained 3 days, but having a lower level was great in not feeling on top of one another. We grilled a couple nights and made use of the beach chairs. It was great being able to wash clothes and towels and also clean the floors so my baby could crawl around easily. Kara was always easily reachable and super accommodating! She answered every request we had and really went above and beyond! We loved the 1/2 mile walk to Kelly beach as the community is so beautiful we didn't mind being out and about. The beach is great! Very kid friendly but enough waves for the bigger kids too. The kitchen is a bit tight, but we made due just fine- after all your on vacation! This is a great home and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future. Location was perfect as you are just 30 mins to Newport and everything else is a 10 minute drive at most. Our family had an amazing time at this perfect Bonnet Shores rental. The kids stayed downstairs and the adults all had their own bedroom upstairs. Two full bathrooms were clutch. Back patio and grill were put to great use. Just a short walk to Kelly Beach where the locals go. Such a pretty family beach. Ample room in front of the house for parking our 4 cars and beautiful hydrangeia bushes out front! Very pretty beachy modern decor inside - very tasteful. The perfect setting for our week long beach rental!

We had two families travel to R.I. this summer for a combined family vacation. This house was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay, as it was everything we were expecting. The location was within a 7-10 minute walk (with toddlers in strollers and hubby pushing beach carts) to the private Kelly Beach for swimming and lounging and the Long Beach from where you can see the bridge to Newport-beautiful views all around, even during the walks. So again, everything was relaxing. The property was overall clean and very well maintained. Plus, cleaning supplies were provided to maintain the space while we stayed-which was so helpful to me. The owners were wonderful, very available for any of our questions. I would highly recommend this property to a friend or relative, I might even return myself-though I am on a quest to visit all 50 states with my kids over the next number of years. But again, we had such a lovely time, I think we will have to return. The house is also in a great location to visit other cities beyond Narragansett. It only took 30 minutes to get to Newport, which was definitely worth visiting. The wharf and the boat ride to Fort Adams was memorable. My husband and I really appreciated the fact that we were set apart from the bustling downtown, yet able to reach it within minutes by driving. We enjoyed the many good seafood restaurants, again with great views, throughout the island. The kids enjoyed playing a few different well painted parks, and the adults enjoyed the walks, the views and the food. A lovely trip!

We had a great week in Bonnet Shores! The location of the house was wonderful and there was more than enough space to accommodate everyone. The owners were very accommodating and responsive. We would highly recommend this rental to others!

Great location/value and you can walk to Kelly Beach or Little Beach. The house is updated with four bedrooms and a deck. There is also a nice finished basement with a bathroom and bedroom with bunk beds and a third bed. Great area for kids. The house was clean and had a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend this house!

My husband and I rented this great beach house for the week after our wedding. We had the most relaxing time. The house was so comfortable and clean. We had some friends/family come for a few nights, which was great, the house has a surprising amount of room. Outside of the house itself being great it's also a quick walk to both Kelly and little beach. We loved our stay and are looking forward to renting again next summer!!

My family has rented this house two years in a row and are very happy with it. The house is very clean, spacious, and has everything you'll need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Kelly Beach is a short walk from the house where you can spend your days before returning to cook out on the grill and enjoy the deck for the night. We'll be back!

My husband and I rented this perfect little beach house for the week after our wedding. We wanted to relax, go to the beach and have a few friends and family come visit. My family has been vacationing in Bonnet Shore for the last 40+ years and from experience I can tell you this is one of the cleanest and most comfortable properties we've ever rented. Besides the house being quaint it' a quick walk to Kelly beach and little beach. We are very much looking forward to renting this house again next year.

This is a wonderful rental home! My family visits Bonnet Shores every year. Every year we rent a different home. This home is our new favorite. The location is great. Close to Kelly and Little beach. The pictures on the websites don't do justice. The home is remodeled in a very tasteful beach cozy feel. The basement is the best part! The basement has been totally finished with huge flat screen TV - plenty of seating - and a air hockey table! A great place for the kids to relax and have fun, while the adults relax upstairs. I will be renting this home again! Ryan
