This home is stunning with amazing beach access. Unfortunately cleanliness was an issue, there was underwear left in the walk-in closet, stains on the master comforter, a shower drain that was plugged, garbage and recycle were both full, and there were crumbs on the counter and kitchen floor. The owner did not stock Ziploc bags, foil, Saran Wrap, or clothes detergent…although they asked that a load be put in the washer before leaving. The home itself was amazing just be prepared.

The house and support was amazing. Definitely staying again!

stunning beauty where you can hear the ocean from the decks / living room (patio door open) pros gas fireplace stunning views from upstairs and downstairs deck walk to beach trees/birds listen to the waves cons unusable pillows I had to go to walmart to buy an acceptably firm pillow crumbs in toaster unwashed linens in washer machine on my arrival no instructions for how to turn on shower in master upstairs bedroom (i figured it out >> it has to be pulled on ) no turn into property road from 101 Northbound (a Minor inconvenience as one can turnaround a little bit past the entry) no garbage bags in unit no desk for anyone who might be working (telecommuting) as i was (i used dining room table) upstairs bedroom/bed had odd smell {i never did figure out where it came from but kept door to patio open a bit} I have stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this was very nice but not exceptional in terms of kitchen appointment or preparatons (or shower instruction for upstairs) all in all, a stunning location check in instructions were superb i'd stay again just to hear the ocean and to experience the silence

The location was wonderful. It was the best of both worlds, forest and beach. It really felt like home. Well kept with all the amenities. Thank you for sharing with us.

The space is just big enough for everyone to have privacy, but not so big that you get lost. Beach access is very easy and quick. Bedroom pillows are "flat stanleys" so bring your own if you like thicker pillows! A blow dryer is not on the amenity list, but there is one, so don't pack one if you're trying to save space. All in all, a nice stay for our group.

Lovely house and deck with view of the lighthouse. Could perhaps do with a little more crockery and equipment for example, there was no kettle!

Loved it but the showers did not work and had to use the tub in the master bath (not preferred). We called the number in the house book but the person was out of town. Hopefully this is fixed for the next visitors!

The property was clean upon arrival. It is a very warm, comfortable home. It was well supplied with kitchenware. It is just a short jaunt into Newport for any necessities, and an easy walk down to the beach. The beautiful view of the lighthouse was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

House was very clean. The kitchen was very well supplied with exceptionally nice appliances and cookware. Hopefully we will be able to stay here again next year when we return for another pest control seminar in Newport.

This home was perfect for our family. The balcony was perfect for watching the sunset and relax at the end of the day. The beach nearby was really nice as it was some what secluded. The house had everything we needed to cook meals. It was clean and ready when we arrived. I highly recommend this home and will definitely book this home in the future!!

Easy check-in, beautiful home and views, short walk to the beach and great view of the Yaquina Head Lighthouse! We had a great time and we’re very comfortable in this home. We could tell they put a lot of care and pride into making sure this home is clean upon arrival. Did not disappoint!

This home was in a great location, the views were stunning and it was comfortable and well-appointed.

The Yaquina Lighthouse is a lovely property. Good location to the beach, short drive to town. The path to the ocean is the easiest compared to others with dunes. House is fully equipped with towels, needs smaller drinking glasses in the kitchen, decent utensils in the kitchen, they could use more seating in the TV area, use of beach chairs would be helpful (nothing available) and a better mattress for 1 of the queen size beds. Views are beautiful, not located on the beach but you can see the lighthouse and partial ocean from the decks. House was very clean except the Gas Grill which needed cleaning badly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property as long as it meets your requirements.

Comfortable house with a great view and a short walk to the beach. We have stayed four times because we love the house but we will not return due to poor maintenance and cleaning. We have had issues every time. Oven cleaner left in the oven and the rest of the kitchen not cleaned at all. Food and trash on the counters and floor and garbage in the can. This time, dirty underwear in the floor of the bathroom, one of the doors to the deck wouldn’t open, most of the dishes were still in the dishwasher, the dryer hasn’t worked since at least last year, the carpet has large stains, and one of the two couches has been removed so now there’s not enough comfortable seating. Enough.

We were impressed with the location and views. Rooms were very comfortable. Check in process was a breeze! We were disappointed that the living room furniture was not as pictured leaving us to bring chairs from other rooms in order to hang out in the living room. There also was no blue ray player as listed on the website. We needed more sets of towels as we did not have a complete set for each person (6 of us). General cleanliness was pretty good but rooms all had cobwebs that need to be removed. The home was spacious and the decks provided an additional area for the family to enjoy. We would definitely rent this property again.

The property was lovely for my family of four grown people. The location was phenomenal, view from the deck amazing, and great location in getting around. We were sad to go.

this house was perfect for a short ladies retreat for myself and two friends. It was lovely for each of us to have a bathroom of our own :). The house had all the amenities we needed, and what a nice gas stove! The view from the decks were amazing, we even saw an eagle. The access to the beach was so nice and private and close down the little pathway in the back of the house. That beach was one of the most fun and relaxing I've been to in a long time, the tide pools are fun for all ages and the water seemed warmer due to the little cove. I would definitely stay at this house again. It has plenty of room for a couple of small families or a large one or for a couple of friends looking for a short getaway. Only a few small suggestions: the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink was quite smelly. I'm not sure but maybe some extra drain cleaner for that would help with the smell. It wasn't too terrible but at first I thought there might be something rotting in the pipes (and maybe there is) so I do suggest that be addressed. The second observation was an exterior light on the upstairs deck was hanging by the wires. It was blown around knocking against the house during a rainy stormy night and at first I wasn't sure what was making that noise till I saw the light hanging by it's wires. I also recommend getting that repaired before it becomes a bigger problem.

Property was fantastic! Open spacious floor plan allowed us to really relax and unwind with friends and family. Stunning secluded location, amazing beach, this property was everything I expected it to be. Thank you so much!!!

Beautiful view and very relaxing. A few issues with not being able to find linens or dishes - discovered they were still in the dryer and the dishwasher. A few issues with getting the place unlocked. It's three bedrooms but there was very little furniture in the living room to sit on.

Really nice location for a getaway! The place was overall clean but there was a few spots that had leftover food/handprints on! Def would come again!

Very well appointed and well stocked, we used the BBQ and cooked everyday in a well outfitted kitchen. Great for a family getaway and 1 minute from the beach for long walks! Great home, better than expected, very clean, great Wi-Fi to work remote if needed.

The view and beach access are great. The property is nicely furnished but lacked cleanliness. Finger prints, mold and dust told me that the house had not been well cleaned, much less cleaned for Covid.Also the garbage cans were half full leaving us little space for ours.

This isn’t our first stay at this lovely property. We love the location, it’s so peaceful and relaxing. The views and beach access are hard to beat. Our kids love it. We will stay here whenever we visit Newport.A couple of things mostly for the property owners knowledge: the keurig doesn’t work, even after trying to trouble shoot it. I ended up using my k cups in the coffee maker, which worked fine. Also, the upstairs master bath tub jets shot out some yucky stuff when we tried using them. Again, we love this property and these were fairly minor inconveniences.

This home was beautiful. It was everything promised and more. I have tried to think of something negative to say bit it just isn’t possible. The view of the ocean from the lower deck was amazing, my only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. We will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed the home. The decks were pleasant, the master bathroom great and the kitchen very functional. Access to the awesome beach was convenient, although the path was not the easiest/safest to navigate. Everything was clean and it looked exactly like the photos.

Very nice place, we will definitely be looking for it in future trips to the beach!
