Liked the location and the view from the deck. However, the refrigerated made an aggregating noise when the compressor kicked in and several times woke us up during sleep. Also, the dishwasher leaked. We also bought febreeze as it just smelled old in there.

We dropped our youngest at college and headed for the mountains and took our mother with us, who had never seen mountains. Perfect condo, close to town and lake. Very clean

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It’s a great location within a short walk to downtown and some beautiful trails. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tubs.

Far away enough from downtown to have more of a nature feel but also not too far away as you can still walk to downtown. Loved the bike path behind the property and enjoyed the close hiking options as well. Property was spacious, comfy, and well equipped. The only downside was that the fireplace was out of commission during our stay. Management company was very easy to work with and very responsive to any needs.

A little old and outdated but wonderful location and beautiful views!

This condo was perfect for our quick trip to Colorado to meet up with two other sisters and spouses who stayed at a different condo there. We only had time for a short stay but would have been great for a longer stay as well. Online pictures don’t do unit justice. Would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our long weekend in Frisco and found this condo to be in a great location. We also used the pool and hot tubs, which were nice and nicely landscaped. The only negatives were the comfort of the bed in the loft, and the noise from the unit above waking us in the night. I think maybe they were doing laundry or something with a lot of water running 2 of the 3 nights we were there. Otherwise, everything was great and as advertised.

1st floor condo with a beautiful view. Kitchen well stocked. Pool & hot tubs were enjoyable with a good view.

Perfect launching point for skiing / boarding at Loveland and Copper. Comfortable space for our family of five. Frisco was a great town. Loved being able to soak in the outdoor hot tubs just a short walk across the parking lot after a day on the slopes. All the amenities you'd need! Great view off the deck. Loved it!

Love staying in the Frisco area and this was close to everything we needed for our ski vacation. Kitchen was loaded with its everything we needed and the pool and hot tub area were very nice. Very much enjoyed our stay!

The condo is clean and well maintained, has kitchen items needed. We would recommend and stay here again.

excellent stay

The property was great and the view was excellent. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking.

The property management company did not have a key waiting for us as they said they would; so they had to send someone to get a key in another town and then get it to us. As soon as they realized the problem they took care of it but didn't do a good job of communicating that it would take 45 minutes of waiting on our part for the key to get to us. Also, the promised pull out couch would not pull out but got stuck at a 45 degree angle; so my one daughter slept on the couch vs. the hide-a-bed. Otherwise it was a wonderful location, very clean, with everything we needed. Close to some great walking/biking paths. There is a beautiful wetland in the back and the hummingbirds and other birds were a delight to listen to on the back porch. We would go back again.
