Overall our experience was exceptional. Some communication opportunities regarding a known issue but after a few phone calls this was resolved within two days. Amazing view of the beach and ocean with daily dolphin sitings and close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Would book again.

A very large condo; an excellent kitchen with tons of items; the verandas are out of the wind and large enough to visit with our friends.

My family and I had a great experience at this unit. It was clean and updated. The fridge was amazing. The views of the ocean were breathtaking! We loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine looking up at the stars at night. Check in and check out were very easy. The unbelievable ocean views is what you pay for. I absolutely loved it. We will definitely come back in the future!

This property was well maintained. It was clean and in good condition. We could not get the ice maker to work. We were able to freeze ice cubes in a purchased ice cube tray. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice place overall. Management was accommodating with questions via phone , text or email. Elevator situation poor. Was broken the day we departed and usually quite slow

From the moment we drove into the complex we were delighted with our choice of properties for our vacation. The location can not be beat, shopping, restaurants, parks, and the BEST lattes are all within walking distance outside of the complex. Within the complex you have 2 great outdoor pools, a fitness center, the beach, and Pool Bar Jim's! The unit itself was on the oceanside and thr views were breathtaking. The unit was larger than expected and very clean. The only negative part was that the wifi was not the greatest but we did not mind too much as we spent most of our time outside! Our 4 kids as well as my husband and I had a great time here. We are already looking at next year.

Loved this property. Very well appointed, with great view of the ocean, clean and has everything you need. Covered parking is great. Pool was not heated while we stayed in April. Lots of space, comfortable beds, large bathrooms. Furniture was very comfortable.

Clean, well appointed, two bedroom villa. Would stay again. Full kitchen, two full bathrooms, King bedroom suite and two queen bedroom suite. Perfect for a family or two parties traveling together as each room has its own bathroom and balconies. Central location close to everything. Second floor unit of 4 floor building. Sunrise views of the beach/ocean overlooking the pool and hot tub. Downsides, we love taking baths, and the tub fillers on the garden tubs did not produce enough water to fill a bath efficiently. Had to turn it on and do other things while it filled for over 30+ mins. Also, the latch on the hallway bathroom door did not latch shut. It would constantly pop open while you were using the bathroom. It needs adjusting so that it will properly close and lock. Elevators are very slow. We took the stairs except for check in and check out when using the luggage carts. If you need elevators all the time, prepare to wait! Overall it is a great property. Clean, nice towels and beds. Bar seating for 4, dining table for 4 and covered decks with additional seating. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, everything you need for an extended stay.

What a wonderful place to stay. Pools were wonderful, access to shops right there, beach and area will leave you speechless. Do not have enough of a vocabulary to express this vacation. Father passed and we had to move up 2 days vacation and this company was right on it to work out a solution. So grateful. Thanks for everything!

Would stay there again!

Condo was nicely renovated and well-stocked with needed supplies. Condo was clean and ready to go upon arrival. We were pleased with the condo. The hallways of the building seemed a bit dreary though and we took the steps instead of the elevator most of the time since there was only 1 elevator and it was not in the best condition where cleanliness was concerned.

The property was maintained well and in walking distance to everything we needed. The property management company. Especially to our early arrival. The view of the ocean was gorgeous as well. We will definitely be back.

The place was lovely and very clean. It was a little confusing when we got there. It would be helpful to send a reminder of the access code for the gate and room right before the person arrives Just to remind them exactly what to do. Otherwise everything was fine.

We loved our condo, 3204. It has an awesome view. Seen dolphins from our balcony almost every morning. The property and grounds are very nice. We enjoyed the heated pool after dipping our toes in the cold ocean water. Access to the ocean and beach is right there. The location is perfectly located by the ocean and across the street shops and restaurants. We loved riding our bikes to restaurants, around the area on the paths and on the beach. The condo was clean, updated, big rooms, excellent view, had everything we needed for an amazing week on the Island. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time, the room was perfect, lots of restaurants and shops close by, and we went fishing too.

The unit was very clean and the kitchen had anything you could need. Mattress in master was very comfortable. Loved having the beach towels and beach chairs to use. Being across the street from Caligny plaza was so convenient. Loved our stay!!

We could have stayed three more weeks! The more organized and well stocked rental we have very stayed at. It felt like home from the moment we arrived.

Everything about our stay was wonderful-the property was very clean and in a prime location! The views were stunning, we will be staying here again!

This was my family’s first trip to HHI and WOW! Amazing! The property was exceptional. Everything we needed and more. Beautiful view, close to beach and pools, walking distance to everything you need. We will definitely be back!

The condo view of the ocean was amazing! We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The second floor was so easy to go down to the beach and pools via stairs, no waiting for elevators. It was super clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful get-a-way!

Vacation Company did a great job. We rent two units. Thankfully both were through this company. Through the mess of the HHI shutdown And all the unknowns they kept us informed. Condo is nice. Nicely Surprised to find vacation company beach towels to use We have always stayed at Northshore But wanted to try seacrest. Several pros and cons. Obviously more convenient to get to beach. But SC floor plans aren’t what we are used to. We got a notice on our doors on the 5th day to not leave beach gear outside our door. That was annoying. No way you can get all sand off and they want us to bring everything into condo? Maybe that’s normal but would have loved access to the locked storage area outside unit for that. Pools closed at 5!!!! I hope others after us see that rule lifted. Jim’s pool bar and the grill are wonderful. All in all another successful HHI family vacay. Side note of Places to eat. Low country backyard restaurant/ fish camp and Steamers is back. Just not at coligny.

Great Property! Will Return!

My girlfriend and I booked this condo as a last minute girls trip with our 5 kids before school started. It could not have been more perfect! The condo was actually nicer in person than in the pictures and you couldn't ask for a better location. The proximity to the beach, the two pools and the pool bar were exactly what we needed! The app that the management company utilizes was fantastic (including the part about leaving items behind which came in handy when we realized 3 hours into the drive back that the priceless Dyson hair dryer was still under the sink - a real person answered right away and it was in a box being shipped to me that day!). Highly recommend this property.

Property was clean, conveniently located and had a beautiful view. A nice touch is that all the shelves in the kitchen were labeled which kept everything organized. We cook a lot on vacation and this was a nice touch every property should do as it keeps everything in place. I would definitely return to stay at this unit.

When we had to postpone our trip because of Hurricane Irma, our original choice was not available so we had to choose another rental. Fortunately, with the gracious help of Carrie at Vacation Company, we chose #3204! The place was immaculate with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Besides offering a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean, it was beautifully decorated with some unique items to give the villa a special touch. Did I mention the location? Well, besides being oceanfront, Coligny Circle is only a few steps away where there are plenty of interesting shops and restaurants for all tastes. If you want a day of sun and relaxation, sit poolside or on one of the two balconies with a good book and a beverage (they also serve food) from Big Jim's which is right on the property between the two pools. After being disappointed having to postpone our original dates from September to October, this proved to be better than we could have imagined. The weather was great, the rental and property was inviting and comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there immensely. The only problem...the week went by way too fast!
