Charming home nestled in the flowers and tall trees. Comfortable beds and nicely appointed kitchen. Loved having breakfast on the screened in porch every morning and enjoyed having use of the golf cart. Home owner was easy to get ahold of and prompt to return any correspondence.

Home was clean and very comfortable! Felt totally relaxed our entire stay. Screened-in porch was perfect for dining; beds were comfortable. We loved our stay and hope to book again. Thanks for offering your home as a rental! P.S. I think our golden retriever had the best time of all!!!

The house is very homey and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. It was wonderful having the golf cart included. We enjoyed the screened in porch. I highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed our stay and the golf cart was a plus! Few blocks to the tennis/pickle ball courts and pool and Poolside that has some snacky items and treats. Like others have said the kitchen was well stocked and we used the fire pit one night which was nice. Some books and games available to use as well. The side screened in porch was amazing to eat at and play games! We had a wonderful week!

We greatly appreciate a rental that allows us to bring our dogs. The golf cart was a great bonus! Thanks for a great week!

Check in process was simple. Owner was quick to communicate. The neighborhood was quiet and house was close to the pool. Kids had an enjoyable time riding bikes down the road and swimming.

The property was well cleaned and very comfortable. We had a great time on our girls trip. It was close to the ferry so we were able to spend some time on the island as well. Neighbors were nice, but they were doing some work on their cottage and had the workers using equipment starting early in the AM. Which wasn't a big deal just woke us up earlier than we wanted. We also were not aware that the gates close at a certain time, we got back just in time though. Other than those two things we had an amazing time. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We were happy to find a very comfortable cottage for 5, but snags to be addressed for the next occupants include the following: no working light in the south facing bedroom, loud whine in the dryer(did not use washing machine), no instructions for TV remote, no switch or remote found to turn off living room fan, broken railings on both sides of front steps, and only one person in our group had the patience to wait for water to heat for the shower; the listing should make clear that there are 2 1/2 baths, not 3.

It was a great Fall weekend getaway with a ton to do for the Festival. We had a great time and the house was just perfect for us.

We stayed here last year too, although about a month later. The weather this time was a lot nicer and we actually got to use the golf cart! Comfortable place and very homey! Love the main floor 1/2 bath too - more convenient!!

We really loved our stay in Lakeside. Everything is very close, people are friendly, the whole place is very clean and well maintained. Having the golf cart is really a must in Lakeside! A great addition to the whole experience. We had no issues with checkin, the home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable! Great front porch (I enjoyed my coffee there every morning!). Kitchen is well stocked - everything we needed. Large dining room table and another large table on a screened porch - great for group meals! Lakeside is such a special place! We will be back!

I took my 16 y.o. daughter and 3 of her friends to Lakeside for a last-minute end of summer mid-week overnight stay. This home was perfect for our needs and the golf cart was a terrific addition. There were no crowds since most of the schools were back in session which allowed us to freely utilize the restaurants, pool, putt putt and shuffleboard without waiting. It was costly for one night, but was a very nice peaceful get away. The owner answered all my questions promptly and was very helpful.

This home was incredible! An amazing place to relax with the family and experience all that Lakeside has to offer. The screened porch was great for dining and the front porch was great for coffee and relaxing. Having the golf cart was perfect for getting to all the Lakeside hot spots. Highly recommend this place for a visit to Lakeside.

This is a great house that has not been cared for or cleaned the way a rental should be. It has a great set up for a family but is extremely cluttered and the cleaning crew did such a lackluster job that I didn’t feel comfortable having my baby crawl on any of the floors. In fact, I found a tablet of Benedryl on one of the floors that he easily could have ingested. Looking under the couch revealed possibly years worth of crumbs and dust. Lakeside is a wonderful place, perfect for families and of course, we had a lovely vacation but it would have been better had we felt happy about the state of the house. I wish the host had been more apologetic and helpful when I called with my concerns upon check in. All I was told was that he would contact the cleaning crew but nobody ever showed or followed up.

This was an okay place but there was a rotting step that broke from underneath my son outside and he scraped his leg . I also think a tv would be good.

This was a great place for the family vacation. Very close to the pool and a little walk to the lake and downtown.

Everything was great except I’m not sure why I was charged a cleaning fee when MANY things were not cleaned. The only area that seemed clean was the upstairs bathrooms. Loved that the golf cart was included. We had a great time!

It was a very nice stay in a neat area. Lots of nice things to do as well.

We really enjoyed staying at this home in Lakeside. The weather was very pleasant so we had all our meals at the large table on the screened porch. If it had been cooler there also was a large table in the dining room. The golf cart was a real bonus and we used it to explore the community of Lakeside which is beautiful. We look forward to planning a trip here again.

First trip to Lakeside and this was a great cottage/house to rent. Also first time traveling with our dog. The house and location were perfect! Beautiful park with fountains around the corner. Great for walking. House had everything we needed including a golf cart. Lakeside was lovely. We will be back!!

We enjoyed our short, 2 night stay at this place. We played pickleball each morning and the house in conveniently located near the rec center and pickleball courts. The kitchen had everything we needed and we appreciated have Keurig K-cups available for coffee. The WIFI was very fast and reliable. Although they made it very clear in the description that the house does not have a TV, spending a few hundred bucks on a smart TV would be nice. We ended up watching the US Open finals on my iPad.

The property was perfect for our two day getaway to Kelley's Island and Marblehead. Good location and cozy, quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stayed.

Very nice, large house! Clean & easy to find & check in!

Rental was as described and worked out well for us and our children and grandchildren. Only issue was the need to purchase additional passes for parking and daily entrance to get to the house each day.

The house is absolutely amazing neighborhood whole community was beautiful perfect thanks again!
