Everything was great but I would be embarrassed as an owner to expect people to sit on the family room and main floor deck furniture 😝😝. It really left a bad taste. Everything else was great.

Every thing was as listed. This was the cleanest property that we have stayed in the 12 years our family has had a week house vacation. The property manager was quick to come to answer our questions and so pleasant. Thankfully the A/C worked in our 100 degree plus weather The young ones loved diving of the end of the dock.

House was great for larger groups. Lots of space, clean and up to date, easy access to the water, good views. Only note is the internet is slow (but phone 5G was fine on most carriers).

It was a beautiful and comfortable home for the ten of us! Accomadations were absolutely perfect!

Great house. Loved the four masters with bathrooms. No fighting to get ready for the day. House was clean and in good shape. The dock could use a little updating but was in over decent shape. Also be aware that the dumpster for garbage is on top of the hill so you will have to haul it up there at the end of your stay. So you may be putting it in the back of your vehicle to do that. Overall we had a great stay there.

Our family of 10 loved the spacious house. The one MB/bath (bath very tiny). But we made due. Loved being on the lake. Rented a pontoon boat for the week and got our money worth. Kids swam off the dock with life jackets on (dock needs some upgrading) but loved the floating mat. They also fished from the dock. House is in a good location on the water. Enjoyed tubing and the area attractions. Would highly recommend this house.

Great catfishing hole off the dock. Kids were catching big ones left and right! We hardly used the downstairs kitchen, but upstairs had everything we needed. Included regular coffee pot and keurig Toaster and most pots and pans. Dock definitely could use some TLC, but did its purpose. We were a bit disappointed the loft area just had two pull out couches and not actual beds. The road down to the house is narrow and parking 4 cars was a bit tight, but we made it work. We took our boat daily and were able to tube and surf right out front of the house. We rented waverunners and tubes from Pirates Marina just a short boat ride from house. Captain Rons’s and The Cave were both great places to go to that were close.

Had an amazing time for a week at the lake. The place was great for the size of our group. Enjoyed a lot of time in the water - tubing, swimming, boat rides, jet skis, kayaking and floating on the rafts. Also enjoyed the indoor games and lounging on the decks. It was a very hot week. Sitting on the decks looking over the lake was pleasant in the afternoon since the lake side of the house faces East. Oh, the kitchen is great. There are actually two but we only used the one upstairs.

Great location and accomadations for family get together. Enjoyed fishing, swimming, boating and jet skiing on the lake. Weekends definitely got busier on the lake. Property manager was very accomadating and helpful. Sunrise with coffee on the balcony overlloking the lake was a favorite moment to start each day.

Beautiful, spacious well supplied house. Gorgeous view of the lake. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

We get together every other year with high school friends and always try to find a location and house that will accommodate us all comfortably. This house certainly checked a lot of those boxes. Very well maintained with a lot of upgraded features, especially in the kitchen area. An absolute amazing view of the lake made our cocktail and dinner venues really enjoyable. As mentioned in previous reviews, the parking for 4 vehicles can be a challenge, but certainly not a show stopper. The only negative we had was the bedroom/bathroom arrangement on the lower level. A shared bathroom and a separate bathroom off of the game room was not ideal for the 4th and 5th bedroom occupants. But, we managed to make this work without too much inconvenience. Overall, we would certainly recommend this "Great Place on the Lake" as a top consideration if you are looking to stay in the Ozarks.

Beautiful clean house. Favorite area was the kitchen. It had everything you could imagine. Only complaint is parking is minimal so if you are bringing a boat you need to make arrangements for your trailer. We had a great time and would definitely go back!

We had an excellent week at this property. Great house for 3 families. Kids loved the lower level space. Property is well maintained and house was clean. Kitchen was stocked with cooking and baking supplies. Patios were furnished. Gas Grill. About 15 mins from grocery store. Location on the lake was good. Just a boat ride away from the restaurants. Communication with property manager was quick. We would definitely come back to this house.

Beautiful home! There was 15 of us, plenty of room for all of us. Mark was amazing, got back to me right away on all of my questions. Very nice home.

We had a great family vacation in your home. This home is beautifully decorated throughout. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with all the pans, bowls and utensils needed! The dock needs a bit of TLC and it would be nice to have some seating on the dock available as well. All in all - a great place for our large group!

We spent a week in the Ozarks(1st time visiting) & we stayed in this beautiful home while we were there. We had 12 people with us & let me tell you, there was more than enough room. The home was very nicely decorated, spacious, bright & very clean. The whole back of the house has large picturesque windows overlooking the lake. So pretty!! We had one or 2 small issues, but the property manager (Mark) was right on top of getting things resolved right away! Only a few drawbacks, is the narrowness if the street in front of the home & steepness of the driveway. Definitely need your parking break on while parked in the driveway and it's almost like a one way street in front of the house. The other side of the street was a very tall stone wall. Also having to hike up or drive about a block or so away to bring all our trash to the dumpster was kind of inconvenient. But, those are small things that in no way should stop you from staying at this property. Highly recommend.

We had a great time and the location was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would need. The only criticism would be a need for new mattresses and new pull out couches.

We were a family of 12, ages 15-93. The view of the lake was amazing. The house was perfect for the amount of people in our group. We had plenty of space! This house has a fantastic kitchen. It had everything you could possibly need to cook a gourmet meal. The only downside to this house is parking is limited. You can only squeeze 5 cars on the driveway/garage. If you have a large family with multiple drivers coming and going at different times you need to take that into consideration. There is no parking on the street and no place to park for miles from this house. We loved this house and will be back for another family reunion. It really is perfect for big or multi families. Very conveniently located from highway. Biggest regret would be that we couldn’t enjoy the lake due to cold. Location and views were gorgeous. Extremely clean with rooms with a view of the lake. Tastefully furnished. Very homely feel. Mattresses were comfortable. Very small issue was that internet was a little slow but that could be what is available in the area. Otherwise everyone loved the place especially the kids. Foosball was a big hit!!

The house is wonderful with beautiful surroundings. Quiet and remote. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating. Due to the concern for Covid-19, after the huge gathering of cyclists, some of our friends did not come to enjoy the beautiful area and enjoy all the attractions. Hopefully, some day, we can come again to this property.

A few surprises but the property manager got everything resolved quickly. I talked to the owner a few times and explained everything happening and he was more than sorry that everything was not perfect. I understand rental properties and I realize issues happen with houses that you don’t live in. I informed him of anything that needed attention and he was very appreciative. We definitely would rent from this owner again. Great vacation!

It was a phenomenal time out at the Ozarks. Mark the property manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay there again!

House was beautiful. Plenty of room for the 13 of us. Marina for renting boat and jet ski was very convenient. (Expensive, but convenient ). The additional kitchen in the lower level I.e. refrigerator, was very handy for pop and beer. Everything was clean inside and we were being very fussy due to Covid. The outside door on the main deck had numerous dead bugs; that could use a good cleaning. The only complaints that I heard was that you can’t access the lake from the deck on the main level. You need to go downstairs (on the inside) and two sets of stairs on the outside. So if your family members have a hard time with stairs this is not the place for you. Other than that everything was perfect and we had a great time.

House is extremely nice with everything you needed there with kitchen conveniences, etc. Could do a little deeper cleaning (spiders, dead bugs, etc.) but was in general pretty good condition. The boat slips were very convenient for renting boats and wave runners from Pirate Pete's.

So many positive things about this house: the fabulous kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook gourmet meals for our crowd; the bedrooms/baths were spacious and comfortable; great recreation area downstairs; porches were lovely; amazing view of the lake; dock within feet of the house; ample parking; I could go on and on! A few suggestions: there is a plank that needs to be replaced at the end of the walkway to the dock; IT WOULD BE REALLY NICE TO HAVE A BETTER LADDER ON THE DOCK. Hard for older adults to get out of the water. We ended up asking the folks at the house next door if my husband could use their ladder that had handrails on both sides. Had we not been able to do that, he probably would not have gotten in the water again. Overall, it was an amazing family vacation and we hope to come back again.

We had an awesome time at the house! Everything we needed! Great for our grandkids with pool table ping pong table and foosball!

Renting was a breeze. Got email confirmation right away. Once final payment was made received all needed information on directions, things that were provided and things we might want to bring. Very professional. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Beautiful home....plenty of space for us. Functional kitchen for meals. My only advice would be the following : 1. The propane tank for the grill ran out on day 2 as we were preparing dinner which was disappointing that it wasn’t a full tank to stray. Probably an oversight . 2. The grill didn’t get very hot (250 degrees). 3. The boat slip had no cleats to tie up and there were nails sticking out of the dock which a few of us stepped on. There is also the pile of 2 x 4 s with nails sticking out...I would tend to that . 4. Having to carry the garbage up the hill to the dumpster was something we have never experienced before...especially as we saw garbage service come down the street for pick up at the neighboring house on Monday . Other than that- wonderful stay....appreciate the hospitality and mark the property manager was extremely responsive to all questions/concerns. We appreciated that. Thanks again

We had a great time staying at this property. Not only is it a beautiful home with lots of room, but its in a great location and has a very nice view off the decks. We really enjoyed the game room at night as well and property manager was very easy to work with. Five star rating for sure!

We can't say enough about how impressed we were with our stay at this property. The home was perfect for our families and each day enjoyed the exceptional views. We all had plenty of space for children and adults, both together and separately. We had friends nearby visit and had more than enough room for game night and meals. Docs were great to have and made easier access for visits from nearby family by water. Plenty to do in the home and around for all. Kids had a blast exploring the "coast", fishing, ping pong, foosball, playing pool, etc., and adults relaxing on the multiple decks. The house was extremely well appointed and there was nothing we wanted for, especially with cooking large meals. Every appliance, pot, pan, utensil, etc. we could have wanted was there and quality. Second kitchen also was a major bonus. We have rented many homes and this was by far the best in these departments. Lovely touches like comfy extra blankets and throws were a wonderful surprise. Beds were comfortable and rooms tastefully decorated, as was the rest of the home. Showers fantastic as well. This was a great stay with great value and truly hope to visit again soon. Would have stayed longer if we could have. Great place to hole up during this crazy time to say the least. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Made some great family memories there this week!
