This was a great property that was very clean and easy to find. We were in town for a baseball tournament. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We were right by the pool and hot tub, but the noise was not bothersome. Would definitely stay here again!

Pet friendly homes are hard to find, so we usually are left with less than ideal places to stay. But this home was clean, it was comfortable, and had everything we needed. I appreciate the upgraded mattresses and although we didn’t use them, there were even upgraded shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was a nice touch.
I can’t speak to the kitchen, as we weren’t at the property much since we spent the majority of our time with family who lives there, but it appeared to have everything you’d need to cook meals. We didn’t use the pool, but from what I saw it was heated for year round use and directly in front of the property. That meant you had pool noise until 10:30pm but it didn’t bother us at all.
Since we visit St George often, I’ll for sure be keeping this place in mind for next time we visit. It’s centrally located and easy to access. We had no problem finding parking and loved that there was a garage. Ten out of ten.

We had a fabulous time staying at the Poolside Retreat. This location is right next to a very large and fun pool. We loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom. We would stay here again in the future.

Me and my family loved this rental property! It was very clean and looked even nicer in person than in the pictures. We loved that there was bathrooms in each bedroom to give everyone more privacy. Owners were very professional and made everything a very pleasant and smooth process checking in and out.

The property was wonderful. We had three adults in our group. It was nice to have our own spaces with baths when we got back from visiting with family. Loved the house.

Small Family retreat to visit daughter in college for the weekend. Place was awesome and clean. Beds are fantastic. Didn't use the huge pool but plenty of people looked like they were having fun. Nice 2 car garage to keep car in overnight as well. Close to everything.

My two brothers and I (and spouses) were in St George cleaning out our parent's home and getting it ready to sell. As would be imagined, this was a difficult time for all of us. However, having this lovely condo to come back to each night helped immensely. The set-up of 3 bedrooms with their own baths was perfect. Having the swimming pool right outside our door was so nice...even though a little noisy (not much problem though because it closed early enough). It was a really nice pool and much needed. ;-) Everything in the condo was very nice...beds, furniture, kitchen and its appointments. I would definitely stay there again...hopefully next time for a real vacation though. And the bonus for us was the ease of having our little dog with us.

Very clean, close to pool, just off freeway
The condo is well maintained and had about everything we needed. Ideally, there would have been another couch or armchair in the front room for additional seating options. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood. Sooo close to the pool. The pool was a highlight for us and great to use! We had an issue with the BBQ grill but management was super quick to respond and sorted us out in reasonable time. We loved having bathrooms en-suite every bedroom. Beds were comfy. Air conditioning was marvelous. Garage parking was awesome. Would recommend. Would stay again!

Wonderful getaway!
Easy access. Great location. Clean and quiet. Friendly neighbors. 4 minutes to I-15. This property really made our vacation super easy and enjoyable.

Perfect place!
It was super easy to check in and check out. We loved all the different sleeping options with having 2 king beds and sofa pull out beds. There was extra parking that was close to the condo that was convenient since our big suv didn’t quit fit in the garage.

Perfect location about 15 steps to the pool. The house has pool toys which were awesome to take to the pool. We cooked a coup e of meals there and all the cooking equipment, pots pans , dishes, etc was stocked . This was very helpful. All of my adult children said their beds were very comfortable and clean

Perfect for friends
There were two couples and the rooms were very nice. We used the pool and hot tub. No cooking so cannot comment on how well the kitchen was equipped. This VRBO worked great for us

The property was exactly what we needed, and our kids enjoyed not having to share a bathroom with each other! The location was great and the neighborhood was very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation!
This condo is a perfect vacation home. Our kids loved how close it is to the pool and it has so much space. We have stayed at vacation rentals every summer for the past ten years and this house had everything that you might need stocked and ready to go (laundry detergent, soap, towels, cleaning supplies, etc.) You don't need to bring anything with you. We hope to be back soon!

It Really Is a Poolside Retreat!
We had a lovely time at this property. It was HOT our entire visit so being just a few steps from the pool was perfect! (Not a noise issue at all)
The whole place was very clean and comfortable. There were even amenities that I hadn't seen mentioned in the listing (BBQ, crockpot, juicer, etc.) so that was an awesome surprise.
We would have no issues recommending this property to others and will absolutely stay there again if we are in the area!

The house was in convenient proximity to Zion. It was very clean, easy to access and the pool was an added bonus.

We enjoyed this St. George townhome very much. It was very comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable and it was great that every bedroom had it's own private bathroom! We enjoyed this St. George townhome very much. It was very comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable and it was great that every bedroom had it's own private bathroom!
When booking I was hoping that "poolside" would not be too noisy and it turned out that noise was NOT an issue at all.

Wonderful townhome. Bedrooms all large with their own bathroom. Very clean and spacious. Very convenient location just off the freeway. Make sure you read the directions on how to get there. Definitely would reccomend!

The first floor master was perfect for my 80 yr old mother and the pool for my teen-age daughter. A great trip.

Great location. We golfed at Sand Hollow Resort and paddle boarded at Gun lock Rez. Fully stocked rental right next to the pool. The whole family enjoyed their stay.

Awesome weekend!
The pool was heated warmer than any outdoor pool we have ever been in St George in the winter. We had a blast in that pool! Hot tub was great! Property was wonderful!! We had such a great weekend.

Great location
This townhome was in a great location with easy access to the pool, the dunes of Sand Hollow, and all the activities in Saint George. The townhome itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the flexibility and communication of the managers/owners. We had a wonderful stay!
