This is a great spot for 2 couples visiting Ashland for the OSF because each of the 2 bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom (one just also opens to the hallway). It's an easy walk to all the downtown restaurants and the theaters. And don't forget to check out the Cabaret Theater, just a couple of blocks from the OSF theaters. The productions are top notch and and a nice variety. Sugar has done a marvelous job of setting up and stocking this cozy cottage. We had everything we needed and Sugar was right there if we had questions...though we didn't. We highly recommend this cottage.

We traveled to Ashland with another couple who are close friends. It was wonderful to share the living room and kitchen spaces together while having separate bedrooms and bathrooms to use. The outside sitting areas were also very inviting and gave us plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen as well supplied. The keyless entry was easy to use and convenient. I can’t think of anything I would want to change.

Beautiful sunlit cottage. Super clean and comfortable. Easy walk to downtown. Sugar was promt and pleasant with communications. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Quiet neighborhood. Would gladly stay again!

What a great place! Perfect amount of space for our family of 4 for our first visit to Ashland. A 5-minute walk to the theatre festival and pretty much anything downtown. So convenient!
The cottage itself was impeccably clean and cute with everything we needed. Sugar was extremely responsive and lovely before and during our stay. Would definitely come back!

Returned to the cottage after a magnificent stay last year, and was not at all disappointed. The place is always immaculate, the kitchen well-equipped. The cottage is perfectly situated for hikes in Lithia Park, walks in the railroad district, proximity to the co-op, and of course the theater. We look forward to a return visit next year.

we have stayed in many prperiies over the years and this is the best. Excellent communication very ckeanverlk appointed and well stocked kitchen. Our beds were very comfortable. Great location, quiet and safe!

The property is charming and in a great location which allows walking access to downtown Ashland. The twin beds are on the small side so not really great for adults. The home also had a bit of a mothball odor.

The Garden Suite was clean, very well equipped and comfortable. It was the perfect place for four friends to get away and enjoy ourselves. Lots of conversations and walks in Ashland in between shows at OSF.

This was my second stay at this property. Both times have been perfect. The cottage is immaculately clean and well appointed, within walking distance to downtown and just works perfectly. One of the best selling points for this property is the PARKING! Sugar is a delightful host and makes sure you have everything you need.

My wife and I totally enjoyed this cozy, perfectly appointed, well located, and very comfortable "garden suite cottage." A particular shout out to our hostess, Sugar, who communicated timely and with enthusiasm, and met our needs fully. Whenever we return to Ashland, we hope to enjoy this property again.

We were in Ashland to attend four plays in three days. The cottage was perfect: close to OSF and to wonderful restaurants. We only ate breakfast in the cottage and appreciated the coffee and sugar; would have also liked some decaf for evenings..

This lovely property was outstanding for two senior couples to share while attending plays at OSF. Very new and up to date, close to the Ashland food coop, a short walk to OSF. We will return!

Initial problem communicating with VRBO. Would have saved a lot of time if I had been able to speak with a human being. I ended up calling Sugar and she handled it for me.

Fantastic time in the center of town. Walked to all the shops, restaurants, theaters. Cottage is very comfy and well stocked. Was super hot out so it was wonderful to come home to cool AC.

Terrific Location
Small cottage in great condition in the Railroad District of Ashland. Easy walk to theatres, restaurants, and Food Co-op. Air conditioning was welcome during some really hot July afternoons.

Oasis close to town
We really enjoyed relaxing at our 2nd street cottage. The walk to town was short and scenic. The neighborhood is lovely with cute houses and beautiful yards. We especially enjoyed going to a nearby coffee place called Rogue Valley Roasters.
Sugar’s instructions and guidelines were very clear and helpful. The cottage was the perfect place to relax in between exploring Ashland! Amory and family

Cozy cottage with all the amenities we needed, close to town
We stayed five nights in the garden suite and it was just what we needed. Close to town and the theaters, easy walking distance to the local co-op grocery store and restaurants, too. Perfectly clean, with everything in good working order. We had one extra need while we were there and Sugar was very responsive.

Awesome Ashland
We love Ashland. This is at least our 10th trip. We have enjoyed more than 60 plays. Ashland itself is a sweet place. And this stay was no exception. They house is great. It’s comfortable. It’s in a great location. We basically parked and walk everywhere for the week (except a drive to climb Mt Ashland). We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Perfectly Idealic!
We are 3 women who have visited OSF & Ashland for 32 wonderful years. We have stayed with Sugar several times since she opened the Garden Cottage. Each visit is perfect. It is rare to find a place that is consistently immaculate & inviting.
