The condo easily accommodated our family (four adults—including two grown sons who wanted their own space) and a dog but could handle more. Plenty of room to spread out but also a large living area and open dining room/kitchen to gather. The balcony and view were amazing. All was as listed, and we hope to stay there again.

The home was beautiful, we stayed 2 weeks. All of the beds were really bad, but they brought a new master bed mattress on day 3. The other 2 mattresses took a few days longer due to very poor management during the weekend. Eventually the other two mattresses were replaced as well and all was then wonderful.

Great place to enjoy ocean views. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunset. We look forward to coming back.

The beds are horrible and in desperate need of replacing, same with the pillows. It was disappointing that a large area in the master closet was taken up with all of the cleaning crew supplies and not put in any tidy "out of the way" fashion. The deck was very dirty and in need of a deep sweep and mop. Which I took care of, since I don't want anyone in the unit due to COVID. There was an issue with a breaker that was tripping out some of the plugs in the Casita. They property management company called on our second day to alert us, but again due to COVID I didn't want anyone to enter the unit. We paid extra for late check-out at 12 noon on Sunday and one of the workers showed up at 9:45, which was annoying, my daughter told him we had late check-out until 12 noon and to return after that time. He showed up again at 11:30...DOUBLE ANNOYING! The place itself is nice but really needs some TLC before I would rate high. We stayed in # 208 a couple of years ago and it was much nicer!

Can sit and watch people and cars cruising the Strand all day long, like your own moving picture show. One thing to know. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed with bunk bed above. And it's against the wall making it difficult for 2 people getting in and out of bed. The bedroom also has no closet or TV. Fortunately we had a single guest in that room or it would have been a problem. I would also suggest ceiling fans in all bedrooms, not just the master. With that said, I would still recommend the unit.

The views are ridiculous and we practically lived on that pario watching the waves crash. The third bedroom doe not have a picture but it was perfect for our 2 teenagers as there was a double/twin bunkbed. The King bed in the master suite is quite uncomfortable (our only complaint). The management company had excellent customer service. We ran out of propane the night before Thanksgiving for the outdoor fire pit and they had someone run a new one out Thanksgiving day! We were blown away. We would definitely stay here again.

The strand for 6 years, this is the only negative experience we had. The unit #206 is not well maintained. The the place was dirty, the walls were dirty and the furniture beat up.We had to wipe down the pantry shelves and line them with paper towels just to put our groceries on the shelves. The floors were filthy dirty, our bare feet were black from walking on the floor. We used a steam cleaner that was in a closet to clean the floors ourselves. The patio had dirt on the furniture that we cleaned in order to sit on them. We stayed at 3 other properties at this address,and always had a great experience, this was the worst that we stayed in. The day after we checked in someone from housekeeping came by and asked what we want them to that point we didn't want to be disrupted by a cleaning crew and told them to go away....We left a day early because of the condition of the place... We had an issue with the entry lock codes and the maintenance people that came by to fix it were very nice and helpful. The brought us wine glasses and a coffee maker that evening that were missing..

My mother, who is in a wheelchair much of the
time, was able to get to the second floor via the elevator. There are a couple of handicap parking spots near the elevator, and that helped. There were 4 of us for 3 nights and 6 of us 1 night. The condo was just as it appears in the website pictures. We had plenty of room, the kitchen was great, and the view was amazing. The only small complaint was that one side of the folding glass door was difficult to open and close, but I wouldn't say that detracted from our overall experience. There are coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance, as well as the pier. We walked on the beach every morning. We would definitely go back and certainly recommend it.

This property was so perfect for what we wanted....luxury beachfront with all the amenities. Checking in and out was super easy. Can’t wait to come back next year!!!!!

We absolutely enjoyed the condo and the amazing views. People watching was fun on the Strand and the town had some good places to eat. My adult kids said it was the nicest and coolest place we ever stayed.

We had to book a last minute rental because another company cancelled our reservation with less that a 24 hour notice. Beach Front Only had a perfect substitute property that was so much better. The whole reservation process took an hour and we were there in less than 24 hours! We LOVED this property and the entire rental process. We have rented in Oceanside for 35 years and this was the easiest, cleanest, and one of our favorites! We will definitely us Beach Front only again!

The view is stunning, the layout of the property was perfect for our family with the casita offering privacy not only for my husband and I, but also for our daughter and son-in-law. The furnishings were high end and beautiful. The secure parking and elevator made coming and going so easy. The space was spotless and and the towels, bedding and amenities made us feel like we were staying at a resort. The deck was my favorite part of the experience. We had all the shade and comfort while enjoying the beach from the living space. The Rental company was excellent when we had to make a change from another property and company that cancelled our reservation and we had to book this property less than 24 hours before our arrival. What a change for the better! Beachfront Only had us set up within one hour and we could not have been happier! Would DEFINITELY rent this property again and will for sure use Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals without any hesitation!
