Always love the bungalow. It is very comfortable for a small family and very well equipped, whether you like to cook in or eat out. Great location to town; everything is just a short walk away. Host is super-responsive. Will definitely try to stay again!

We had an excellent time. The bungalow was clean, cozy and perfect for our family, including 2 young children. The location was great, close enough to walk to the restaurants and parks. The owners were responsive and helpful.

Just wanted to thank Bruce and Donna for sharing their wonderful place with my family. We could not ask for a better location and super clean home to stay in. We loved being super close to town and also how well the home was stock with all the little things making our stay feel like being at our own home. We really enjoyed all the information Bruce and Donna share before we arrive just puts a extra little relief knowing we our put in good hands with Bruce and Donna and have no worry’s before or during our stay. I’ve stayed in many rental homes in Saugatuck. This was one of the most comfortable homes. It was clean, accommodating, in a great location, and my kids loved playing baseball and catching fireflies in the big yard.

The area had a power outage days before our planned arrival. Bruce contacted us to keep us informed, give options to adjust our stay, and kept us informed until we arrived. The bungalow was as described-a great spot for our family to relax, a convenient location to walk to all the local shops and eateries, and close to the beach. We loved our trip and our stay here is a key reason why we enjoyed it.

Different location
We normally stay at another location in saugatuck but due to a date change we were unable to get that location and chose this one. We are very happy that we did, it fit all of our needs and was very clean. It has now become my favorite with the amount of guests we had coming. Thank you very much

We loved being able to walk to the downtown area. We even took the chain ferry across and hiked to the beach one day. The house was well maintained and fit our family of six well.

Nice bungalow, great location.
Our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers stayed at the bungalow and had a great time! It was enough room for all of us. The bungalow is charming and in a nice location, a very short walk will get you downtown/river and 10 min drive to the beach.
Communication was easy with Bruce/Sherry. We had no issues during our stay.
Traveler tip- You may run out of a few essentials like garbage bags, paper towels and you'll need to bring your own laundry detergent- but there's a grocery store really close by. Kitchen was fully stocked, enough that we were able to make a large family meal.

Lovely restored house in Saugatuck
We stayed 4 nights in this lovely house 3 blocks from downtown Saugatuck and the harbor. The house was well equipped and easily kept cool in the summer weather. We greatly enjoyed walking around town, going to the farmer's market, taking the chain-link ferry over to Mt. Baldhead (check out those 300 steps), Oval Beach, swimming in Lake Michigan, blue berry and peach picking, and cider tasting at Virtue in nearby Fennville.

Great location and charming house!
This was our second summer staying in this charming bungalow! Clearly we enjoy our time here! The house is old, the furnishings fulfill your needs, but nothing fancy (but it's ok!). We adore the front porch in the evenings and huge yard for the kids to run around! It has everything you'll need to cook/BBQ and have a great time! Washer and dryer a total plus - we stayed a week and brought home no dirty clothes - total Mom win! Perfect for two family and small kids - which was our group! Excited to come back for a third summer next year!

Wonderful location in Saugatuck
This bungalow has an updated interior and is very spacious. Loved the cozy cottage feel inside the bungalow. Large dinning room table seats 10 people. It's very well stocked with cups, plates, silverware, pans and spices. We did most of our cooking at the cottage, so it was great that it had everything we needed. The large yard was great for playing yard games and just hanging out. Short walk to shopping and only three blocks from Big Lake Outfitters where we rented bikes and spent a day on a pontoon boat. Great spot for a family vacation and we would rent again.

The bungalow had everything. Walking distance to downtown. Front porch with lots of seating. Set up nicely for comfortable gatherings inside and out. Very clean. Definitely would recommend and would rent again!
