The house was comfortable and clean. Although the listing says it accommodates 8 we think it would be hard for that many to be comfortable in the main living area. For the 4 of us it was great though. It is also within walking distance of the marina and lots of restaurants and activities which was very convenient. This was our first time traveling to Mexico and Marianna, the concierge, was very helpful and patient with us. Our only real complaint was that the washer and dryer that were listed as part of the amenities were missing, apparently being repaired. We had packed light, expecting to do laundry while we were there. When we brought this up to Marianna she arranged to have our laundry done for us.

This was a great place to stay for our family. The house had nice amenities (especially the hot tub/pool and outdoor grill) and plenty of space. We loved the pretty, quiet neighborhood and the convenient location, walkable to everything. The staff when we booked were extremely helpful in arranging activities and the villa property manager was quick to respond when we needed assistance. Overall, a fantastic find!

I cannot prove this, but I think we ended up paying an arbitrary fee for booking through VRBO. Turns out, when you send 6 people to look at all the same house links over and over to decide on a location for your trip, VRBO adds an algorithm fee. It also was not clear until we booked, as VRBO was essentially a 3rd party listing company for a local rental, that we could not cancel AT ALL for any refund, only credit. We ended up finding a house that would have suited our needs better with the company managing it, Cabo Villas, but by then it was too late. I will likely not be using VRBO without first checking we aren't getting stuck with exorbitant fees. House was very good for the price at the time of year (over New Years), the pool didn't get any sun, but otherwise was a good location; walkable to town, and easy to get to the beaches nearby by foot or quick taxi. It also does give you the ability to reach playa Pedregal, which was absolutely stunning. Long walk, but worth the hills every way! The house was very clean, and while the concierge wasn't responsive in the sense he would confirm communications were received, the onsite maintenance was amazing and even delivered us water on New Years Day, Alan seemed to be the man doing all the heavy lifting for us. The previous guests had apparently had a large party and caused a lot of damage, but the only thing that was apparent was the front oven door missing it's handle, it was still useable though. I wish the listing had made the floorplan more clear, it would have been easier to see that the pool was void of sun all day.

The villa is conveniently located close to the marina. However, it is quite a drive to get in from the main gate. It would be only convenient if you had a rental, which we did. Overall, the Villa was ok. The bedsheets were very old and the utilities were limited. The electronics and entertainment equipment could use some upgrading. The hot tub took a long time to filter, which means it could not heated during the filtration process which rendered it useless for at least 4 to 5 hours a day. The staff was very responsive and helpful.

The Villa de Tres Hermanas is a beautiful property in a wonderful location. It was very easy to walk to restaurants and the marina for excursions. The house is big with a lot of space to spread out. The welcome chips/salsa and margaritas was a nice touch. I'd recommend to follow the advice of having groceries delivered. We found a couple of quick markets nearby, but no grocery stores to buy for a dinner at the villa. We were disappointed we hadn't planned ahead so we could enjoy the nice grill by the pool/hot tub. Otherwise, a wonderful stay!

The house was exactly as described. Very comfortable and the personal concierge was very helpful. Close to the marina.

This space was amazing! Luis was such a good concierge! He even accommodated me after getting into an accident. The pictures don’t do the place justice it is so beautiful. I will definitely be back!

The listing does not do the house justice. The location is amazing and very close to everything you need, the closest market was only a 5 min walk through the gate and everyone was very friendly. The house was beautiful! Every room was so comfortable and included AC, the pool and hot tub were the perfect touches. We spent every day out there with music and blending margaritas and enjoying the amazing view. Transportation to and from anywhere you need to go is very easy with the concierge service and everyone was so accommodating. I would highly recommend staying at Tres Hermanas and I cant wait to be back.

Perfect property for our family of 8. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and seating. 15-minute walk to marina, beaches and town. Quiet. Well-equipped kitchen and thorough housekeeping every other day. Concierge promptly delivered a new grill lighter upon request. Fabulous hot tub and pool for the young kids. Certainly recommended.

My husband and I stayed here with our friends for my birthday and it was the perfect place to stay. They were very friendly and easy to work with. They had everything set up for us before we left. When we arrived, they were waiting outside for us with our van. We all felt very comfortable with our driver and our ride to the house. When we arrived at the house, we were greeted with margaritas, chips and salsa. It made us feel welcome and really kicked off the weekend right. The house was so close to town. We walked everywhere! You cannot beat its location. We will definitely be staying here again. I would recommend it to anyone!

Our stay at Tres Hermanas was great! We arrived in Cabo and had a shuttle (included in the villa) that was waiting at the airport for us. Our concierge Luis Alcantar greeted us when we arrived with margaritas and showed us the home. Luis also went over activities and helped arrange things for us. The home was perfect for our group and walking distance from most everything. I highly recommend Tres Hermanas!

Once we got to the property Main bedroom down stairs A/C failed fist night about 10 pm, reported and the concierge (Giovanni) came in about midnight to reset the brakes, A/C operated till 2 pm and failed again, reported again 9 am next morning technician came in (we were out of the house) when we arrived the A/C in the room didn't worked, this time nobody came Giovanni provide instructions to reset the braker, A/C worked couple of hours and failed again. Long story short that was the same for day 3,4 & 5. Giovanni without a doubt was the only one showing concern for the situation, other than him nobody else. Very dissappointed of the service understanding that things happen, but when they do you expect better service. Joaquin Camacho

Everything was great.

The house was very nice and well kept, the only issue was the pool, it's mostly in the shade and very small. I think the size would have been ok if it had better sun exposure. The hot tub was perfect and got a lot of use.

excellent and very comfortable

We stayed here for a guys fishing trip and it was perfect. The walk to the boat was less than 10 minutes and the hot tub / pool patio was an excellent palce to relax after long days of cathcing marlin and dorado. The Villa was very clean upon arrival, with maid service every other day. Location to town was good - close enough to walk and far enough away for quiet nights. Will def stay again.
