The condo was comfortable, clean and exactly as described. Loved the location and waking up to the ocean view each morning!

This condo is located very near to the Omni resort. The neighborhood is truly amazing - lots of trees with beautiful spanish moss on this - great looking houses all around. A wonderful place to go for a walk, The condo itself has a really nice setup - with 2 bedrooms and a loft. The view ... is spectacular - you overlook both the pool and the beach. We ended up spending a lot of time on the balcony due to that view. The place was clean, easy to access, and we loved it.

Condo was clean, updated, and had beautiful ocean views. Tropical Storm Nicole shortened our stay, but would definitely come back to this condo. Enjoyed it very much.

We highly recommend this property and the management! They answered all of our questions and were very helpful! We will definitely return!

Comfortable property with great views.

We love Amelia Island and always prefer Omni Plantation/Beach Walker because of the secluded feel, and the gorgeous ocean views. Walking among those gorgeous, very old Live Oaks draped with Spanish Moss on the way to the beach always makes me feel I’m in another place and time. Amelia Island is my favorite beach to visit We hope to retire there in the. not so distant future. We will stay at 1138 Beach Walker Rd again. It was very clean and the view was amazing.

Property was perfect for our family of 6 (2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids under 12). Walk to beach was nice, pool was great, and location on property allowed us to do so many things.

They were very responsive with questions and any issues (only one and not within their control). The views on both sides of the condo were very pretty and had such a remote feel to it. The twins in the loft were smaller, which may make it hard if it’s a group of 4 or more adults. The pool was wonderful - added bonus was having bathrooms poolside. It was very hard place to leave - we would go back in a heartbeat!

Comfy beds, perfect layout for our 3 kids, really good location with amazing views plus close to all the Omni attractions. We will be back!

Very easy to rent online and great communication with management. No problem with check in or during our stay. Building is a little old, with only one elevator, but pool was delightful, view was spectacular and loved being on the Omni Plantation resort. Would highly recommend staying at this villa!

This villa has gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. The kitchen is well stocked. Communication and clear directions from Destination Amelia were first rate. Probably the best written instructions I've ever seen. Apparently there was a change in the door code on our way down there. Ryan both called us and emailed to make sure we had the updated code.Thanks to the owners for the clear directions on TVs/DVDs, etc. It is rare owners do this, and is a big help. Also, light switches were labeled.The one suggestion I'd offer to the owners is to update your family room sofa and chairs to more comfortable furniture. I understand rental furniture takes a beating, and don't expect brand new. But this is a really gorgeous villa, and some comfy furnishings would be in line. Beds were comfy . Appreciated all the supplies furnished. Definitely a nice touch. We had a great week!

Great amenities onsite as this property is located in the Omni Resort properties! Would definitely come back again!

We spent 5 weeks here working remotely (Feb-March). Positives: among the most beautiful views I've seen (front and back); sound of the ocean when you opened windows is so soothing; lovely walking paths all around the resort; super fast internet; big washer and dryer; plenty of hot water; management company was extremely responsive and friendly. Negatives: Like other reviewers have mentioned, the place seems to not have had a deep clean in a very long time. It's not gross -- it's clear, for example, that the bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned before we arrived. It's more just accumulated grime/dust (e.g., light fixtures covered in cobwebs, top of fridge coated in dust, anything vaguely hard to read was dusty, fans that were provided in the closets were coated in dust, closet full of VHS tapes super dusty). If that's not the kind of thing that bothers you, you're all set. If you have serious allergies, not a great fit. The furniture could use updating (with more comfortable options for the couch and chairs), and the sheets are rough, but if you're just looking for a beach getaway, no big deal. I really can't say enough about the gorgeous view and location. We were there in the off-season so I don't know how much this generalizes, but it was a very quiet, peaceful location. If you're someone who takes COVID seriously, be aware that people in this area generally don't seem to. No one wore masks in the elevator, for example. (We just took the stairs: Good exercise!)

Wish we knew who the Beach Walker architects were so we could compliment them on their excellent design. In terms of outdoor facilities, the boardwalk to the beach is beautifully landscaped. The pool is very comfortable and there are beach overlooks with tables and chairs where we sometimes took dinner. There are two large steel barbecues which were very easy to use. Top location. We loved our stay.

This property was adequate for our fall break vacation although it did need some major cleaning. Sand was in every corner and crevice and the in room vacuum cleaner didn’t suffice. We had a great time on the beach, it was a short boardwalk away that had wonderful canopy of trees to enjoy. We loved the secluded area and how quiet everything was. We will definitely get a four bedroom for more privacy in the room next time. The loft was not quiet enough for someone to sleep in and the second bathroom was so tiny and dated we ended up just sharing our master bath. The tub shower in the second bathroom needs a new drain plug.

The easy access to the beach and pool was ideal. Loved the balcony overlooking the water. The unit was a bit tired and could use a top to bottom clean but was sufficient for our stay.

The views were outstanding. We loved watching dolphins swim in the morning. The beach and pool are very close and were never crowded.

Beautiful condo and property!! Gorgeous walk to beach and not a long walk at all. Beautiful pool and loved the different areas around pool to sit and view beach or eat. We would love to go back!!

Stunning views from living/dining area as well as bedrooms (ocean views from living area). Very spacious and comfortable furnishings, including seating and beds. Modern kitchen and appliances. Plenty of room for visitors as well. Wonderful stay at this beautiful resort.

The area is so beautiful. The condo was gorgeous. The view from the condo is magnificent. The only negative thing was that the swimming pool in close proximity was under construction. But, the beach being within walking distance made up for that. I look forward to next year.

This area is not far enough south for the Endo March and beginning of April. Rainy and cold and nothing to do in this area but Art. Bad view of the pool under construction.
