Words cannot fully express how nice our stay was at Casa Kona. The condo is spacious with exceptional ocean views from a large lanai. Hosts are accessible and welcoming. Upon arriving you are enveloped in Aloha and never want to leave. We are looking forward to returning.

This was our 4th stay at Casa de Emeko and have rented a different unit each visit. CasaKona is one of the best. We felt very comfortable and "at home". This was our first stay in a 2 bedroom and loved the very spacious lanai, with an exceptional view of the ocean and breaking waves. We appreciated the generous welcoming basket of goodies from Brent and Jeff. We would not hesitate to book this unit again.

A very well appointed condo. Wonderfully large and well furnished lanai. Super ocean view. The grounds are quiet and very well cared for. Brent was easy to contact and very helpful. Top score all around! Would not hesitate to recommend Brent’s place to family and friends!

Our stay at Brent's place was great! Beautiful location. The condo was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The property is beautiful and well cared for. Everything was seamless and perfect, starting with the directions and access to the unit. Once we arrived, we appreciated the fantastic welcome basket with tasty local treats. The unit was inviting and spotless. Everything we could possibly need was provided, so we were able to enjoy our time without shopping for paper goods, soap, shampoo, etc. The condo is tastefully decorated and comfortable, also very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we could possibly need. We loved the large showers and especially the lanai with its ocean view. It was the favorite coffee spot for our group. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The saltwater pool was amazing! It is quite large and has a great view of the ocean. We spent several nights watching sunset by the seawall. The views are stunning! We met some vacationers and residents while out on the property and everyone was super nice. The owners provided a comprehensive binder of suggestions on places to go and restaurants. We referred to it often. Brent was very responsive when we had questions about activities and suggestions for a sport fishing company. Everything was just perfect, and we can't wait to return!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa de Emdeko. The property itself was great, but the lanai really bumped it up to the next level. We also really enjoyed that there is a small market right behind the property. Would definitely stay again.

Very enjoyable trip, just a couple of suggestions. 1. Let people know about the free trolly, parking in town is pay to park and sometimes difficult to find. 2. Laundry room instructions, location, time frame open, and location of laundry soap, ( there are pods that have been left in the condo, if none, the store in front of the condo sells them) I would highly recommend this location and condo to family and friends.

This condo had everything we needed. The A/C worked pretty well and there were also box fans in the closet. So nice to have beach gear to use as well (we left a second umbrella for future guests). I highly recommend this property!

We appreciated having this comfortable condo as our home base for our family vacation. The kids picked up that this is a quiet condo community, and went with it. They had lots of fun in the pools and on our beach excursions, but this location also allowed us all to have needed downtime and kitchen conveniences in a peaceful place.

This was truly paradise! Beautiful place on the water with views forever of the ocean. Lots of sea life to view at the sea wall. We loved coming back here after a long day of exploring this magical place!

A comfortable, beautiful, quiet gem! This condo has everything you need & more. The space was clean, inviting & spacious. Attractive decor with a classy ocean theme added to the beauty of the space. Comfortable beds and large, lovely showers added to the comfort of our stay. The lanai was amazing & our favorite place to be when we weren't out exploring the island. It has a great view of the ocean, with a large comfy couch on each end; perfect for watching the waves, or any of the little local birds passing through. Beyond the condo, the grounds of the complex are a tropical paradise. Beautiful flowers & colorful foliage decorated the outside of the grounds and led to two pools. The salt water pool was a special treat! Floating in the pool watching the waves splash over the side made it a great place for a relaxing swim. The location of the condo is convenient too. It is walking distance to a great local market with artisan booths & yummy fish tacos at Shaka Tacoz! We were also close to town, good snorkeling and beaches. After a long day exploring the island, we watched sunset from the condo grounds every night. Full time residents would blow the conch shell as the sun touched the ocean. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful place.The hosts were warm & accommodating and quick to respond. The many extras they provided like the yummy basket of treats, coolers, beach chairs & towels just to mention a few, made our stay even better. Our only regret, not staying longer.

Owners were so accommodating and delightful to work with. The Condo was very clean, decorated tastefully with great space, and well stocked with needs as stated. The air conditioning was a plus but didn't change the moist environment inside the condo. The master bedroom did have a dank smell which the owner was going to check into. The outdoor grounds were superb. The man made sand beach and (saltwater and non saltwater) pools were not over crowded and nicely maintained. We actually enjoyed it over going to the beach. If you are one not looking for hotel amenities (gyms, etc), but rather a low key area, this is the place for you.

This is a beautiful, clean and well stocked condo. Lots of room for everyone with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location is great as you are close to Kailua ( 5 minute drive) but not too close ( it can get really busy) and many of the activities you will want to do on Hawaii are elsewhere on the island. Think Mauna Kea, snorkeling at Capt Cook or horse back riding in Waimea. The real star of this rental though is the lanai! It is large, very large. Each end has a couch big enough to nap on. Which you will after a morning of activities as you listen to the surf hit the rocks just below the condo. The unit is 3rd from the water end of the building. There are no issues hearing of seeing the surf. There are also blinds to lower if the sun gets too warm. It’s a great place to start your day with coffee and end it with a cool drink. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable! We had wonderful views from our balcony, lots of whales and dolphins. The sunsets were amazing and the wave watching was spectacular! We loved the salt water pool, it is always one of our favorite places to be!!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the condo. From the moment we arrived we knew we made the correct choice. Brent had an assortment of local treats and coffee waiting for us upon arrival and even left a card wishing my son and wife a happy birthday. Everything was as advertised and more, from the sunset view, to the swimming pool by the ocean and the tropical gardens and birds in the center of the complex. The lanai was our favorite location for enjoying morning coffee. The beds were comfortable and the showers were spacious and modern. Needless to say, Brent and Casa Kona exceeded our expectations. If you are planning on traveling to the Kailua-Kona area we highly recommend that you consider staying at Casa Kona. Thank you Brent!

Lovely condo and view! Good location, parking is a bit limited.

I’ve stayed a Casa Kona several times now with my husband and friends and it never disappoints. You won’t find more responsive owners than Brent and Jeff. They are on top of everything and add special touches such as homemade bread and a yummy basket to get your trip started right. The unit is impeccably clean and well stocked. The view of the beach, pool, and ocean from the lanai is one of the best in the complex. We practically lived on the lanai. The complex overall is well maintained, beautifully landscaped, and full of welcoming people. Cooking in is a piece of cake with the large grills that are available for use by all. This truly is a piece of paradise. We can’t wait to return next year!

This unit at Casa De Emdeko had all the comforts of home with a great lanai for relaxing or viewing the ocean. The owners provided excellent check in instructions and a welcome basket for our stay! I would stay here again should we return to the Big Island.

Loved the location and the unit was super comfortable. Hosts thoughtfully left a gift basket and contacted us to make sure all was well with our check in. Enjoyed sitting on the deep lanai watching the ocean as we greeted the day as well as late in the evening. Will definitely recommend Casa Kona to friends.

I don’t know where to start. Beautiful property with beautiful views right from the lanai. You can stay at your room and enjoy the sunset every night. Have coffee on the lanai every morning. It’s close to shopping, restaurants and a little convenience store right on the street in front of the complex. Free parking. 2 pools. Jeff and Brett are great. If you need anything they are available. They give you suggestions of restaurants and activities to do. We didn’t need a thing, they have thought of everything. Comfortable beds, kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. Umbrella, ice chest and chairs for the beach. We highly recommend this property for 2 couples or a family of 4.

It was very easy to book the condo on line. Any questions that were quickly answered by Brent and Jeff. We would definitely book this condo again. It was a great experience.

Brent & Jeff were very easy to communicate with and had a wealth of information on the Big Island of Hawaii. Upon arrival to the condo, we found it in immaculate condition. Everything was clean and ready to go. The furnishings and decor made it feel like home. Although we did not cook there, we noticed a kitchen full of stocked items as well as some seasonings. It was a very nice and quiet campus and you did not hear much noise at night. My husband & I plan to return and do more relaxing on the condo campus.

Really enjoyed our stay at your lovely condo. The kitchen had everything we needed. Nice pool and grill area just below us. The view was wonderful. The inside was well maintained. The parking was a little tricky inside the gate . Sometimes had to park outside the gate. Probably because the complex is very popular.

Casa Kona was perfect in every way - beautiful & immaculate condo, stunning views of ocean & sunsets, close to town but yet private/peaceful, friendly neighbors, awesome salt water pool right next to the ocean, and so much more. Owners left us a wonderful gift basket. Hope to come back again soon!
