This is a very lovely property that was well maintained. Great communication from the owner, who was responsive and helpful. The house is eastern facing which made for amazing sunrises in the morning. Would stay again.

We stayed for a ski trip and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful views of the mountains. For skiing we chose to drive to one of the free parking lots, and having the heated garage at the house was a huge advantage for keeping our car and gear warmed up when we would start the day. Would definitely stay again.

This is perfect property for a family stay! We’ve been coming to Steamboat for 30 years and this home provided tbe best snow removal we every experienced. Marquette was very responsive to Ang questions. Location couldn't be better. Thank you for sharing your home.

This is a really nice house with a well-equipped kitchen, good air conditioning and comfortable beds… But the highlight is truly the view. We spent every morning having breakfast overlooking the flat top mountains. Afternoon sun was strong, but there is an automatic awning to keep the place cool. We had dinner on the side deck, and The sunset to the west every night was gorgeous. Hot tub was relaxing and clean. Thank you so much Marguarite. We had a great time.

I’m hesitant to give a review, I fear we will not get this property again lol -the place was great! It was clean, well furnished, and we couldn’t be happier. Didn’t spend much time during the day in the home since we use it as a base of operations for all of our outdoor activities. Learned after the first day to keep the air conditioner set pretty cool and to pull the shades over the huge windows. The owner suggested this and she knew what she was talking about. Temperature stayed great after making the simple change. We stayed during a hot period in mid/late July.

Fabulous home away from home in Steamboat Springs
Our host and the home were perfect! The views are stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedroom set up was perfect for three adults. I highly recommend this home.

Close to everything but very private
Had a wonderful time in Steamboat Springs. The house is conveniently located to the ski hill, hiking and downtown. Great set up for parents and 3 young adult children. We spent 6 nights in this wonderful home for a summer getaway in July. It was very clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The owner was beyond responsive and easy to work with. We zip lined, rafted the upper Colorado river, hiked, and even found King Solomon Falls, which was a tip from a local. We also spent Saturday evening at the rodeo and a lot of time enjoying the views from then deck! It was a short walk to the base area and Wild Plum, which is a lovely cafe and market. I enjoyed this walk every morning to grab some coffee. The hiking book in the house proved to to be helpful - thank you! Our oldest child is an avid runner and loved the many route options available, right out the front door. Thank you for sharing your home. We will treasure the memories made there, and hope to be back!

What a beautiful home & great location...we loved it! The home was perfect for the 7 of us. Fully equipped kitchen made it very nice for preparing breakfast each morning. The hot tub was very nice & welcoming after a day on the slopes. I will say we had some issues with getting the temp. right for everyone. My daughter & her family stayed in the bedroom downstairs with two small children & they were too hot even with thermostat adjustments per homeowner's instructions. It took us a couple of days/nights to get it corrected.
We would definitely stay here again!

House was just as described. Beautiful view, very clean, easy to make ourselves at home. Quiet neighborhood. Some construction down the street but as we were gone all day it didn’t disturb us. No early morning noise either. Thank you!
