This is the third year we have stayed here for our extended family yearly getaway. It is the perfect place to keep everyone happy. Room to move about, easy beach access, and a nice fire pit. The house is stocked with most anything you might need. It is sparkling clean and has a lovely "beach" decor.

This was our second stay, it’s an amazing property! The view is mesmerizing, and the rooms are beautiful and charming. We loved the outside fire pit too.

This is our second stay at this property. Perfect location for fishing the Kenai, Kassilof and the beach. Home is beautiful with an amazing view. Plenty of room and so many nice extra touches. Check in and out are easy and communication is always promt.

The house was perfect for our small group. The host was very responsive, when the barbecue didn't work she brought us a brand new one! We grilled our freshly caught salmon and halibut. We had a wonderful week, thank you!

We came here for a family wedding , and couldn’t have asked for a better experience ! We loved the view and being able to walk to the beach in minutes . The kitchen is fit for a queen and made food prep a breeze . We will carry this memory forever , along with lots of laughs and new family memories .

They thought about every single possible detail. Dont worry about buying something … they probably have it, down to a sewing kit if you need one! Will hands down stay here again and it will be on the top of our list of THE BEST places to stay in the area.

This house is truly a gem. We stayed here in a family fishing trip and it was the perfect place to come to. Beautiful kitchen, gorgeous windows with natural light, and a great refuge after a long day. I Would recommend this house to anyone and the check in and communication from the owners was outstanding.

They were so accommodating with a little earlier arrival time with us. We were only there one night but it’s the cutest place I’ve ever stayed at! Loved the remodel of the house. And the views out the windows were amazing. You’re kinda in a fish bowl with everyone around you so be careful when getting dressed! Very clean, had everything we needed. Would recommend this house.

We had the most wonderful time. This home was the most well equipped, clean and comfortable vacation home we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Our group was both young and older. We will definitely visit again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house has the best view of the ocean. It was a joy to watch the tides each day. The house was perfect for our large family - plenty of room and so many extra touches by the owner. This would be my only choice for staying in Kenai. Can’t wait to visit again!

This was our parents 50th wedding anniversary celebration and our daughters 16 Birthday. The home was a perfect setting for this leg of our trip. It was so well appointed with everything you could need to be able to cook at the house. The views are breathtaking and pictures do not do it justice. I love the history of the home as well. Amanda was great with communication. I recommend this home to anyone wanting to get away and unwind in a beautiful setting. Could not have been a better vacation.

We had a great time. It was a wet typical Kenai Peninsula weather weekend. But it was great to have a quiet weekend and enjoy the beach when the weather decided to cooperate. Everything was perfect.

Our family, ranging in ages from 56 to 7 months, really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed, and all of the windows overlooking Cook Inlet provided spectacular views! I wish we could have stayed longer!

The stay at this house was great. We really enjoyed the view and how close to the beach the house. We also appreciated all the materials that were available to use. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the toilet paper.

We absolutely loved this house. The views were amazing. All the extra stuff for fishing was greatly appreciated. Having the handicap accessories made it that mush more enjoyable and relaxing for our group. We highly recommend this house.

So comfortable and the views are amazing. Quick walk down to the mouth of the river. We had 5 adults and 6 kids and we were very comfortable. Thank you!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable home. The perfect place to rest and relax after a long day of fishing. The house has all of the extras and plenty of sleeping space. The views from the front room and the upstairs bedroom are amazing. We would most definitely stay here again.

Breath taking view and amazing home and decor
My family had an amazing experience. Very comfortable everything in the home that you needed. Small walk to the beach and was able to experience the locals dip netting fishing. Close to unique Russian history gift shop and coffee chop nearby. Awesome we will return again soon.

Great Stay
Really enjoyed this home for our extended family getaway. The kitchen was well stocked as was the pantry with the essentials. We did find it odd that there were no black out curtains or blinds in in the upper bedroom as it remained quite bright all night. The home was clean and well cared for and you couldn't beat the views!
