Best kept secret in Kenai

Staff is very accomodating and pleasant. We always feel welcome when we stay here.

The place was clean and tidy, the front desk person was friendly and helpful, the property was conveniently located, I liked it except for one important thing; the lighting was terrible.

The first room we were assigned had beds covered in pet hair. We went to the front desk and were immediately given a new room which was much cleaner. Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. Also the proximity to the airport is awesome.

I liked that the hotel was close to the airport. They advertised a breakfast but it was non-existent and they somewhat acknowledge that.. Coffee sucked - it came from a machine but was mostly water. The lobby didn't open till almost 8 which seems rather late. I would stay there again as it met my needs.

Staff were pleasant and very accommodating. Rooms were comfortable, and the property fit our needs perfectly.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The lobby was so comfortable and decorated so nicely! The rooms were clean and comfortable. But most of all, the staff was amazing!

The front desk was super sweet, we connected over being from similar towns. The stay itself was fine but i could smell that there was water damage in the walls somewhere, i could smell it worse in the bathroom. Otherwise great stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was large and the bed very comfortable. I would stay again.

The hotel was basic and simple which was all we needed. We had two rooms so there was a better room (room 2 was better than room 4). The ice machine was outside so it was locked when I needed it, but it is what it is.

I really don’t understand how this property is rated over 9 out of ten. Good…the staff was very friendly at check in and throughout the 3 day stay. The beds were very comfortable, if you like softer beds. Bad…Expedia indicates that pets are welcome for $25.00 a stay. The hotel informed us it was $25.00 a night. No big deal, but a little frustrating. We stayed 3 nights, $75, not $25. The floor (carpet) was filthy. It felt damp and was sticky. Wouldn’t even walk on it with my bare feet. Definitely not a newer property, but overall the exterior and lobby area was nice. Got back from fishing at 1045 pm and couldn’t get ice because the ice/laundry room was locked. Went to the front desk, but the lobby was locked. Guess there is no one there after a certain hour. I wouldn’t stay there again because of the carpet and what I consider a deceptive policy on pets. Just be up front, $25 a day is reasonable compared to most hotels.

Very friendly and accommodating, but the room had a strong off putting odor. While the room appeared clean and the towels were very nice, the carpet felt sticky.

The hotel is across the street from Kenai Airport so travel in and out by air is convenient. Rooms are super clean, quiet, and spacious. Staff was very friendly. Access to adventures around and beyond the hotel was easy and numerous. Great place to stay. It will be my go to hotel whenever I'm in that area.

Loved the hotel lobby! Lots of Alaskan "stuff". Very nice front desk person. Loved the quaint feel to the property. It is right by the airport - so a bit of noise but not bad. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, and everything was clean and tidy. Would stay here again.

I like this hotel because it is just across the airport. You can just walk to the hotel hen check in. It is also near all the amenities and office in Kenai so it's pretty convenient.
