The location,view, and accommodations were perfect for our family getaway (all adults). The beds were comfortable and the house was well appointed. The hosts were nice and responsive to outreaches throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

Just as described. Weather was perfect. Communication was excellent. Loved seeing the quail visiting each morning. Would return in future.

Beautiful view and home

This was the perfect home base for our golf tour around Chelan. Clean, comfortable, and amazing views!

There are 5 of us in our group and us girls had an amazing time. The house was absolutely gorgeous and you cannot beat the location or views. We enjoyed the sun, yard, private swim area. We spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the peace and quiet, "Wally" the duck that hung out on the swim dock, and even when it rained. I would love to come back again.

Just so comfortable, loved the 3 master suites . The deck was a perfect place to sit and enjoy our friends. Well equipped kitchen and large dining table . We served 10 for dinner one night. Close to Manson and I enjoyed my morning walks.The pool in our neighborhood was very convenient. Only criticism was the blinds need to be replaced with room darkening shades .

We went with our 8 month old twins and friends and had a great time there. The home was clean and nicely remodeled. The views were amazing and each bed room had its attached bathroom, which was very convenient. We would definitely come back here.

Home is lovely and so is the location. Home is well stocked for fun (bikes, games etc). Sadly we arrived to the house not being cleaned from previous guests- but owner responded quickly and his cleaners came quickly and were very apologetic. (My cleanliness rating reflects the way the house was once the cleaners came as I don't believe they should be judged on a fluke). Apparently there was just a mistake in reading the calendar and we completely understand that things happen and people are human, it was fine. We sat on the deck while the cleaners got all the beds changed and cleaned the place as quickly as possible. Owner offered a $100 gc at the winery there, which was kind and pretty appropriate. I did ask for an extra hour at check out and was denied that but in the end we actually left earlier then check out time anyway. Sadly we got mostly cruddy weather while we were there. *One rec I would make is better window coverings- the linen shades made sure we were all awake everyday at the crack of dawn. This is something every one of us agreed upon and was our only grief at this beautiful property. Probably doesn't bother some people but when we are on vacation we like to sleep past 5:30-6AM. Otherwise even though we had an issue the owner was responsive right quick and that says a lot! We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you!

This home has both an ideal location and great set up to enjoy Lake Chelan, Manson and all the surrounding amenities!

Fantastic, relaxing getaway! We rented this beautiful home with my husband and sisters. Everything is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and very comfortable living! I like the fact that every bedroom has its own Bathroom, and there’s a an additional bathroom in the upstairs level. Every bedroom has a beautiful view of the lake. It’s such a soothing, relaxing place. I would definitely come again, as often as possible!

My family and I stayed at Kris and Kim’s for a wedding and it was the perfect stay. The house was beautiful and updated and the view was to die for. Kris was great with communicating throughout the process and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a weekend we will remember forever and we are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here. The house has everything you need, is spacious, clean, updated, and in a great location of Wapato Point with walking distance to many amenities. Highly recommended and hope to be back someday soon! I stayed here with a group of friends and this house was amazing and so much better than the pictures. The views were great and we were only a few steps from the water. We had the best time here and definitely plan to come back!

We had a great time! Could sit on the deck for hours drinking wine (from the local wineries) and bonding with the family. House has three bedroom with them all having full bathrooms, so no fighting over rooms :) I would definitely recommend this propert, you just can’t be the view.

Great location! Open space for gathering and cooking with friends or family.We hope to return next year. Looking forward to the tech upgrades !

We loved our stay here. My suggestion would be to post better pictures as photos on the website don't do justice to the location which is beautiful.

My family stayed here over the holiday break and everything was great. The house is comfortable and roomy, well equipped and the view was lovely! Wapato point was convenient for our cross country skiing days and a lovely area to walk in. Would definitely return to this house and would recommend.

The views were amazing!! House was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was really nice

We came during off season, so a fair rate. The home was clean and very spacious! The resort pool and hot tub disappointed, very strong chemicals that burned the eyes (probably best avoided with COVID anyway) Fireplace but had to go down town to buy our own wood. Communication good, but not overly friendly. Close to a very small ski and tubing resort that was nice because it had few other people !
