location of the property was excellent and the view from all windows were amazing. The open fire was a luxury that we are not use to and the overall the apartment was very well equipped and spacious.

although the property had WI-FI it kept dropping off.

This apartment has nothing you can complain about. Its luxurious! Definitely it's value for money and the host is so nice and welcoming. You definitely feel home. Will come back again for sure.

Clean, cozy, pleasant view

Loved the place soooooo much and the host so friendly and im defiantly will return back to it if they take things into consideration.

1- the lift was brock down and i have to go walking with my luggage through the stairs 3 floors up. 2-The stairs fence has huge gaps between the glasses, i saved my 2 years old doughter from falling down at last minute. The gaps are very dangerous especially for children and it has more than 5 gaps along the fence. 3- the electrical bilnder does not work, all the sun lights comes inside into the entire place we could not sleep very well because of the strong sun lights.

Best location in Gudauri and perfect for our staycation. Most cozy place and a hidden gem in Gudauri. The host was very prompt and looked after all our needs.
