Biking, hiking, tubing, & kayaking were all within walking distance. Not to mention hot springs, dining, a playground, and areas to dip your toes in the Yampa! Owners/community also very dog friendly. We went non-stop adventuring all week from this lovely property. It was extraordinarily beautiful and an enjoyable stay.

Great spring time stay downtown in Steamboat looking down on the raging Yampa and across to Emerald Mountain. Very clean, well laid-out apartment, convenient to everything in town. Great communications with owner. After staying around the Steamboat resort in prior visits, it was fun to be downtown with walks to everything (except grocery store).

Terrific location downtown, beautiful view of Howelsen Park overlooking the Yampa, and lots of wonderful things to do. It would be wonderful for a family.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Yampa Dream. It’s clear that so much thought has been put into every detail of that house. Great kitchen set-up and appliances. Loved that they had dog blankets, bowls, and beds. Very clean and cozy. Couldn’t recommend it enough and we can’t wait to return!

The listing doesn't do justice to this wonderful and well equipped condo in the hear of Steamboat Springs. Very spacious. Extremely comfortable, Walk to restaurants and shops. Watch the ski jumping from the master bedroom. 10 minute drive to the ski area...and our dog loved it as well. Many thanks to Kevin...a super host.

Yampa Dream lived up to its name in every way. We loved everything about the property and will definitely be back. Beautiful location right off the river and easy access to all of our fav shops and restaurants downtown. Bus stop close by to get to the slopes. Communication was above and beyond with the owner and everything was exactly as described in the listing. Highly recommend Yampa Dream.

We've stayed here before and absolutely loved it. The unit is located in downtown Steamboat overlooking the Yampa River and Howelsen Hill. You cannot ask for a more conveniently located place. As if that isn't enough, the unit is immaculate and very well-suited for a family. The living area is not large, but never felt cramped. The upstairs bedrooms are large and comfortable, and the master shower is beautiful. This is the kind of place you'd want to own as a vacation spot if you could. And, the icing on the cake is that the unit is pet-friendly. It couldn't be better suited to our needs. I highly recommend renting this unit. Kevin is attentive, but not intrusive in ensuring check in and check out go smoothly. If you want a hassle-free vacation in Steamboat Springs, this is the place to rent. We will be looking here first for every return trip.

Exceptionally nice property. Walking distance to shopping and a variety of places to eat. Loved the view of the ski hill and Yampa river. So many nice things to say about the property. Will definitely request to stay here again when in Steamboat Springs.

Location/proximity to all shops, restaurants, and nightlife is awesome! Cleanliness of home is impeccable! It's right on the Yampa River and waking up to the sound of flowing water is the BEST!! Will book here AGAIN!!!!

The property was very clean and welcoming. We enjoying staying in near downtown, and this was the perfect location. You can hear the river, which is awesome. The amenities are exactly what you'd expect for a 5-star review. Owners even offer bikes to allow you ride around town, but everything is within walking distance, so bikes really aren't needed. We will return! Thank you!!!

This rental condo is in an ideal location and very spacious. It is equipped with everything you need, even supplies for your dogs if you bring them. The views were also amazing!

Everything was better than expected and perfect. The location doesn’t get any better - we loaded up on bikes and headed out on the Core Trail every day. We really enjoyed the patio and beautiful views.

Had a great stay and brought our small dog. The unit was well equiped with everything you need and very convenient walking to everything and the Yampa River is across the street and great views from patio.

The property was perfect for two couples, all of us 65! We LOVED the high top table on the balcony and spent a lot of time out there overlooking the Yampa River. The closeness of the other balcony's next to us was NOT a problem at all and Yampa street that is between the condo and the river is not busy and was not a problem at all. The eminties in the condo were great, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and a hair dryer! The kitchen is fully stocked. They had games you could play, would be great for kids but we just wanted to be on the deck. Yampa Dream exceeded all of our expectations and we would book it again. Highly recommend! 5 STARS!!! The steps to the property and to the bedrooms wasn't a problem for us at all and I'm not sure they are mentioned in the description of the property but might be good to mention. Kevin was super! Visiting Steamboat with my grand niece and one of her friends from out of state. The location was perfect, at the end of Yampa Street. Right by the river, shopping, restaurants etc. The condo is spacious, the two bedrooms provide privacy, but with a living room, dining area and kitchen with plenty of room to gather. The patio overlooks the river. Having a garage is wonderful, it was not that busy in town but I am sure street parking could be challenging without it. I brought my dog and we walked all over and people were so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this property and the host Kevin was responsive. The check in and out process was simple.

Our stay at Yampa dream was just that - dreamy! The property is located right on the Yampa river and in the heart of downtown steamboat We enjoyed the proximity to restaurants / shops and all of the action of steamboat. The first morning was spent sitting on the back porch drinking tea and listening to the sound of the river whilst watching the hot air balloon in the distance. We took bike rides along the river trail (our sons rented from the bike shop just downstairs from the condo & we rode the very nice bikes that came with the rental) We walked across the river and did the alpine slide and hit the rodeo on Saturday evening - all easily walkable from Yampa dream We tubed the river and my kids LOVED hanging out and watching the tubers right in front of the (fabulous) library which is located less than 1/4 mile from the rental We did the hot springs / fish creek falls / and met our friends who stayed up at the ski resort area to eat dinner up there There is currently A LOT of work being done up at the ski resort area with lots of construction causing closing of some amenities My husband and I agreed that we had ABSOLUTELY chosen the better option of staying intown and that Yampa Dream was truly one of the best rentals we’d ever stayed at Clean, well equipped and the labeling of every draw / cupboard was on another level of ease and convenience We would not even consider staying anywhere else when we return to steamboat (which we will!!!!!!)
