We just returned from Tobyhanna and had a great time. Access was easy, the gated community was a bit of a pain but only the first day getting a pass. Owner communication was great. The place was cute, bears everywhere which was fun especially for the one younger member of our group. Lake was great, we kayaked almost daily! The game room was great. We played pool off and on all week. Had a nice movie night! And the fire pit was very nice. Sat around the fire almost every night! There were a few minor nits, like we couldn't find tops that fit some the pots but otherwise a great stay. The only change we'd make is the bed pillows, they were nice but way to firm for our liking. A few softer pillows would be great. All in all a great place.

The house was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils as well as household supplies to get started. It was on a beautiful lake with lots of water toys! In addition, it was located close to Mt. Pocono, the outlets, restaurants, grocery stores and 2 state parks. My family and I enjoyed playing on the lake, going to a carnival, the outlets and Gouldsboro State Park. We had such a good time we didn't want to leave. Thank you!

This was one 3rd time renting this house and it was excellent. So much to do in a beautiful setting. The house is clean and the hosts are attentive. 5 stars

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway! Large rooms, lakefront chairs and fireplace, enough boats for all guests -- it had everything we needed and more. Also, Paulina went above and beyond to try and recover a lost item left behind. We'd love to stay again next year!

We had a great time. Plenty of things to do on the property. Owners were very nice and easy to get a hold of. Wouldnt change a thing.

The house was clean and spacious, and even though it rained during our stay, it was perfect for our girls' weekend away. Paulina was very helpful and easy to work with in coordinating our stay.

My family stayed here for a week in the beginning of May-before the busy season. The community was quiet and full of wildlife that we enjoyed feeding almost daily. We fished and caught many fish right off the dock. The owners were extremely communicative and efficient. The property was beautiful and we enjoyed being able to kayak and row onto the lake. The house was pretty clean overall but there were some minor areas that were overlooked; the floor on the sides of the vanity or around the windows, some water damage stains on the ceiling in the master bedroom and kitchen, lifejackets were a bit musty and dirty, there were no top sheets on the beds and the lights and hot water seemed a little finicky. The house was fully stocked with all things needed for cooking/grilling, bathroom essentials and plenty to do in the basement. The artwork and decor throughout the house was very pleasing to admire. My kids, husband and I all loved our vacation. We had a wonderful time staying here and would definitely book again!

The amenities and location was wonderful! Even on dreary raining days the kids still found things to enjoy. Love the house and definitely plan on coming back.

Wonderful Vacation Home. Very clean house. Every thing was wonderful, inside and outside the house. Paulina was very helpful with the checking in. Make sure your car registration is current and in your position for getting through the gate.

There was a group of us 5 women (ages 40-50) and we just spent 3 nights at Paulina's home and had a great time. The home was quaint, unique and kept very clean..The beds and bedding were comfy and there was plenty of space for everyone. We spent our mornings sipping mimosas and eating breakfast while staring at the spectacular view. There are plenty of kayaks and other style boats for everyone to relax on the water. We spent our nights relaxing by the fire. Paulina even has endless crates of woods available for a small fee. It was very convenient not to have to go purchase wood elsewhere or to hunt for it ourselves. The basement was probably the most fun and interesting one I've been in. There is a projection screen down there with a million movies to pick from, and ample, comfortable seating. As we were on girls weekend, we took the opportunity to watch a few "chick flicks" on it. We go on a pocono girls trip every fall with 5-10 women. We would definitely recommend this house and would be interested in it again next year. Thank you Pauline!

The property was beautiful and the location was perfect.

We loved our stay. The lake views were amazing. The house was very clean and comfortable. The owners were extremely helpful and nice. The neighborhood was quiet. Playground for the kids a short walk away. If you like top sheets on your bed then bring them. Also, there’s a crib which was helpful but bring a crib sheet. The basement room is full of fun surprises. Plenty of bikes to ride and great fire pit for cool nights. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was amazing. I went with a party of 9 other people and we were able to fully avail ourselves of the area: the lake, the property, and everything else was incredible. Plan to return and recommend others check out the place!

Great time with the family, really enjoyed the outside areas…. Fire pit, dock, deck, paddle boards and kayaks were fun. House was well suited for the 10 of us.

We had a fabulous weekend. The outside property and lake equipment were great. Lots of seating for everyone. Although it took a while for us to figure out the karaoke machine, we finally got it and sang all Friday night. There were some little things that were a bit odd but overall it was a great stay.

We have a family vacation yearly and stayed in a few different places- I typically am concerned about the outdoor activities- loved the outside property- so much area to sit and relax, can definitely switch it up your view, appreciated the large dock.

We had a wonderful 5 days at this home! Perfect for our group of 6. Particularly loved the outdoor space/fire pit/dock with seating area/deck with dining area. We spent many hours in the kayaks and row boat. Also loved the basement retreat with pool table and movie projector. A/C worked well (which you don’t find in many lake homes) and best of all, Paulina was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. Only suggestion would be, remember to bring spices, etc if you plan to cook and top (flat) sheets if you like to sleep with those.

I am so happy I came across this listing. The property is absolutely beautiful. My daughters had a great time and did not want to get off the lake. The host Paulina is the best. If you are thinking about booking, BOOK IT. You will not be disappointed.

Third time is the charm! After renting two other properties to compare to this was our favorite. Ready for your group of 10 in many ways. Plenty of sleeping options, long accommodating tables inside and out, plus enough bikes, kayaks, boats, and Stan’s up boards for all. Paulina and Irek were fantastic to work with. Your family will have a great week staying here, we did!

House was clean. Everything was the way it should be. As described. Paulina was very good at getting back to me when I had questions. The only trouble we had was checking in. There was a mixup for some reason. But all was good.

House had all the comforts of home. The outside landscape had everything you could hope for including a beautiful lake, where fishing was plentiful, stationary and floating docks, great gazebo and separate fire pit. Promise Land Park was a great place to hike with small waterfalls. We all loved the game room, which was very spacious. Paulina and Irek was the perfect host and always quick to respond to our questions. Would highly recommend this great vacation property.
