It was a pleasure to rent from Sherri. The room was very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the view was phenomenal. I stayed with a friend for Laconia Bike Week. It was a short ride to all the activities. There was ample parking. The common area was also kept very clean. The check in process was second to none, extremely easy and convenient. Would definitely come back again.

We have enjoyed the Lakes Region for 20+ years for the NASCAR weekend . This year the group was much smaller and my boys and I spent a nice weekend for the three of us. Sherri was a great host that made everything very comfortable and convenient ! Location was perfect to enjoy Weirs Beach and many activities.

Great communication, fantastic location, clean, and an amazing view! There were many activities on the property, in which to engage, like basketball, swimming, and a game room. The property was close to Weirs Beach, ice cream, miniature golf, an arcade, and places to eat. The rainy day basket was a sweet touch considering it was supposed to rain the entire time we were there; however, we luck out and had amazing weather.

This is a great spot to explore Weirs beach area. Off the beaten path but close enough to everything needed and places to explore. The condo was clean , well equipped and a beautiful view!! Waking up and seeing mountains is always amazing! They also just put in a new pool area that looks amazing! The host was very attentive and all was very smooth. Will definitely be back!

Wonderfully Relaxing!!
Perfect location for color tours! Saw the sunrise over the lake and even went to Point Nubble Maine to see a gorgeous sun rise over the Atlantic.

This place was amazing. Just like the pictures, and the view is incredible! The place was spotless, the room temp was perfect and the room had everything I could possibly need. The host was amazing. She answered every question I had and was concerned only that I had an amazing trip. She answered all my questions right away, and I could always get a hold of her if I needed her. I will 100% be back, and I highly recommend this place!

Tidy room and a gorgeous view
The room was very comfortable, but the major selling point is the amazing view of Lake Winnipesaukee. Waking up to the sun rising over the mountains was nothing short of magical, and the sun sparkling off the water at midday was gorgeous. Considering I was trapped inside working remotely during my stay, thanks to the coronavirus, I very much appreciated what this place had to offer. It's unfortunate that Laconia was nearly a ghost town at the time, because it's a generally nice place to visit, but the room made it a little more bearable.

The key box instructions were simple and thorough , the room was adorable with a breathtaking view and she has all sorts of stuff for her guests ! I highly recommend staying here! Sherri was incredibly helpful and checked in to make sure we were all set. I honestly think the pictures don’t do this place justice, it really is great!! The view from the condo is a 10/10 and absolutely gorgeous. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Great View
This property is just down the road from Weirs Beach, convenient to restaurants, shopping and local attractions.
A very nice swimming pool is on the property. Two very comfortable queen size beds. It has a spectacular view. What more could you ask for. Thank you very much Sherri for sharing your condo.

Bike Week Fun
Great location for Laconia bike week. Close to everything...but tucked away just right to get away from all the noise. Easy to get in and out...plenty of parking...spectacular views!!!
