Great location close to the beach. Bob was easy to work with and available to answer any questions that came up. The entire process was super easy. A large home with plenty of space and excellent views. No groceries needed, just call or text Peter with Peters Tamales!! He is the man!!

This is one of the best rental properties we have stayed at. Very clean, convenient, safe, and accommodating for large groups. Beds were comfy. Definitely book this for your Rocky Point vacation!

We were there during a pretty intense wind storm that knocked out the power. The owner responded immediately and got in touch with the power company. I was impressed by how quickly they got the power back on! The decor was super fun and the house felt very spacious. There are multiple balconies and a courtyard, which was nice when we had little kids waking up early while others were trying to sleep. The walk to the beach was maybe 2 minutes. You can see the ocean from the upper balcony and roof. We loved our stay.

We went with another family so 11 people total. This house was perfect fit for us with plenty of space. Our favorite part was the roof top view! 🥰 also the decorations were amazing, the courtyard with the showers were a game changer with kids....I could go on and on! Also such a short walk to the beach! Seriously we loved the place and had no complaints. Bob was fantastic to work with and we loved communicating with him and having him so near if we needed anything. We will definitely be staying here again!

My family and I stayed at La Grandeza from June 27-July2, 2021, 6 adults, 2 teens, and 2 children . We had an excellent experience. Bob was very prompt to reply to my messages He gave us great suggestions on where to eat. The home itself is beautiful and very spacious . It has 4 bedrooms downstairs, and two upstairs. The master bedroom is upstairs. This home is within walking distance to a beautiful, quiet beach. It was never crowded when we were there. We felt very secure here. Security is driving around all day. We highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back next year.

This was an awesome house everything was perfect.

I stayed at this property with my adult sons and there children. It has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Lots of room. Walking distance to the beach. Best price I found in the area with that many rooms and it was a beautiful property.

The property was bigger then we expected which was great to accommodate my big family. Great area no issues.

Everything was good the house was big for larger families. Check in process was good it was clean . The only thing is I felt like we needed to walk on eggshells since the owner lives in garage . Other then that everything was good .

We chose this location as a family not only for the amazing artistry and decoration but for how close and safe it was to the beach. The house is about 10-15 minutes away from the center of town but is well worth the booking. The decorations in the house gave it a very homey feel. The views from the second deck lets you know why you chose the place as you get the cool sea breeze and amazing views of the ocean. The house was completely stocked as well with pots and pans, which is super helpful if your looking to skip breakfast in town and save some money. You cannot beat the view! Also a very calm neighborhood with constant security which makes you feel more at ease if you are visiting from out of state/country. This home would be amazing for multiple or single families as it has the space to accommodate. Overrall very happy with our experience as this was our first time using Vrbo. We are definitely looking to book again in the near future with Bob. Thank you!

Place was beautiful and well kept. Wonderful place to relax and get away. Wonderful weather at time of our stay. House manager easy to get a hold of and he was quick in responding back. House had wonderful view of ocean.

A group of friends and I stayed here for the weekend and enjoyed every bit of it! This house is Huge!! Has great patio views and numerous rooms some have multiple beds in them which was soo convenient. I highly recommend staying here!

One of our best experiences in Rocky Point. Even though there were many restrictions due to COVID we were able to enjoy our stay. Bob is an outstanding property owner. He helped me throughout my entire experience. From the moment we reserved the house, through travel restrictions the Governor of Sonora set at the last minute, to giving me a heads up about the rules on closed beaches. He was easy to reach every step of the way and very helpful. We definitely recommend this rental to anyone traveling to Rocky Point.

It was such a nice stay and the home was BEAUTIFUL! Everything was well stocked and ready. The beach view was gorgeous from the house and on the beach!

This home was so perfect for our family get away. It was very roomy, comfortable beds, 4 bathrooms and each bedroom was decorated according to a certain theme. The house was immaculately clean. Plenty of dishes and cooking and serving dishes. The view was awesome from both of the upper decks. We had a crazy storm the night we arrived and Bob was right there the next morning cleaning up the courtyard area. He met us when we first arrived and was available if ever needed. We felt very secure there. He gave us great suggestions for places to eat and nearby activities. We were very pleased with the house and highly recommend it!

What a great property! There was plenty of room for 11 of us. All the rooms and beds were comfortable. The decor is pure Mexico with patio/deck on each of three levels providing excellent views. We had stayed in Las Conchas in a beachfront house many times before, but really enjoyed this location being closer to town and a bit back from the beach. Quiet, but still had the gulf view and a very short walk to be on the beach. Bob was great to work with and I am sure would have been responsive if we had had any issues, but there were none. We will definitely be back here when we need a house for a large group.

Beautiful home beautiful view

This was my first time back to Puerto Penasco in years. We hosted some couples for a group retreat. This house accommodated our need for meeting space. The back patio with the sun screens was perfect for several couples to enjoy each others company. Bob, the owner, was available to answer questions, accommodate the needs of our group, and was attentive to details. The house was clean, well appointed and the beds comfortable. We hope to return next year!

This house was exactly what you expect from the description of the listing, if not better! We loved the upstairs balcony and view of the ocean. Short walk down to the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped. We had to run to the store for toilet paper but that’s okay. Plenty of towels and blankets/pillows. We really enjoyed this house and the location. Also Bob was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Definitely recommend!
