We loved the property and the location was perfect. The beds are not comfortable and the sleeper sofas do not come with blankets and that was not communicated prior to arrival. I would stay here again but would ask for blankets to be provided.

My daughter-in-law was very impressed with the Casiola vacation home I rented for our Universal vacation--and she is NOT easily impressed! Such beautiful, big rooms and very comfortable beds. Nice kitchen and bathrooms plus a laundry room--yahoo. Very clean and bright. Close to grocery store and drug store plus lots of restaurants close enough for delivery. We were in Orlando for Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, and Discovery Cove, and all were about 15 minutes away so perfect for us. We didn't spend much time at the pool or game room, but they were very nice enough. The staff (which we didn't need to see very much at all since everything was pretty much self-serve) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Three suggestions: 1. Include a bath mat for in front of the showers. We used a towel to catch any water that ran from the shower door when opened, but a mat would have been better. 2. Add some hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels and clothes. One bath rod was not really enough for the master bathroom. 3. The TVs used Roku and we had to add our own Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. Would have been nice to have HBO or another premium channel as part of the package, but most nights we were too tire to watch movies, so no big deal. Just needed to remember to delete our accounts at the end. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Orlando. Marlene

This was an awesome resort definitely with us needing something last minute. Property was just as described we would recommend and use again if permissible.

It was nice to start the morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking the lake. The condo is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had a regular coffee maker...no Keurig. The washer and dryer came in handy. There is a smart TV in the living room and cable TVs in all of the bedrooms. The location was excellent. 10-15 minutes to Universal and 15-20 minutes to Disney. Many restaurants nearby on International Drive. There is a Publix grocery store, Subway, NYPD pizza, and Dunkin donuts within walking distance. There is also a Walgreen's basically attached to the property and a 7/11 across the street. There was a sign saying Chick Fil A coming soon. The resort had a nice pool and hot tub. Friendly bar tenders at the poolside bar. Food options at the bar weren't great. There is also an arcade and a nice gym. The sport court was closed when we were there. Overall it was great. If they replace the beds then this would be the perfect place to stay.

My family really enjoyed our visit the location was very nice, clean, and spacious. The ID verification process is a bit complex (selfie with ID and Credit Card), but once your past that everything else was fine.

I have stayed at many condos in Vista Cay, but this one is by far the nicest. Check in/out instructions were the easiest. The view from the balcony is the best ever. I only hope that I can reserve this one many times in the future!!

We spent time at Universal and Sea World. It was great being able to prepare our own food and having the relaxing pool time at the end of the hectic amusement park day. We went as a family reunion with 4 generations staying in 2 of the 3 Bedroom condos in 1 building. It was fantastic to be able to be together and still have your own sleeping / realaxing / reading space. We loved the on site washer/ dryer as well as the full kitchen. My only complaint were the mattresses were horrible, very cheap and uncomfortable. I wish an executive from Casiola would try lying on them quarterly to see if they are up to standard. That being said If it weren't for the mattresses I would give it a 10 out of 10. We will definitely stay at Vista Cay again.

The condo was great for the most part. Loved the location. Convenient for shopping and getting to all the parks. Open floor plan was great and the overall size of the condo was impressive. Better then staying at any of the parks in my opinion. Had a blast with my family of six. Will be back to stay again.

I do suggest a mat on the balcony to wipe your feet before re-entering and a few more choices for pots and pans and food storage containers. Otherwise the kitchen was pretty well stocked. Our family loves to cook and we felt like chefs with plenty of room to move around. I really can’t say enough about our stay. We made great memories and are so happy we found this jewel! It is a beautiful condo with a beautiful view. But, the furniture was old and warped and the beds were terrible. The pullout couches had very thin mattresses and unable to be slept on. We had to go buy air mattresses. And blankets. Also did not like dishes on display. They looked dirty. We washed them all in dishwasher. I know that some people think it helps staging but very back for bacteria and dirt. We did not use them. Bought our own plastic. The washer and dryer were great, as we had to wash towels everyday as everyone needed showers. I would stay there again if beds and furniture was replaced. The view was awesome. Fireworks every night. Also close to Orange County Convention Center as that is where we had to be everyday for Tiger Rock Martial Arts Competition. Great location for restaurants. The pool was very nice. The kids liked the game room and the adults liked the bar.!!!!!

Checking in and out was a breeze and the service staff were very accommodating and nice! Our stay was great and everything was very clear and informative.
