It is a nice unit that was clean but the property has too much furniture and is difficult to accommodate more than 6 people. There is a hide-a-bed, a rollaway bed, and an air mattress, but there is nowhere to use them due to the overcrowding of furniture and misplacement of that furniture. There is not enough floor space for either the rollaway nor the air mattress. One of the guest rooms is situated backwards with the bed on the wrong wall and too large of night stands that disallow the door to open completely. Additionally, there are no electric outlets next to that bed to allow for anything necessary to plug in due to the room being laid out backwards. It was also impossible to put a suitcase on the floor or on their provided suitcase stands because the furniture is too big for the small rooms. The front door has to be leaned on heavily to completely close and the security latch does not fully engage. The fridge does not cool correctly, and the freezer does not freeze. In the five days we were there, the ice trays never did completely freeze from being filled day one. Lastly, the a/c needs a tune-up or repair. We had all of the thermostats set at 73 and the temp inside did not drop below 79 on any of them. The owner told us to contact the main desk, which we did, and they sent two unqualified nice young men up who jiggled the fridge and shot the air duct and said, "seems to be working, we will check outside" and we never heard from them again. Very disappointing.

This was a wonderful condo. And location is perfect.

This three-bedroom condo was perfect for our stay in Puerto Penasco. Well appointed, clean, and comfortable, it worked well for our family. And if you want a bird’s eye view of the Las Palomas grounds and sea, this 11th floor condo is the place for you.

This property was a perfect getaway in Rocky Point. Exactly as described and the owners were very responsive.

This is our annual Christmas trip and first time to Rocky Point. We had a wonderful time, the condo had everything we needed, and the resort staff was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this unit for or the views and access to pool/beach.

The condo was as described. Very clean and the view was amazing and the amenities were as noted in the listing. Even had daily housekeeping service which was a nice surprise. Rhea was great in responding pre stay with any questions we had. Of note the refrigerator was not cooling on the first night. Went down to the desk at 7:00 a.m. and they sent a maintenance man right up. He had to pick up a part but was fixed in 2 hours which was quicker than we thought it would be. We will be booking with Rhea and this condo a couple times a year going forward as we found our new vacation spot!!!

The view was absolutely beautiful , everytime we go to rocky point we book different rooms but this one definitely getting booked again.

The owner only answer when vrbo called but he never called back or answered after he said he was going to call back once he fixed the issue. Never did!!

Owner was MIA. Checking in at the resort they had no record of us coming. They tried to contact owner with no prevail. We showed our confirmation but it didn’t have a room number on it. It took over an hour to check in!!! Ugh!!! The condo was clean and beautiful view but the sliding door to the main balcony was a bear to open so we had to go through the master to get out there. Also the rain was coming through the ceiling! It was apparent this has been a problem before as we saw cracks in the ceiling before the rain started. This stuff needs to be fixed!!

Unable to use kitchen because of condition of pans, but the resort has plenty of food options.

Loved this rental. The view from the balcony was on point. The master bed was a little squeaky but comfortable. It easily fit my family of 10 with the extra little cots for the kids under 5.

Unit well stocked. Great location in resort. Ceilings needs patching, sliding doors need track cleaning, otherwise things were great!

Our experience at this property was amazing the rooms and bathrooms are beautiful everything was clean and the view!! Was amazing this was our first time booking at the Palomas and overal the pools ara amazing.The owner of this rental was very intouch with any questions i had before going to mexico ThankYou my family and I had an amazing time.

The room was good the staff was not trained properly. Room service was not good...we stayed one week and never got clean towels nor trash bags after repeatedly calling for service.....food was very late or order was forgotten every single time

Lovely condo, would be nice to have some pot holders. We had a great time, the view is spectacular!!

Good property. For the price it could use some updating like most of the properties at Las Palomas.

The condo is on the 11th floor so you get some amazing views of the beach and pool area. The condo is equipped with everything you need but the electronics of the condo are very dated. The sliding doors are very hard to slide and need some work. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay. Thank you Rhea for your rental.
