Very clean! This property exceeded our expectations! There were 9 of us and plenty of room for our large group. The photo's on the listing arent updated, and thats a shame because it was even better in person with a large sectional that was so comfortable and beautiful patio furniture. It being a corner condo was awesome, and made the balcony view awesome. I will say check in time was rough, so if you wait 1-2 hours after check in time it might be better. It was very packed, no where to park, and when you do find parking (mainly the unloading 30 min spots) people park behind you and block you in. This happened to multiple people. And you'll be waiting for the elevators for 15 min or longer. Other than that, the rest of the time was amazing. Walking distance to surf shops, The Hangout (which is a must) and even if we drove due to the heat there was ice cream shops, etc all within a couple minutes drive. When we go again we will definitely be booking this condo.

We stayed a week and had the best time! The condo was roomy and beautiful. The weather was perfect, water was perfect. Hadn't been to beach in 16 years and this place did NOT disappoint. Definitely hope to come back some day.

Talk about a view! We really enjoyed our time at this property. Everything was clean and communication from property management was great. Our children had plenty of space and nap times for our toddler didn’t leave anyone out; sitting on the balcony made it easy to enjoy the beach! We are thankful we were able to stay here and would do so again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful and clean. The view was amazing I love staying in a corner room. Also the walk to the beach was not far at all.

The condo was in a great location and was perfect for our family. Definitely will be back next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. There was clear communication about check in procedures and any questions we had were answered quickly. The condo was beautiful and comfortable with easy access to the beach and close to restaurants. We will definitely stay here again, our entire family enjoyed it.

Check in was easy. Communication was very good. Well maintained. In a great area with plenty of restaurants near by. Excellent views from the deck. This is the best VRBO we have ever rented.

The unit itself needs some upgrades as well as maintenance but it was clean & provided all we needed. We specifically appreciated the spaciousness of the unit and having beach gear available. The location and view speak for itself…amazing!

This condo was perfect for 9 girls. It is located within walking distance to multiple restaurants, market and Waffle House across the street… the condo was exactly how it is described and pictured. The rental company was great to communicate with any question or concern I had they immediately responded to and took care of it. I will definitely be back!

Enjoyed the week in a very nice condo at the San Carlos. All the amenities were excellent and would definitely come back there again.

Beautiful Condo Upholstered furniture could use a good cleaning. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Floors could have been cleaner. Main bathroom tub has cracks in the bottom. Hairdryer in main bathroom doesn't work. The view is breathtaking! It could not have been better!

The condo was very clean and luxurious. The beds, furniture, and linens were comfortable and not worn out. Great location to walk to anywhere in Gulf Shores.

This was a weekend trip for my family. We had 6 adults and 4 children (2 years and under). The condo was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels. The kitchen was well- stocked. It is close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our first trip to gulf shores and will not be the last! Plenty of things (besides the beach) for the kids and too many choices of places to eat for one week. The condo was great, perfect size, clean and very convenient to get where you want to go. We only visited the beach and one trip to the pool, so no opinion on the other amenities, but we didn't want to leave at the end of our stay.

The condo was exactly as the pics shown in viewing. The bedrooms/bathrooms were spacious. Loved the view from the balcony. We had an great time and will be back AGAIN.

This condo was perfect for our group of 10! From the moment we arrived, to the days spent lounging on the beach, we LOVED our stay at San Carlos!! We were able to walk across the street for groceries, walk to The Hangout, an easy elevator ride down to the beach/pool access, and the gorgeous ocean views from our patio that easily accommodated all 10 of us! We would not hesitate to book this condo again! Beautifully & tastefully decorated, very clean. And the ice maker & wagon full of beach toys were wonderful additions! 💞 The kids (mostly teens) loved crab hunting on the beach at night & I really loved coffee on the balcony in the mornings! A perfect vacation spot!!

Large, beautiful condo! Will definitely be looking to stay in this unit again.

Condo was perfect, very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the corner balcony and all the space. Only downfall of property is not enough parking spots for people who stay there. 2nd floor had several open spots (but those reserved for owners who may or may not be there) but we had to park across the street because there was not a single available spot left when we came back from supper.

This place was great! Very clean and easy check in/out process! Would definitely stay here again!

Unit 1209 was beautiful, loved everything about it. We also loved the convenience of the condo location. We walked to dinner every night, as the restaurants were all within walking distance.

We did not have an enjoyable stay. I was not told until two days before we were supposed to arrive that we would have to park across the street. I was traveling with my an 84 & 85 parents. There was no handicap accessible options for us on the property. We also didn’t have great access to the beach. It was very cold while we were there and We had no heat in the unit for the first 3 days. We had to have service twice for the heat before it was resolved. There was a 2 inch opening under the front door which didn’t help the heat situation. I also notified them that water was coming in the windows in the front bedroom. I told them I would take care of it and they could fix it after we left. Someone came into the condo without letting us know they were coming and walked in on my father sleeping. It startled him and made him very nervous. That should have never happened!We were told by the management company that they would see about a possible reduction in rate do to all of our issues and we never heard a thing... I would never stay or recommend this property to anyone again.

Beautiful view! Private patio was incredible with wide open doors too. It was nice having a wagon, beach toys, and beach chairs already there too. Found some trash in drawers, so that’s why cleanliness only got 4 stars. Otherwise it was a great stay!

I reserved this condo for my sisters bachelorette party and it was AMAZING! It was spacious and had plenty of room for all 6 of us. It’s just as pictured and we certainly were not I’m disappointed. Even though it rained the entire time, we were able to sit on the balcony and watch/listen to the ocean and just relax for a few days. I definitely recommend this condo! Hopefully we’ll be back!
