Beautiful property. Tucked away from the main road. Outside pool was perfect to cool off in. Large bedrooms and comfy furniture. Well stocked kitchen.

The property was very nice and clean. The property manager was great and answered all our questions and was there when we needed her. Very private and in a convenient location to everything. We would definitely stay in this place again.

This property was perfect for 4 adults. Pool area was nice to keep cool. Everything was walkable. The parking spot was great for a smaller vehicle or golf cart. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The pool area is a nice, private oasis. The house is within walking distance to just about everything you need to see in Key West. After spending the day walking around, a dip in the pool was the best way to cap off the evening.

Secret Villa 1 is a great place to stay. 6 adults were very comfortable. Excellent location, great accommodations, everything we needed was available. It was especially nice to have the bicycles and the pool. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was very helpful as was the property manager.

House was perfect for 3 couples. Had everything we needed to make our vacation memorable. The pool was so warm and the bedrooms, clean and roomy. Celia was prompt and great in replying to our texts and questions.

Beautiful home located within walking distance of everything. Private pool in a serene setting. Everything you need is in the home. Prompt communications with the management made for an stress-free vacation. Highly recommend!

The home is a nice home close to shopping, great pool and good tv and internet options. Cookware is ok could have more utensils. The only negative is the one parking sport could barely get our golf cart in it.

Easy check in and check out. There weren’t 700 rules to follow. There is a book with what you need to know, and it outlines it perfectly. We couldn’t have found a better location, it’s central, yet on a quiet street. The outdoor areas and the bicycles are awesome.

We had an amazing time in Key West and staying at Secret Villa 1 was the cherry on top!! The villa provided the perfect space for our group of six. We were incredibly impressed with the cleanliness the minute we walked thru the door. Beautifully decorated with all the comforts if home! We will be back!

Could not ask for a better location!!! Close to everything!! Beautiful comfortable home with more than you can ask for. Highly recommend to anyone coming to stay in Key West. Everything was easy easy to get to and check in and out was seamless.

This is a beautiful home, very nicely updated throughout, with two expansive master bedrooms and a comfortable third bedroom, very nice bathrooms, a spacious kitchen with good appliances, and a very good floorplan. There’s lots of natural light and a wonderful patio and pool area. Celia, our property manager contact, was awesome, as was our host, Jim. The location is incredibly convenient to just about everything. The single drawback was the early AM trucks on Freeschool Lane, some type of garbage trucks that came every morning before sunrise to the nearby hotel/restaurant and was a little disruptive. Other than that, this is a great home, great location, great property manager and host. I recommend it.

We came back for 2nd stay and it was as great as we remembered. Perfect size for our family and walking distance to most activities, we were able to use the bikes to visit the beach. Heated pool was also thoroughly enjoyed, thanks!

We couldn’t have had a better setup and location. Kitchen and bathrooms fully equipped with everything needed and more. Everyone agreed the beds were very comfortable. We took full advantage of sun bathing on the top tier walk out balcony and plenty of pool time was had. BEST VACATION EVER!

Perfect location! This house was everything we needed. The house was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and close to everything. We loved the pool area outside. Check in and out was a breeze and we met Celia at the house before check in to drop our luggage off. She was so sweet! The only thing we would fix is the shower head in upstairs 2nd bedroom. But by no means a deal breaker, house was perfect. So glad we found this little gem for our trip.

This house was a perfect accommodations for a family with adult children. It was off the beaten path just enough yet close enough to walk to Duval St. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. The host and property management team were terrific and responsive!

We have been to Key West yearly. This time we decided to stay in our own Villa instead of a Resort or Hotel, which we also enjoy! But... The Privacy, Location, Cleanliness, Etc. of this Villa made this Year's Trip our Best to Date, we already booked for next year before we left. Then our Hostess Andrea, what can I say, she is Absolutely Amazing, Accommodating and just Pure Class! From the time we arrived until the time we left, Andrea made sure we felt at home and let us know if we needed Anything she was there to help!!!! What can I say, KEY WEST was put on an even Higher Status (which I thought was impossible) after this stay!!!! Can't wait till next year!!!!

The reservation process was perfect as well as the host. Communication was top notch with Andrea meeting our party when we arrived. The property was perfect and better then how it was described. This property has an amazing area to have breakfast and dinner while enjoying the outdoors. Speaking of diner while we cooked utilizing the grill and noticed it was low we contacted Andrea and with a blink of an eye she was there with a replacement tank. This property is one of the best that we have stayed at over the past 9 years we have come. Don’t miss out on this property however give me a moment to rebook for next year before you book .

Secret Villa I was exactly as described, immaculately clean, well appointed and very private. The location was fabulous and centrally located. Easy walking to Mallory Square and Southern Most point. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, Andrea was so attentive, accommodating and incredibly pleasant. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Secret Villa! It's a beautiful property with the most adorable little outdoor pool space and dining area. We appreciated having 3 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms for the 3 couples we stayed with. The home has everything you would need and is a nice quiet space while being a very short walk from Duval and all the excitement of Key West.

Our group had a great stay at this location! The house is solid, quiet, and super nice. The pool is very private and the location is very centralized without being right in the middle of hustle and bustle. It would be hard to beat this as a home base to explore Key West!

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable, could use a foam pad.
Pillows were flat and useless.
Garbage pick up in the street each monring, very early, 4 am.
Continual air traffice during the day.
Had to clean the pool on arrival before use.
Overall not worth the cost.

Booked to celebrate a 50th birthday with two other couples. The property was exactly as described, plenty of space, well appointed kitchen, great outdoor areas. The location is better than expected as it’s down a short alley a block back from Duvall, so close to everything but still quiet and secluded (minus the planes overhead but that’s most of KW).
Andrea and Jim (hosts) were helpful and accommodating, couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended, and we’d book again if we were in the area!!

This was our third stay at Secret Villa I because it is THE best location in Key West! No need for a car for almost any activity, restaurants and shopping. Andrea, the property manager, was attentative, caring and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable.
