The unit is clean and comfortable, it's super close to the beach and restaurants, and management is terrific. Just perfect, don't hesitate to book - you'll be glad you did.

This was our first time in Turks and Caicos and we had a wonderful stay! The condo had everything stated in the listing. Very short walk to the beach and pool. Many restaurants and shops in easy walking distance from the resort. Would definitely recommend!

We always love staying at the Plaza and 301 proved to be a great unit. It's the perfect location with a nice balcony, convenient to the grocery store, shops, restaurants, and of course, the beach and pool! We'll be back next year!

We enjoyed our stay with access to the resort pool, beach and restaurant. There are also several coffee shops, restaurants and stores very close by which was great for our short stay.

It was a quick trip but a wonderful stay! You cannot beat the location, stores and restaurants all around. The resort is very nice and loved that you didn't have to fight or a chair at the beach or pool. Would recommend to anyone, great for families, couples and friends!

We loved the this condo. The location was pect for getting around. Plenty of restaurants and shops near by. It was the off season so a few places were closed but still lots to choose from. The condo itself was wonderful. Stocked with everything you could need. It in not in the ocean club west resort but only a two minute walk to the resort with lovely pools and a beautiful beach! The island is pricey but we were prepared for that. Would highly recommend this condo.

This condo is in a great location with a large patio. Walking distance to many places. We enjoyed walking for coffee every morning to the Caicos Bakery and Tribe. The pool at Ocean Club West was beautiful and never crowded. Same with the beach. The condo was spacious and the 2 teens stayed on the pull out sofa, which was very comfortable! Check in and check out process was easy!

Property owner was great to work with. We had plenty of towels and kitchen had whatever you needed. Location was perfect. Close to grocery store and restaurants. The beach is amazing and the pool is beautiful. Condo showers are not in great shape, our floor was filthy and we could not walk barefoot (this is not a reflection of Property just the cleaning service). Condo is on third floor and there is no elevator, not recommended for anyone with knee issues. Balcony is on main street side (which i knew in advance) coffee on the balcony in the morning was not a quiet peaceful experience. I realize the price reflects some of these issues. Overall 0ur vacation was wonderful and if you don't mind hiking up the stairs i would recommend this listing.

This was the perfect place for our stay on Grace Bay with our 2 adult and 2 teenage children. Plenty of space and close to everything. Our daughters really enjoyed the pool and we all loved the beach chairs and umbrellas.

Beautiful condo located in awesome location. Cell service made it difficult to get in touch with person to meet but a local was kind to let us use their phone. Internet was very spotty. Location was awesome. And Rosemarie had everything we needed in the condo for our 3 day stay. It was nice to use the gym and the walk to the beach and pool was not bad and refreshing.

From booking to exit, everything was wonderful. We got lost driving from the airport but Earlene was super patient, helpful and friendly. The pictures of the condo really don't do it justice. It is thoughtfully decorated, spacious, and immaculately clean. We didn't cook much but it looked like everything you'd need was available in the spacious kitchen. The property itself is lovely, and we think nicer than the Ritz Carlton down the street. It is a short 3 minute walk through the resort to get to the beach, and the staff at the resort were all friendly. One of the top rated restaurants in Providenciales is right across the street and a large grocery store is nearby. We did a catamaran tour and they picked us up just down the beach. We will definitely recommend this to our friends and would love to stay here again. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful property.

Place itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for three adults (my sis and I shared the king room and third guest stayed in the other room). Easy walk to beach and restaurants. The resort the place is associated with has a nice pool and beach umbrellas/chairs for use. There is also a restaurant on that property. Only negative I’d say is road noise on the balcony, but that really wasn’t a big deal.

Easy communication, Earlene was waiting for us upon arrival. Excellent location and within walking distance of restaurants, grocery store, and bakery. Beach was amazing and the walk from the condo to the beach only took a few minutes. A/C worked well.

We had the absolute best time at the Plaza! Our 2 bedroom unit was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and our place was immaculately clean. We used the kitchen everyday and sat out on the balcony. Highly recommend! Perfect location, walk to the beach and also walk to grocery stores and other cute stores. We can’t wait to go back and do it all again!

Rosemarie was wonderful to work with and Earlene was so helpful once we arrived, she went over everything and checked in on us during the week. My husband and I had a wonderful time staying in Turks. Rosemarie was always very quick to respond to me with any questions or concerns. Earlene could not have been nicer, always responded to me and would come by whenever we needed her. The condo however needs a major overhaul. Everything is outdated from the tiny shower that is rusting all around the edges to the old kitchen cabinets that the edges are falling off. The deck is unusable during the day due to the heat, we asked to have an umbrella for the outdoor deck table so we could enjoy lunch out there but that did not happen. The TV was not working most of the time, Earlene was always willing to come to try to fix it but we just gave up on it, did not want to call her on a daily basis. There were only 2 drinking glasses and 2 wine glasses in the condo, unless you wanted to drink from plastic cups. It certainly is not a “luxury condo”. The beach and beach chairs at ocean club west are wonderful, we spent most of our time on the beach so we had a pleasant stay. Earlene also arraigned for help with our luggage up the 37 stairs which we most appreciated. She is a wonderful host, hopefully the owner will upgrade the condo so it can be advertised as a luxury condo.

We loved this slice of paradise for our recent stay. The condo was clean, spacious and very well stocked. The couches and chairs, even on the patio, were super comfy. You do have to walk a short way to the beach, but the whole Ocean Club compound is beautiful, so we didn’t mind. You can easily walk across or down the street to shops and restaurants, but if you want to buy a case of water or beer, the grocery can seem a long way away. We saw lots of people with foldable carts headed to the store, I don’t know if Ocean Club provided those. The only negatives from our group were that the beds were a little too firm, and the location on Grace Bay Rd meant traffic noise at rush hour when you’re on the patio. It was a decent amount of traffic noise, but we really enjoyed the patio for morning coffee or evening drinks. So the negatives wouldn’t keep us from staying here again. I can’t say enough how wonderful Rosemarie is about communicating and sending us tons of helpful information. She made lots of great recommendations for a taxi service (we LOVED Virgil!) and for things to do. Very prompt responses. We got to the condo a little early, but were greeted right away with warmth and friendliness. The Solana restaurant had some of the best food, and the beach bar was convenient. The entire staff here is amazing! They were always friendly and helpful. They have a security guard on the beach so you felt comfortable leaving your things to go swimming. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Pool and beach access were great. Parking is easy. The property is also walking distance to many restaurants and the grocery store. The property staff met us to check in and was available if we needed anything. Everything was clean and ready for us. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for what we needed. Lots of room, private outdoor space, and a short walk to the beach. The location was great because we were able to walk to lots of great restaurants. Rose Marie was really helpful and gave us great recommendations. The beds were extremely comfortable and the condo was stocked with everything we needed.

My wife and I stayed at this property for two nights before heading to North for our full vacation. The location was great, property very clean, and the location was perfect. Communication and check in process was outstanding. We have already decided that we will be back, and next time we will be staying muck longer that two nights. Highly recommended.
