This was our second leg of our trip in Florida. The first part we were in Disney with friends and rented a huge house..that ended up having roaches. We get to this condo (6 of us) it was huge! The pictures don’t do it justice. It was VERY clean and the beach is right there. It was nice to be able to park in a garage as it was 95 degrees while we were there. There are luggage racks in the garage for you to use so that was really nice. The kitchen has everything you could need. Surf shops and grocery stores are like 2 minutes away, so everything is right there for you. There were plenty of towels to use and even beach towels. The beach wasn’t overly crowded so that was a plus. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and this has been the best condo we’ve ever stayed in. I would highly recommend booking your next stay here.

We felt like we had our own private beach at this condo location. With 2400 sq ft, there was more than enough room for us to spread out and the futon in the hallway was perfect for our 11 year old to have her own space. Biggest plus was having a full bathroom with each bedroom. The views from the living room and master bathroom are awesome! Negatives: Porch furniture could stand to be replaced as it is rusted and cushions torn. Not much parking but being in May, it was not a problem. Sloped driveway was difficult for my handicapped husband to navigate to the front door and Pool is super tiny so did not use it. Overall, we had a fantastic weekend!

Beautiful view !! Quiet location !!

This was a great condo for our group of 6 adults. The view was magnificent! The location was close to everything. The unit was very spacious, well appointed and clean. I would return.

Condo very spacious, a little dated but the view made up for it. Clean, location GREAT. Pool is super tiny but our kids enjoyed a dip. Not a great place to lounge around though. The area rugs need to be replaced and the out door cushions on the porch also. Other than that, everything was awesome and we enjoyed our stay.

Condo is huge and has plenty of space for our family members to spread out. Huge wraparound porch. Beautiful ocean front views. Location was on a very quiet street, but only a block or so away from the main busy street with all the attractions and restaurants the streets.

A beautiful spacious beach condo. A LOT of room to spread out and truly relax on a wrap around balcony overlooking the beach. Close to everything and a big plus for dedicated garage parking!! Kitchen is well appointed with anything needed! All that was lacking was a wine opener and a puzzle lol but Publix helped in that 😊 Highly recommended and be back next year for sure !!

The only negative thing I have to say is tv in one room was not working and did not include a hair dryer, this probably wouldn’t have been a problem for most guests but we were three women

The wrap around balcony is amazing! The entire unit was clean and very spacious! Every room has streaming services, which you can't find everywhere. It felt like home away from home. They had everything that you need. We didn't even have to bring towels or beach stuff. They have it all! Amazing stay! 5 stars!!

Everything 3 close friends could need. Condo needed some extra cleaning. Floors too dirty to go without shoes. Under the building parking became difficult. Someone parked in our space because someone took their space. Rude and very little kindness among renters and residents.

If you are looking for a large, beautiful place to stay that has everything you need as well as picture perfect views of the ocean look no further! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided, and you may never need to use your car because so much is within a short walking distance. We walked to Ron Jons, a mini golf park, many local restaurants, the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, and of course up and down the beautiful beach in front of the condo. The best part is a wrap around balcony with the most perfect beach views you could ask for. We loved our stay here, and recommend it highly.

The condo was spacious, and tastefully decorated. The balcony was a wide wrap around which provided great views. We will definitely stay again.

Great location! Nice very large condo! Great balcony, very large. Room for all at this place. Nice bathrooms and kitchen. Needs new beach chairs. I carried the two beach chairs down to the beach only to find that one was broken and the other did not seem the safest. Over all, great place!

Everything was as advertised. Clean, lots of space, beach views and access, etc. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

Location is excellent and the view is amazing. Very clean and well taken care of unit. Couple of things kept me from giving it a 5 star review. First, the mattresses are below average and need replaced. Also not sure why a unit this size has double bed instead of queen size in the one bedroom. We knew that going in so its not a compliant (queen vs. double) as much as a suggestion as the property would be better for it. We spent more time in the unit than planned due to weather and the TVs need to be updated, especially the one in the main living area. This last one is a bit nit picky but depending on what you might want in a rental property, the furniture in general is pretty dated. Nothing broken or torn but the decor of the unit overall could use an updated look.

Property looks exactly like in the pictures. Huge space, very clean. Amazing views! Walking distance to Ron Jon, other shops and restaurants, and the Cocoa Beach Pier. We’ll be back!

The condo was beautiful and very spacious, 3.5 bathrooms with 3 bedrooms. Works great for a multi-family vacation. I would recommend to anyone!

beautiful condo, ideal for a large group. The bedrooms are roomy with private baths. The balcony offers a panoramic view of the ocean and beach, with lots of seating room for a large group to enjoy the view. tourist attractions are nearby if one enjoys that sort of thing. minor sugestions----the fron door was dirty and rust stained, anr some grab rails would be appreciated in the showers for older guests. This should not detract from anyone wanting to stay here, because the interior was immaculate and totally bug free. we will be back

Awesome condo with million dollar view! It was huge and well equipped. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this condo to all!

This property was exactly as described but we were still shocked at how big it was! Plenty of room for everyone. Balcony was absolutely awesome - perfect view and plenty of space. We could watch cruise ships leave and breathtaking sunrises, not to mention beautiful beach evenings. Our only “complaints” would be that the shared pool really is TINY. Bathing capacity is 10 people and, in person, it is smaller than pictured. Also, the kitchen is fairly well stocked but didn’t have a dish drainer or a cutting board (we didn’t consider the 6” square mat a cutting board). We also were a bit confused about parking. We were told we had 2 spaces but the garage only was marked with one space. Outside, it seemed to be first come, first served, and there were minimal spots so we were hesitant to leave for fear we wouldn’t have a spot when we returned. These were minimal issues and would definitely stay here again. The condo definitely deserves a 5 star rating!

THE FIRST TIME WE ACTUALLY ENTERED THE UNIT WE WERE BLOWN AWAY BY THE SPACIOUSNESS AND THE VIEW OUT THE THREE HUGE DOORS TO THE BALCANY. THE PICTURES WE HAD SEEN ON LINE DID NOT DO IT JUSTICE. VERY COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN TOO.

This property was exactly as described! It was oceanfront, had lots of space for my family with four kids, and had a well equipped kitchen for cooking! There was room on the expansive balcony to eat meals together, watch the ocean, or enjoy quiet time with a book. My teens/tweenagers had space to "get away from each other" and had TVs in their rooms if they just wanted to some screen time when the weather was not good. It was within walking distance of Waffle House and a mini golf center with ice cream. The kids spent a LOT of time enjoying their independence walking to these places and more. The unit's beach storage unit had a surf board, boogie board and some beach chairs for our use along with a mini cooler for drinks taken to the beach. Although it did not bother us at all, the building's pool is very small. If you have young kids, that might be a plus. But we didn't visit the pool at all. Also, though we did not have any need for communication with the owner, they clearly have a gem of a place here! The take amazing care of this unit and their guests. We had a wonderful stay!

While the condo was very spacious and had good accommodations, it was in need of painting and updating. Parking garage and beach access was a plus.

This property was perfect for my family’s stay in Cocoa Beach. Spacious size, bathrooms everywhere and fantastic balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. We will plan to stay there again in the future. The only feedback we can provide is to make sure that the condiments are replenished (there was no salt or oil). Very small amount of detergents. There appears to be an issue with the toaster and the retractable garbage can shelf. Very, very minor things. We had a ln issue with a bedroom light and we recieived quick turnaround to get it repaired. All in all, a very memorable and enjoyable place to have our vacation. Thanks very much.
