Had a great time with my closest friends! Great views and great house. Only thing is there was not many necessities like trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper. One of the rooms was very warm. Otherwise it was awesome !

We completely enjoyed our time at Burnt Bottom. It was clean and comfortable. Having so many bathrooms was an added bonus. We enjoyed the short boardwalk to the beach and the plunge pool!

13 of us (Grandparents - tweens) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room when all of us wanted to be together, and plenty of room when we didn't! The house layout is great, and the kitchen was well stocked for the amount of cooking we did. Hosts were great to work with and very responsive before/during our stay. The pool is VERY small, and when heated is more like a big hot tub, but still enjoyed. We would definitely return for another stay, and highly recommend.

I've vacationed to PCB for nearly two decades and can honestly say this beach location was the best I've ever experienced. The house was outstanding and perfectly accommodated our family. The small pool was an added bonus especially when the kids weren't feeling up to going to the beach. I hope we can book this location in the future.

6 ladies all turned 60 this year and took a trip to panama. The accomodations and the in/out process was awesome. We each had our own bathrooms and the steps to the beach was nice. We really enjoyed the pool. I would reccommend this propoerty again.

I couldn’t have picked a better property if I tried! There was plenty of room for all 20 of us, plenty of bathrooms, and the view was exquisite. Washer and dryer upstairs AND downstairs which was really nice! Just a short walk on the beach to Pineapple Willys for food and drinks! Close to a lot of things to do! Super easy check in and check out and the property manager was very timely in answering any questions I had! Such an amazing place for our annual family reunion!

The property is very nice and accommodating to all ages! The pool is small, but the kids still had a great time! It is so convenient to be right on the beach!

Beautiful view, beach access was private which was amazing and convenient. House was spacious. Only issue was beds and bedding need upgraded. We were a family staying there and wasn't partying all week so comfort was more our style and beds were not comforable and bedding was old!

Beach access, shopping access, and all around location was great. Sad you can’t leave beach toys or other things like that for others. Other than that all was grood

The house was exactly as advertised, everyone had their own space & was very comfortable. The home was clean, spacious, exactly as shown. Best location in PCB. We would definitely stay here again & will recommend for others as well. Very pleased!

My family and friends were just delighted with this property. The location is smack in the middle of Panama City, but away from the hustle on the beach, so we had plenty of privacy. The house is famous, so that was kind of cool. We had a few people stop and just take pictures of it. All the amenties were amazing and so useful. We were able to cook and eat comfortably with all their kitchen equipment. Loved it and will probably go back if we ever get a chance. Highly recommended for families.

The house was perfect for 7 adults and 3 children. We had plenty of room, the kitchen, dining and living areas were roomy and no one felt cramped. The house is beautiful and with us having our own beach area and pool we could feel safe in these coronavirus times. We had a wonderful vacation!

In the description, it says that there are 2 king bedrooms on the 2nd level with one overlooking the ocean. This is incorrect. The room overlooking the ocean is a queen bed and is the smallest room in the house. There are also no drapes on the window so the 5 am sunlight greats you every morning. This is also the smallest bathroom on the property. Downstairs are 2 king beds, not one. Additional lighting on the porch may have allowed us to see the intruder who walked up the boardwalk, onto the patio and into our house thru to the front door one night while we were eating dinner! It was frightening. Overall it was a great week though!

We had a wonderful experience! Right after quarantine stopped and the house was cleaned well! Being right on the beach is definitely worth it!!

Overall, we enjoyed the property. Pros: The location cannot be beat. Our kids loved playing in the pool. The pictures are accurate as to the layout and decor. The beds were pretty comfy. Cons: The kitchen is not that well stocked if you do a lot of cooking, which we did due to the pandemic. The property is showing some signs of wear - stains on comforters, the microwave turntable is wonky, the ice maker makes a loud knocking noise, etc. None of these were deal breakers, and the property managers were very responsive whenever we called. Our biggest issue was the roaches. When we called, the person who came out told us “oh, those are just baby palmetto bugs!” As if we didn’t know that palmetto bug is just another name for roach. If we had seen just one or two, no big deal (even though there had to be more) - it’s Florida. But we didn’t see just one or two. We saw a lot. The property managers did give us a can of Raid, and they had an exterminator at the property the day we checked out. So hopefully it’s better for subsequent guests.

Absolute perfect location and lay out of house was great.

The house is spacious and well equipped. It is immediately on the beach and the pool is perfect for a dip after a long day in the ocean. It is a close walk to several restaurants and shops. It was perfect!

Really enjoyed our weekly stay. The size of the house was great for our 4 families and the elevator was a great assistance to an older person who could not manage all the stairs. Having the extra refrigerator and sink near the pool was also very convenient. We did have trouble with the hot tub draining but management took care of that with in 15 minutes of my call. There was plenty of sitting room for eating occasions and just about any type of cooking utensils needed including 2 crock pots. However in the main kitchen there are up to date appliances but they need some service. The refrigerator temp kept changing and the oven temp must not be accurate as it took 1 1/2 hours to cook baked potatoes and our biscuits never browned on top. Also the dishwasher detergent door did not open properly so had to rewash and put detergent cube in bottom of appliance. The top left eye on the stove top would not work. All of these things may be just a result of being at the end of a season of lots of use. We found a way to work around each of these issues so still had a wonderful time at Sea Forever. Since this house has lots of extras it would have been nice to have a grill under cover so that it could be used even during rainy weather. Thanks for this wonderful experience in Panama City.

Thirteen steps will take you up from ground level to the first floor where there are three bedrooms, a small kitchenette, laundry room and a den of sorts. Seventeen more steps will take you to the second floor where there are two bedrooms and a living room, dining room-kitchen combination. Seventeen more steps go up to the master suite, second laundry room and movie theater. I think folks should be made aware of the great number of steps in the house before renting since there are some who would not be able to manage them. The elevator would be a necessity for many. Overall the house is beautiful, the ceilings are lofty, the beds comfortable and the seaside nautical appointments are a nice touch. The exceptionally large sectional sofa accommodates a host of people but is extremely uncomfortable as the back is straight and the seats are deep making it difficult to sit without slouching. The kitchen was lacking some basic items like a whisk (I donated one) and kitchen scissors. There was only one dish towel. The knives, although many in number were all quite dull. The three full-size refrigerators were helpful since we stayed the week of Thanksgiving. Some kind of notice needs to be made about the pretty plastic dishes which is a smart choice but NOT microwaveable. There was some kind of black dust all throughout the house on the floors and baseboards. The soles of our feet and bottoms of our socks were blackened from walking around the house without shoes. I personally swept up wads of curly-black hair out from under the second-floor sofa and hallway. Our kids found “treasures” like dried-up fruit, game cards, and puzzle pieces under the sofa as well so housekeeping might need to be improved on. The large, central eye on the stove didn’t want to operate without having to be fiddled with. The concrete blocks at the bottom of the stairs going down to the beach were wonky, sometimes difficult to navigate around and need to be made more secure. They could be hazardous and a liability. We were promised a heated pool for the week but had to call daily to have someone come turn it on. The last two days of our stay the pool remained cold even though promises were made and assurances given that a “pool specialist” was on the way to service it. On the whole lots of great memories were made, we enjoyed our stay. We’re all sorry our time is up and the week is over.

This was the perfect home for our group of friends! We all loved the upscale beach decor. The use of driftwood inside was great. The huge kitchen with island insured we were never on top of each other. From morning coffee to afternoon sandwiches to grilling on the "green egg" style bbq outside at night - it was absolutely large enough and stocked with everything we needed. FYI, the coffee maker takes flat bottom filters, no keurig. There were bathroom towels and dish towels - bring your own beach towels. We could walk to Pineapple Willy's down the beach to refill our cups (pro tip - buy the big cup for $15 and refill it all week for $10 / $1 for extra shots). The outdoor shower was really handy so we kept sand out of the pool. Beds were comfy. Cable to watch all our football. An easy Uber to all restaurants and bars so we never really drove unless we wanted to run to the market. The private boardwalk to the beach was phenomenal. We loved just hanging out there as well, watching the sunset and talking. The ONLY annoying thing is the back door alarm, which has been duly noted over and over in other reviews!

Walking in front door was awesome! The house was so beautiful and the ocean view is stunning. We had 6 adults and 10 children and never felt crowded in this spacious house. Wonderful pool and easy access to beach on walkway. Close restaurants and Walmart, beach shops also in walking distance. We had a memorable, fun family beach week. We had the most amazing time. The home is beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. The decor is one of a kind. The views are amazing being right there on the beach. The home was so spacious, we never felt we were on top of each other. We never had any issues so we did not need to call maintenance. The pool was a good size for the kids and helpful going back and forth to the beach. We will definitely come back again next time!! Thank you Holiday Beach Rentals for an amazing vacation!!

We stayed at Burnt Bottom for a week with several other families - 19 of us total...10 of which were children. Not one time did we ever feel crowded or that we didn’t have enough space to eat together, make memories together and enjoy each other’s company. The house was perfect for us and its location right on the beach couldn’t have been more perfect! When we did run into a small bump with our code not working mid week, we had help on the way within minutes and back to enjoying our vacation. We absolutely loved our home away from home!!

The house was perfect for a large group of adults. 5 of the rooms had in suite baths, plus two separate baths. All bedrooms had their own televisions (so we could all indulge in our own political coverage addictions), as well as public area screens for group movies. Upstairs and downstairs washer and dryer. Pool heater was broken while we were there, but with the location, feel, and proximity to sand, we barely missed it.
