We love this area because we can bring our small dog - we meet so many people while out walking her! This condo had everything we needed and was clean and nicely decorated. The owner provided all the details well in advance of our arrival so we had plenty of time to prepare.

Beach retreat 308 was a very nice vacation stay for our family. It was so nice to be right across the beach with daily chair and umbrella set up. The porch overlooking the beach was a fantastic way to start every morning. The beds were very comfortable. The unit had everything you would need for a week long vacation, including laundry and dish detergent. We would definitely recommend for others. There is a place in the parking lot for bike storage. It was also nice having luggage carts to carry everything from your car to the unit.

This condo has awesome views of the ocean. We even saw dolphins! It was very clean. Beds were even more comfy than our beds at home. The location is great. The road in front wasn't a problem at all! Communication with Host was perfect!

Condo was very clean, well maintained, kitchen had plenty of supplies. Balcony great to watch sunrise and set over the water!

Beautiful view, room and pool!!! Very clean, have been coming to this area for over 40 years, one of the nicest places we’ve stayed!!!! Impressive 😊

Great location with the plus of being dog friendly. Spacious enough to easily sleep 6. Bring your own bath towels unless you don’t mind very worn and grayish white towels. Furniture was ok, but not the most comfortable. Beds were great!

We were very pleased with our Spring Break experience. The location was very family friendly. Excess to the beach was easy. We all loved the pool. The condo was beautiful! Grandmother, adult children, and teen grandchildren all had a wonderful week!!

Beautifully updated property within walking distance to several bar/restaurants.

We spent a week at the condo…Great view! Loved sitting on the deck. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. If you’re looking for a spot in Miramar, this is highly recommended.

The condo was very nice and the view/location was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was stylishly renovated with modern amenities. From the balcony, we watched the sunrises and the sunsets. Nothing beat the sound of the waves, the incredible view of the emerald green water and the white sand beach. We highly recommend it!

Great location, great view!!!!

We loved our trip. Very relaxing and could enjoy the experience on the beach or on the balcony which ever fits you.they seemed to have very strict dog barking rules so we were concerned and barely left the condo at first for fear of our dogs barking while we were gone. We started noticing , however, that we were hearing dogs bark from other units , so we were able to relax. I mean who knows if their dog barks when they;re not there 🤷‍♀️. Anyway, we left, they did fine, and we were able to enjoy the experience. Would love tomstay there again. Sent host a message to ask about that rule but no response. Just assumed she didn’t get it.

Great time with friends

This was our second year at this condo. It was perfect one again. Very clean and everything we needed. The weather was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay after not having power in Louisiana after Hurricane Ida. Thanks again Brooke ! We will be back again next year

Great condo and view

Beach Retreat 308 was a very spacious, well stocked and decorated condo! We loved the ocean view and easy/quick access to the beach! The pool was also nearby. This unit brought all the comforts of home, such as comfortable beds and easy to use kitchen appliances! I would suggest that the cleaning staff dust/clean the vents and furniture as they were dusty/dirty. We loved our stay and this beautiful spot in Miramar!

Our family stayed for a week at this property and it was a wonderful experience. Everything was so clean, the beds and sheets were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with all of the cooking supplies we needed for the week. Knives were sharp, pots and pans were high quality, and there was even an additional Kureg machine there for coffee! Even better, the view of the ocean was spectacular. Our family brought our mini labradoodle; she especially enjoyed watching the people traveling the sidewalk and the beach. There are plenty of dog-friendly restaurants nearby; the area was very welcoming to our fur baby. Even though this apartment is pet-friendly, you would never know from the interior. It’s spotless! We cannot recommend this unit enough. Hope to come back soon!

The condo was very clean upon arrival and we had everything we needed (bring your own seasonings and spices if you plan on cooking). It was so nice to have an umbrella and two chairs set up for us every day at the beach and made our stay so pleasant. The pool was beautiful (but a bit chilly in April) and the grounds are kept nicely. The owners are wonderful and communicate quickly and efficiently. We loved our stay and would definitely come back next year! A few minor things that would make it even better: the headboards need to be secured against the wall because even the slightest movement caused them to bump against the wall and wake us up every time. Some new pillows would be a huge bonus and 100% cotton sheets would be a dream. I know it's popular in vacation rentals to have "luxury" microfiber bedding, and although the sheets were soft, they were hot, sticky, and didn't breathe well. Overall, we had a great time, and look forward to returning!

We arrived early and Brooke made quick arrangements to allow us into the condo early. It's just as beautiful as the photos suggested plus some. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast and the overall floorplan was family-friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. The view from the patio is jaw-dropping to stay the least and the patio furniture made for a relaxing seating area for our downtime. The beautiful sunrises & sunsets and the perfect location make this the perfect place to stay. I love the gated access and the assigned beach chairs. We are planning to come by down for either Thanksgiving or Christmas due to how perfect this place was. Thanks Brooke!
