Located in a very quiet cute little neighborhood close to town. Such a cute little pool area in the backyard and the house is very spacious. Only complaints we have is the master bed was hard, could use a mattress topper and the decor is all over the place. A little “revamping” of the decor could really make this house go from a 7 to a 10! Also, we had no idea where the washer and dryer were located. We searched and couldn’t find them anywhere. They ended up being located outside.. it would have been nice for that to be in the listing so I didn’t panic when my baby got sick and we needed to wash sheets. The staff is very attentive and helpful! We can’t wait to stay at Sea Breeze again!

It was fantastic. Just out of walking range to the restaurants. Very nice place and the private beach area was a huge bonus. Lots of good shells as well. We would definitely consider this place again.

Mona, the property manager and contact, is super helpful and makes it a breeze to work with. We love the location, as it is a quiet neighborhood, and just a couple hundred steps to the gorgeous beach! The beach is located North of the busy pier 60 area, but it's only a little over a mile to the stores and restaurants. An easy walk or drive! This location is great with the kids as the beach is quiet and not crowded at all. The pool at the house is perfect to cool off for a change in scenery, and the whole backyard is secluded. The foliage really gives you privacy. I highly recommend visiting!

My husband and I booked here for 2 weeks. The first week it was just us and our dog. The second week we had 2 grand children & parents come. We loved using the small pool and the fenced yard & beautiful trees around the pool was a nice vibe. It was a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe walking our dog and gawking at the beautiful houses. What a plus to be so close to the beach. Just a hop and skip and there awaited the ocean & sunrise. Plenty of pool toys were left & so nice to have so many beach towels. We did include heat for pool & everything worked great. They asked we fill the pool up daily due to evaporation but that was ok. The pavers around pool could use some updating. My husband fixed a few open spots. Having two refrigerators and 2 areas to eat was great too.The house is a bit dated & the kitchen small but ok by us. I am sad as I was hoping to rebook for next year and it shows already booked for our vaca time.

Property was clean and spacious for our our family of 6 adults and 2 children although did not feel too big when it was just my husband and I. We enjoyed the pool and the lovely back yard! Mona the property manager always exceeds expectations and makes you feel like she loves what she does! Mona is a pleasure to speak with and can get things done! Yes furnishings, floor, grout a bit worn but a minor thing in my opinion. The backyard is private with beautiful landscaping (except for the big bush/tree that sheds those big leaves). The pool was smaller than some maybe but it was warm, and just the right size for beach ball volleyball and floating in the sun. Especially liked this home over others we have been in because the pool area had both shade and sun, plenty of seating, and a separate screened in area to sit. The pool does have a small leak and some of the pavers around it are in need of repair, but again a minor issue in my overall opinion. Would definitely recommend and we rented again for next year!

We reached out 3 times (Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday) asking someone to come clean the pool. No one ever came to clean it. So we were not able to use the pool during our 5 night stay. Most if the blinds in the property were broken, not able to open or close properly. No toaster, hair dryer was broken, no salt & pepper. Property management did bring a toaster and hair dryer late that night. Overall house was old and no one has been taking care of it. Very disappointed. We will not stay here again.

Water pressure was great, beds were very comfortable. Loved the private pool, it is small but worked for us perfectly! The outside area around the pool does have some bricks that are heaving some making for uneven terrain and I did stub my toe by tripping on them but not a big deal. The beach is literally a 1-minute walk around the corner!! We were able to check the tides on the guidance of Mona the property manager and walk almost all the way to Caladesi Island!! I loved it was a whole house and we could cook, there is also a charcoal grill to use! It is quiet and a little way from the action of the center of the beach, but we liked that and honestly there are many options to take a cab to get there and back that are very reasonable as parking on the beach is minimal and can be expensive! I will say the accuracy of the bed situation is off. There are 3 bedrooms- 1 with a king, the other 2 have 2 queens. no big deal for us and loved that each room has a bathroom just outside of the door or in the room! It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer on premises as well! Guests leave their extra things and that is actually helpful! we left some charcoal and there was some already left behind as well as laundry soap and bleach! The property management company does encourage leaving your extras behind and will donate those full items which I personally love!! The temperature in the house was perfect and the water heated up quickly. I did feel the pool maintenance was lacking which I have not discussed with the company as of yet in the context of not coming on Tuesday as scheduled and they do not vacuum the pool and the sand pools at the bottom, however there is a skimmer there and my husband cleaned it just before the pool company showed up and told him he did a great job and thanked him. I would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Not only is the house cozy and welcoming, it is literally not even a 5 minute walk from the front door step to picking a spot at the beach. Our favorite thing about this was, the house being far enough from the hotels so you can have your own private spot on the beach but still close enough to downtown. Mona our house manager was amazing. She was very responsive and attentive to us and any questions or concerns we had. Definitely will be booking to stay here again in the near future! 10/10 from us!!

We had such a wonderful vacation in this beautiful rental in a quiet neighborhood in north Clearwater Beach. The kitchen had anything we could have required for cooking. By having an instacart delivery on the first day, we really didn't have to leave unless we wanted to. Yes, the pool is smaller than most, but the water was warm, the landscaping beautiful and our party of six all enjoyed spending time relaxing in the water. We avoided renting a car by relying on the free beach transport (just tip the drivers) and walking everywhere else. You can even walk a couple miles along the shore to Caladesi Island state park if you go at low tide. Wish we didn't have to leave.

We had a truly, fabulous vacation at Sea Breeze house. Kids and grandkids said this was the best vacation to date! Beachtime made the process so easy. Our house had everything we needed!

This place was wonderful in that we did not feel we needed to leave for anything. The walk to the beach was seconds away and the back yard pool was fantastic. We ate every meal on the screened in porch and enjoyed the weather there at night as well. The neighborhood it quiet and you are far enough away from spring break crowd that you can really enjoy it.

We enjoyed homemade dinners on the screened porch or on the patio. We enjoyed many delightful swims in the little pool surrounded by a variety of tropical palms and flowering bushes. We walked daily to the uncrowded and beautiful beach for lunch and walks or sunning. We did jigsaw puzzles on the long farm style dining table. A very pleasant stay.

Reviewer Comments: The area was pretty and the staff was great, but there were definitely some weird issues that make it not ideal for a relaxing easy vacation. For starters I payed extra to have the pool heated to 85 and yet they only heated it during the day which caused the temperature to drop about 10 degrees in the evening. They had the thermostat locked so you couldn't turn the heat on when it got cool. The property is advertised as "pet friendly" and the rental agreement says nothing about a size restriction. My sister planned on bringing her Golden Doodle but we were told last minute that she was to big. We also had issues with the washer/dryer. The hot and cold were reversed which caused a load of clothes to get ruined. I know those are all little things, but they add up to make the stay feel somewhat uncomfortable.
