Great location, and easy check in process. Very clean but could use some updating.

Easy walk to restaurants and beach. Place is slightly dated, but very clean. Has toys and wagon for beach (a little older). Be prepared to carry bags to 5th floor (building did not have a cart if any kind). Great host, great property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our girl's weekend getaway. The condo was clean, spacious and had all of the amenities we needed for a fun, relaxing weekend.

More than enough room for my family

I highly recommend this condo for a family trip to Hilton Head Island. The property is clean, comfortable and equipped with a full kitchen. Bike rental available very close to the property. Our kids loved the pool and the beach was about a 10 minute walk. Dining and shopping is a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back.

The location of the condo was fantastic and we had so much room. Everyone had their own space to spread out and relax at the end of a busy day. Not far from the beach at all. The condo was very clean and check in process was easy. Loved that there was a wagon for us to use since we forgot to bring ours. Great location and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Definitely would book again.

1st time visiting Hilton Head, this was an awesome location. Quiet but super close to anything we wanted to do! We had 5 adults and shared a car but being able to rent a bike and ride or walk from the Xanadu villas was perfect.

The only complaint I have is the tv in one of the rooms didn't work.

Great property and location. Place was huge, much bigger than pictures do justice. Easy to access all golf courses and restaurants within minutes. Great communication with rental agency. Highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable property easy access to beach

Condo was GREAT! Lots of room, quiet and very secure!! Bedrooms are spacious. Very clean and close to everything. Definitely would stay here again. If I had one thing to suggest for improvement, it would be that we only had 1 key fob to get into the grounds and the building, but had 3 cars and 5 people. There isn't a way (we could easily find) to WALK in and out of the property without the key fob and no way to enter with a car without it. It was just too inconvenient to always worry about sharing the fob and then worrying that we were going to lose it!!

Good location close to beach, shops, food...bike rentals just two minute walk. Close to a few golf courses on the Island and just off the island all within 20-25 minutes. Bring kitchen trash bags, paper towels...if you are gonna stay more than a couple days. If you plan to cook, bring spices etc. Nbq get charcoal brickets no gas. Nice overall condo, with pool, no hot tub. We would stay again

Place was incredibly clean and full of home comforts. Really felt at home. The added security of the gated community is great.

This place is at a good location. It is not on the beach but very easy to get to. Get some bikes and see the island. Loved the bike trails

The unit was great, very clean and wonderful location. I definitely recommend staying here.

When arrived the property was not so clean as i hoped. It was gringy as in dining table was dirty with stiky resedue of food. Also dirty spots on the curtains. Not enough spoons to use for family of 6. Wall in main restroom has doubtfull brown drippings on the comode wall. And had bread crumbs on side table of the bed. Area was close to beach that was great. And the weather was great. So we made it work but will not rent this one again.

The condo was perfect for our little weeked getaway with our grown children and their wives. Great location for the beach, eats, and fun!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was amazing!!! The size of the condo was great!! We loved the location and it was a short walk to beach.

Unit was as advertised. You can access the beach by walking to end of driveway and then the walking path to the Ocean Club Villas (about a 7-10 minute walk to beach). If you don't have a Shibumi, I would recommend investing in one. They are pricey but are light weight, set up in 3 minutes and work very well. Coligny is about a 15 minute walk, or you can drive a 1/2 mile and park for free. Bring extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, or you can purchase at the Piggly Wiggly in Coligny Plaza. The unit was very clean. Beds were comfortable, balconies were awesome and the AC and Wifi worked fine. Pool is small but secluded and clean. There is a washer and dryer on the same floor. Both machines take quarters. $1.00 to wash (30 minutes). $1.00 to dry (45 minutes). William was a great host. Very quick to answer any questions I had. You will enjoy your stay! Also, the Tiki Hut is up the beach, close to Coligny. They serve lunch and drinks and had live music every day during the days that we were there. It's seat yourself and the place gets crowded. Fun time!

Very nice and clean with bi bedrooms and a nice very view from the many balconies. Love that it is a short walk to the beach and is very close to several restaurants. The property manager was very quick to answer my questions and help in any way possible.
