Cozy place to stay for a few days of skiing at A-Basin. All the essentials were provided, and the gas fireplace and view from the balcony were terrific. (Humidifier was also a nice touch.)

Condo had a Washer and Dryer! Great Internet connection, Modem/Router was in the condo. Also had a Humidifier, which was nice considering the dry air.

Property was everything we needed. Was as listed. Much thanks.

The condo was great and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of space for a family of four. We had a issue with getting into the condo but the owners were very helpful in correcting the issue. The lobby and carpets in the common areas need a little attention, and updating, but the condo was great. Great location!

This is a nice place. We enjoyed our stay. It has 1 common entry point though which is a little sketchy and the elevator isn't the safest looking thing on earth. Once you get into the condo though, it's all good. Again, we enjoyed our stay there. The view over the lake is neat. Parking was close and it was nice being in Dillon.

The check-in instructions were confusing and conflicting. Once we were able to access the building, the condo experience was great! The WiFi instructions were also confusing/conflicting, but again, once we figured it out, everything worked great.

This condo has a beautiful view. The condo had everything we needed and was in great condition. It is within walking distance to quite a few restaurants and bars.

This is a great place for a family of four. Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed which allowed us to cook great meals in if we wanted; and the location within walking distance to mupltiple restaurants allowed us to go out when we didn’t want to cook (highly recommend Jersey Boys). The lake views were spectacular and we were right in the middle of 4-5 world class ski areas. Thanks so much for our wonderful stay!

My two friends and I stayed here for two nights and we truly loved our time in the condo. Kitchen was equipped with everything we could have wanted or needed to make food at home. We had the fireplace on to warm the place and definitely created a super cozy environment. Lots of toiletries to choose from which was nice when you forgot something a home. Cleaning supplies were made available. And last but not least, the view from the condo was absolutely beautiful! Definitively would stay here again. Thanks so much!

My wife, my two middle school age children, and I just enjoyed a non-traditional Christmas week in Dillon, Colorado skiing at Keystone, Vail, and Breckenridge. This condo is right in the heart of ski country. Keystone is 15 minutes away, Breck is 25 minutes away, and Vail was only 55 minutes away. The condo was the perfect place to hang out after a day in the cold December Colorado air. The condo was well equipped...we ate all our breakfasts in, packed our lunches, and ate a couple of dinners in. The supermarket is less than a mile away. We walked to Pug Ryan's Brewery on Christmas night...a great place to dine. We also heard great reviews from locals about the Mexican place by the bowling alley...also easily walk-able. The fireplace was used daily and we enjoyed the amazing view from the porch. We would definitely recommend this condo for any party of four looking to take advantage of what Colorado has to offer.

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay! The condo had everything we needed and is very close to all the fun activities we had planned (biking, boating, music, shopping, hiking, golfing). The 5 minute walk to the Dillon amphitheater, the marina, and the playground is incredibly convenient. When we didn’t feel like cooking, the many restaurants within walking distance made dining a pleasure. 15 minutes to Keystone, Breckenridge, or Copper Mountain was ideal! We especially enjoyed the pool, the view of the lake from the private balcony, and the warm fire place at night. See you this winter!

Location and comfort was top notch!! We will be back. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the lake and local stores made it the best say we could ask for.

Very nice, clean space with a beautiful view! The owner was quick to respond to the one question we had. Easy access to stores, restaurants, skiing, other activities. Suggested improvement: please provide new cable for DVD player - it doesn't work although we appreciated the selection of movies. FYI for future visitors: because this unit is on the third floor it got VERY warm at night, even with the heat turned down and the fan (provided) on high. Would definitely rent this unit again int he future!

my husband and i booked this apartment for 2 weeks for our ski vacation. we traveled a lot, this was our first time to met so many STORIES at one time. 1, could not enter the apartment when we arrived ! can't not enter the apartment with the wrong key sb left in the combination box. it was turn out to be the key of sauna. we never thought about there could be another key after we found out the tag of the key showed "sauna and jacuzzi". 2,could not contact the landlord! the most ridiculers thing was i could not reach the landlord by calling the mobile he left on vrbo after i found out the wrong key things. we flighted almost 24 hours , could‘t enter the apt, could't contact the landlord, i left the message serval times , i even ask my friend stateside to call him and left message in case he missed the call because mine is oversea phone number. NO RESPONSES. the last thing i tried was to wrote him a email and finally reached him. another cellphone number. the funny thing is his cellphone can not make international phone call, so i had to call him every time when sth happened. and sth do happened. unbelievable ! 3, no house cleaning! just as we thought problem solved .the story was still on. they did not do the cleaning! bedsheet, pillows, used towels, everywhere! i was speechless after i found out this.......we had to hanging out at grocery store to kill time waiting for the cleaning lady to finish her job. 4, was locked out of the door one day! we were locked outside the apt one day when we came back. it turned out to be the door knob was broken. after 2 hours waiting and were told by landlord he decided to used the credit card to barge in. we thought if he can use the card to broke the door why should't we? it turned to be a worth of trying. the locksmith called by landlord came after we opened the door with my Starbucks card , thank Starbucks! dim kitchen light no mater how may times you change the light ball, it became dim after one or two days; dated bedroom carpet need thoroughly cleaning; quilt cover unremovable, if you really care about hygiene you have to put the whole quilt in the machine all washed . but those things were not a big deal compared with the stories happened on us. i think the apologies landlord gave us was sincerely , but those things should not happen if someone do their jobs. we were supposed to enjoy our vacation not repaired and clean the house in two weeks.

Staying in Dillon was perfect for access to Breckenridge and surrounding areas. This condo was easy to get to and super clean. Owners were easy to deal with. No complaints. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for us and we would have also loved staying here in the summer time d/t the location to the paved trail system as well. The bus stop was directly across the street otherwise, the drive to both Keystone and Breck were easy. We did store our skis on the patio as that was the only place logical. Heat was certainly no problem and the fireplace was nice. Thank you!

We had originally booked our stay in Dillon at a hotel, but since we were there for a week we decided to "upgrade" to this condo. It was a little more expensive than our hotel room, but the extra money we spent was well worth it! Here's what we liked: - We had enough room to spread out - The 2 TVs (one with Chromecast so we could stream Netflix!) meant no arguments over who gets to watch what at the end of a fun-but-tiring day on the slopes - Having a kitchen meant we could cook some of the time instead of eating out all the time - 3 separate beds meant no kicking and shoving under the blankets - 2 bathrooms was just plain convenient - The jetted tub in one of the bathrooms meant we didn't have to go to the public hot tub downstairs - The fireplace was great for both warming up and roasting marshmallows - The balcony in the living room and the floor-to-ceiling window in the bedroom with a view of the beautiful ever-changing lake took our vacation to the next level - The in-unit washer and dryer came in handy when we realized we didn't pack as many thermals as we would have liked - The condo was well stocked with towels (not all vacation rental owners do this - so it was a nice pleasant surprise!), toiletries, blankets, pillows, laundry detergent, paper towels, pots and pans, cutlery etc. - The condo is close to the grocery store, movie theatre, and restaurants, which is very convenient if you don't feel like driving much in the cold at the end of the day, but still want to get out for a bit - The host (Mike) was very responsive to my emails - The place was clean, quiet and well-maintained Overall, I highly recommend this place, especially if you have kids and want some room to spread out, so you don't drive each other mad all the time and actually have a great vacation :) We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Dillon (hopefully again next winter).

There is nothing bad to be said about this rental. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Everything you need is within walking distance and the views are magnificent.

I recently had a chance to spend 3 weeks at this condo and I really enjoyed the experience. The condo was beautiful, well maintained and close to everything. The internet speed was excellent (this was a working vacation) and the building was very quiet and peaceful. The view from the window across Lake Dillon and towards Keystone was never boring. The constant change in weather consistently changed the overall view; I never tired of it. The condo had a washer/dryer combo, well functioning kitchen equipment and easy elevator access to the parking lot. When I had a question, the owner Mark was very easy to contact and very friendly to work with. Great place overall!

Loved our stay. Perfect for our family of 4 with 2 little girls. Right across the street from the farmer's market. Short walk to all Dillon has to offer from omelettes at the Arapaho (or taco night at the Pub Down under) to free concerts at the Ampitheater and more playgrounds that you can count! Can't beat the Tiki Bar and marina. Excited to return for ski season. Thanks for sharing your mountain retreat with our family.

We loved the location and liked having two bathrooms, but the disrepair and dim lighting really detracted from our experience. None of the problems were quite bad enough to interrupt our vacation to call for repairs, but they added up to an almost constant stream of minor annoyances. Pros: - great location, convenient to dining, shopping, and the slopes - very clean (except the bedding, which was musty) - nice view of Lake Dillon Cons: - significant disrepair (fireplace not working, patio door lock broken, burned out bulbs, etc) - very dimly lit (particularly the kitchen, which made cooking difficult in the evening) - problems on the property (elevator out-of-service, hot tub closed, security system unactivated, etc)

With beautiful views of Lake Dillon, this cozy condo will help you relax after a long day of any activity. The deep, jetted tub is a pleasure to relax in. It has a very functional kitchen and the oversized bedroom easily accommodates the queen bed and the two twins. Well equipped, I had everything I needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner and there are plenty of high quality towels. We were so happy to see the full cable service too. On-Demand is great for catching up on your favorite shows on your schedule. Perfectly located, close to all our favorite Dillon spots. Thank you for our fun stay!

Excellent place to spend your vacation time. Great interior, very convenient location. Close to lake, trails, and ski resorts. The owners are great to work with and the place is very clean, updated, and well kept. The mountain views from the deck overlooking the lake are beautiful. Compared to other locations we've stayed in the Dillon and Frisco area, we really enjoy this particular condo.

My brother visited me for Spring Break so we decided to go up to A-Basin for a couple days. This whole trip was short notice but the owners were very accommodating. The condo was very clean and well furnished. It had all the things we need.I would definitely recommend this condo and would like to go back up some time in the summer.

The condo is located in a great location with easy access to Keystone, Breckenridge, Silverthorne outlet mall, Frisco, Leadville, and Vail. The condo was Very clean and comfortable and very well maintained!

I thought the condo was great! It had a wonderful view of the lake and was surprisingly spacious despite only being a one bedroom. The water pressure wasn't that great, but I believe that to be no fault of the owners, just how it goes some times. Centrally located in Dillon. There is a City Market less than 5 minutes away and Keystone ski resort is a short 10 minute drive. The only feedback I would give to the owners is that I took a bath in the wonderful jacuzzi tub in the master bath, and when I turned on the jets some debris came out. Not sure what it was, but my guess is that the jets hadn't been cleaned out or turned on in a while and had some residue. You may want to pass this on to whoever cleans your condo. It was no big deal, but a good note for the future. Would definitely use/stay at this condo again!
