Linda and Michael were great hosts! Their communication was super! Their condo was clean and comfortable, within a short walk to the mountain, the wild plum grocery store, town transit and ski rental shop. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The humidifiers for the bedrooms were great! As other renters mentioned, the dryer takes a long time, and needs to be checked, as it had to be restarted a couple of times to fully dry everything. The hot tub and pool were a welcome respite after a day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at this condo! We loved the location for an easy walking distance from the base and shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped (we used it every night!) and also enjoyed access to the hot tub and pool which were great after a day of skiing. There was plenty of space for 4 of us to relax, and having a second bathroom was super convenient. Linda was a lovely host who gave us recommendations and was easy to communicate with! We stayed at the condo for five nights for a family ski trip. Condo is located close to the gondola base, bus stop and numerous shops and restaurants. Linda was awesome with providing recommendations for travel arrangements. Condo is well equipped and clean. We really enjoyed our stay in Steamboat.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was conveniently located in easy walking distance to the gondola and base area, and is well-appointed. It was perfect for our group of 3. The only suggestion is to NOT take the shuttle to the base, unless you have some sort of physical limitation. Adds an easy 20 min to the process as the other stop takes you further from the base, and normally includes a small army of people. Did that once, never again.

Really nice condo. Very clean and well maintained. Small issue with smoke alarm but owner was very attentive and got it resolved very quickly. Unit is on the outside edge of what I would say is a walkable distance to the Gondola but doable. There is a shuttle but it's sometimes just faster to walk. Hot tub was nice and there is very nice indoor parking (but we didn't use). Overall the owner was very communicative and made the check in process very easy and straightforward. I would highly recommend and will try to rent from Linda again.

We had a wonderful stay in steamboat. The property was clean and just as advertised. We thought the ski locker was closer to the ski base but we figured it out regardless. The shuttle was very convenient but occasionally not there when expected. Overall, we loved our stay!

We had a great stay at Steamboat. Fantastic skiing conditions and time with friends and family. Accommodation in Unit N12 at The Terraces was a decent, economic option for us, given how weak the Australian Dollar is right now. It’s neat, tidy and had all we needed as a family of 4. Linda was helpful to any of our queries. It is well set out, and has good bedding configuration options. The Terraces building is tired, some construction going on and the communal spaces (including the pool and hot tub) are getting very old. Access to the pool area only through the garage at the moment which is kinda unappealing. Definitely not the owners fault, but important to be aware of. The undercover car space is a great option, though it’s a very tight spot! It’s an easy enough walk from the gondola, though we paid to have our skis and boots stored as it was just that bit too far at the end of the day to carry everything. If you are looking for a clean, economic option close to the mountain, then this property would most definitely suite.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and well-appointed with a short walk to the mountain and shuttle service to the base. Summertime in Steamboat is gorgeous! We had a wonderful time 4-wheeling, tubing down the Yampa, and enjoying the local restaurants. We brought our Jeep so it fit nicely in the garage parking spot. The property was very clean and spacious. It was perfect for our family of 4. The pool and hot tub was an added bonus to the property.

The inside of the condo was clean and neatly organized but no a/c and the mattress led to sleepless nights in July heat. Fans were not enough and whoever prepared the room left the windows open during the day so when we checked in it was 85 in the unit. There also felt like some hot air was coming through the vents in the bathroom. If you do need the parking garage, we would not recommend bringing a large vehicle as the spot is the smallest in the garage with utility equipment making it difficult to get out on the drivers side with a larger vehicle. Street parking was plentiful and easier to enter the condo anyhow! We suggest the fact that a credit card number will be given directly to owners (not through VRBO) for any damages be made clear on the damage section of the listing on VRBO rather than a separate contract sent after booking. (Owners assure us no one else has been bothered by sharing their cc information with them via personal email.) Owner is definitely hands on...

Enjoyed our stay! Great location. We walked as a family to the restaurants at the base of the mountain. The unit is also very quiet, didn’t even hear any of the neighbors.

Very convenient location and setup. A short walk or a free shuttle to Steamboat Gondola, several restaurants and groceries within blocks and the ski locker at the mountain base made this easy. Add in the heated garage and the pool and hot tub on the property and you have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

Smaller than pictures indicated. Lights out in both bedrooms. Fans didn't work. Hot tub not very clean. Furniture old, scratched. Needs a facelift. So does the exterior property.

The condo had everything we needed and was clean, Linda was helpful on booking rentals and transportation. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon.

We had a great stay at the condo, which was perfect location within walking distance to base area and shops/restaurants close by. Unit was clean and kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. The locker at the base was a great feature to store our ski gear so we didn't have to lug everything base to the condo each day. Linda was great to deal with and very responsive to our questions and requests. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again for our next trip to Steamboat!

The condo building and amenities are showing their age. (Convenient staircase to hot tub and pool closed. Parking spot a bit dicey.) The condo itself met our needs. But it too is showing its age. Great location. Nice to have shuttle included in the fee. Kitchen had what we needed. Clean and home-y accommodation.

Overall a great place to stay. It took exactly 6 minutes to walk to the Gondola from this condo. Owner/manager was responsive and easy to communicate with. It was a little tight for 4 but certainly manageable.

We were really thrilled with the condo! The covered parking, (a little bit of a squeeze for our full size SUV but somehow always worked anyways), the locker at the base, and the 5 minute walk to the gondola was a fantastic value! Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Hot tub and pool were nicer than we are used to seeing. Communication with the property owner was outstanding! The main bedroom was over the garage so we could hear it occasionally but it didn’t run at off times so it wasn’t an issue. We would book again in a heartbeat.

Great location and super clean. Everything was perfect. We had one little issue and the owner was super helpful and responsive. The hot was great and the private ski locker at the base of the mountain was a luxury. Our stay could not have been better. Thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us!

This property was very convenient given Steamboat’s sprawling setup. We walked each day to the lifts on a sidewalk path that was always well cleaned even with days of snow. The locker offered is HUGE. Steamboat is and awkward resort to get around and having a locker just in the square to leave your gear is a huge convenience that makes the day go so much better. Pool, hot tub and community of owners were all very nice and welcoming. Low key and never crowded.

Our first Covid travel. The unit was great, clean, comfortable, close to everything. We enjoyed the views, pool, and hot tub. Unit was well equipped. Great choice!

This was a great place to stay. The location was awesome. One adult with 3 kids ages 6, 9 and 11 and thanks to the ski locker at the base we were able to navigate it all without any tantrums or tears. It was awesome. We never got in our car once the whole trip. The condo was SUPER clean. We had a few glitches in the beginning getting settled in but Linda was available every moment to communicate and help out. She is so invested in making sure her guests are comfortable. The humidifier wasn't working and within 24 hours she had a new humidifier delivered! The bed in the master room was so comfortable and the condo was cozy and just really comfortable and relaxing to be in. My only issue which I feel would be important for very light sleepers like me to consider is that (as mentioned in another post), both bedrooms are over the garage. I was awakened many times by the garage door below us opening and closing including times such as midnight and 6:30 am. We still had an amazing time in the condo and would highly recommend it. The pool and hot tub were a total bonus and were super clean and well cared for.

We had an awesome time in Steamboat. We have stayed at over a dozen different condos at the base area and this is our new favorite. It’s super close to the lifts, yet feels like your away from the hustle and bustle of the resort. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids and we had it to ourselves most of the time. The icing on the cake was the ski locker next to the Gondola. It was a treat not having to lug our gear back and forth each day. Linda was super helpful and allowed us to change our booking last minute. We’ll be booking here again!
