Cozy convenient to downtown and beach

This was a good place for a couple with a small dog. We have also stayed in #9 but we preferred this little place more for the following reasons: the bed is more comfy, the patio area is fully fenced for your pet, the bathroom was bigger, & the kitchen was more up to date and better stocked. The location is great, only a block from the beach and it is awesome. Only downside in our eyes was that the couch was pretty tiny but we are small and so is our dog so it didn't affect us too much, just something to keep in mind :)

The studio is clean. Small but well laid out. Short walk to the ocean and all the cute downtown shops. We loved that we were able to bring our little dog!

We loved this cozy little studio for our long weekend. We brought our dog, and it was perfect...the fenced yard was nice so he could go out for a break without us having to put shoes on! :) The Vacasa crew even left towels just for him to clean up after being on the beach, plus a dog bowl and treats. Very nice touch! As mentioned, this is a very cozy studio...it is perfect for a couple, but you definitely wouldn't want more than two people! But, it was roomy enough and had all the amenities. We ate most of our meals here and had plenty of "elbow room". It was too rainy and chilly to use the charcoal grill out back, but we would have loved to use it another time! The location is great...easy walk to the beach and to all the shopping and restaurants. And even though it is located on a fairly busy street, we never heard any cars once we went inside. I would definitely recommend this studio for a quiet laid-back couples getaway.

Nice couple size. However, shower was very very slow to drain. Good location. Heater rather loud.

Very clean. Great location! Walking distance to several restaurants, bars and shopping. Good place to stay for one or two people. Any more than that would be too crowded.

It’s cute and current. As another reviewer noticed, the wide-angle photos make this little one-room cabin look much larger than it is. The bed and the dining table are only a few feet apart. We were happy with this cabin even for a week-long stay, but this might not be the best place if you or anyone in your party might want some private time. Also, we found that the bed was arranged as in the virtual tour, not as in the photos. The sofa is of limited use. It’s next to the open closet, across from the kitchen sink and far from the TV which is in the opposite corner of the room. It’s fine if you just want to sit or to use the sofa table, but when we wanted to watch TV we ended up sitting on the bed. We only had minor issues that didn’t affect our stay very much, so we liked the cabin just fine, even though we do prefer one with a separate bedroom. The location is very good for both the beach and town.

Cozy and comfortable spot right in between everything. Easy, beautiful and short walk to the beach - hello Haystack Rock. Loved Lazy Susan's and the Hardware Store and Bar. Walked everywhere and our dog is still sleeping off the coastal excitement and wave chasing

It was prefect!

My dog Moose and I had a great time in Cannon Beach this past weekend. The location of the rental is great for walking to the beach and walking into town. Vacasa provided towels and a sheet for my pup along with treats which was much appreciated! The only complaint I had was not knowing the key code to get in right away and the small amount of hot water available. Otherwise, would definitely recommend this place for a great weekend away!

If you don't intend to spend much time in your room, this place will do. Bed. Shower. Fridge. But, if you're seeking a getaway, or something relaxing...it's not. This place is MUCH smaller than the photos or description would imply. The basic furnishings and linens get the job done, but it's not "cozy" for its size or appointments. It's a one room studio. It has a bed. It has a tiny couch. The kitchen is just a hallway. The lighting either overhead and over bright, or too dim. Not much mood or ambiance. If I were traveling with a child, I would also find this space unaccommodating. If one person is away and up, everyone will be. Sometimes when we travel, I love the accommodations so much that I am sad to leave. Not so with this. The Cabana put us in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. But, it did not enhance our stay in Cannon Beach. Here's what I'd suggest: get the property you really want. If you settle for this one for dollars or location, you may go home disappointed.

The property needs some TLC and the management company needs to do a better job of cleaning and monitoring cleanliness. The location was great but I would stay blocks away and walk further for a better experience.
