Great home in a quiet neighborhood. Short drive to beach and other amenities.

We were so happy here! Attended a huge family gathering for Christmas holidays with family from all over US meeting In Clearwater! Our host was ALWAYS easily reached and the home was spotless, comfortable, quiet and perfect! Hope to return someday!

Property interior was exact as shown in pictures. Feel the door leading to the garage should have a lock on it. Some small cosmetic items need attention. A few more toiletry items needs; large trash bags, toliet paper.

This house was extremely clean and comfortable. We would stay here again, and I highly recommend. Our host was quick to respond. When we arrived, the A/C did not appear to be working properly, but our host quickly got the issue resolved, and it worked perfectly after that. We slept very well, and it was so quiet!!! This was a very enjoyable vacation.

This is our 3rd stay here and again no issues. It is clean, comfortable and close to shopping & restaurants. We really feel at home.

Nice place in a very quiet neighborhood. We had some issues but they were resolved very quickly. Great bike paths behind the house and not far from the Pinella Trail if you wanted to ride further. Walmart & grocery shopping close by. Lots of attractions in Dunedin, Clearwater & Tarpon Springs. We stayed for the entire month of March and had one evening of rain. Weather was fantastic.

Everything was wonderful. The house was just as advertised and more. It had all the comforts of home and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Looked like it was brand new; very pleasant facilities professionally decorated.

Property was great, clean, and I did not have any concerns at all.

My hubby and I stayed 3 weeks and it was clean and comfortable. Any small issues that arose was addressed and fixed immediately. For us (who are older), the tv was so easy to use and has only one remote, that is a plus. Definately will be back.

Located in a peaceful residential area central to Tampa and Clearwater with many nearby restaurants and shops. Modern appliances and cabinets. My only criticism is that the non-stick cookware is well past its prime and a few maintenance items need attention. Overall I’m glad I stayed at this property and I would consider it again if I’m in the area in the future

The house was what they advertised, clean, nice kitchen the bathroom in the hallway could use some updating, shower curtain fell down it needs replaced, the handle in the bathtub valve is wrong.(I know this because I worked in the plumbing business for 40 years) but overall very nice house.

Very workable for extended stay.. Property manager Angela was incredible - fast response to any questions.

Super convenient to shopping, beach etc. nice quiet neighborhood. I was there with my wife and 2 kids. They love it. Host was amazing. Highly recommend it.

This home was exactly what we were looking for, and more. The photos show precisely what the property looks like. Check in was very simple, and we immediately felt at home. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, and the home is located near stores and restaurants. We were there to visit our grandson, and it was ideal to have a home rather than a hotel room to entertain a 9 year old! We love outdoor living, so the screened porch and grill were a plus. One morning while on the porch, I had the pleasure of a visit from an armadillo. Wildlife, what a treat! We are very pleased with the home, and you can’t beat the price. Wonderful value! We hope to stay here whenever we visit our grandson. Thank you, Angela, for providing such a great home away from home experience for travelers.

Home was more than expected, clean and all the kitchen gadgets needed for at home dining. Beds were both very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet for a peaceful nights sleep. This host goes out of her way to please any guests that are considering a stay here. We came from Arizona to go to Tampa zoo, Clearwater aquarium and the beaches which were all wonderful. This home was situated perfect for the places we visited.

My family really enjoyed our stay here.

We were staying there because it was really close to our daughters house and she just had her first baby. It was perfect for what we needed it for. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice. I would stay again. The only thing that was not very good for us was there was no king bed and we like room. But the beds were nice and comfortable.

Property was as described. Clean and stocked. Pleased with home overall.

This was our family’s first visit to the Tampa area. The property on Castle Bay was exactly what we needed. All the right amenities, and a very well kept property - inside and out - made our stay very enjoyable.

We literally had the prettiest home! Everything was stocked up for us and it was only 20 min from the beach! It was absolutely the best stay we’ve ever had!

The house was exactly like the pictures. Very clean, comfortable and would definately return.
