Very nice decor and view out back. The A/C was tough to control as it kept going back to very cold. The key pad didn’t work sometimes on the first try and would lock on its own. The dryer had to cool down to complete the cycle. Had to be careful almost tripped with 2 steps at front door. Neighborhood well light and very quiet. Great vacay villa. Would stay again.

Property was exactly as described. We used it as a base to explore Tampa and St Petersburg. It was convenient to both. Property was exactly what we needed.

The villa was ideally located for access to beaches and Tampa. It was pleasantly decorated. My bed was comfy but my friend found hers to be lumpy. One of the bathrooms was very small. The shower stall lacked any type of grab bars. Parking was a bit far for mobility challenged 80 year olds. I'd recommend this to the younger travellor.

This was a very clean nicely decorated villa. Worked well for our family of 4. Was very nicely decorated and the big TVs were an added plus. Really enjoyed the screened in porch. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

We had lighting and took out tv. Host was very responsive and helped us work through the problem.

The property was very nice close to my inlaws so my family could visit, the closeness to the parks was very nice. Will be staying again in the future

It was good. The property was as described. Know that the owner wants you to sign a paper right away and text it to her. If you are busy make sure to grab it off the counter to take with you so you can sense it right away. The beds are comfy. It is an HOA, so beware of neighbors. I don't really recommend loud kiddos. All amenities were good and in good condition. It was a nice touch to have Kcups, sugar and creamer cups. Especially if you are a coffee adict like me.

Had a very pleasant stay. The property was very clean and our grandson loved the playground and pool area.

Beautiful villa convenient to many wonderful beaches and attractions! Very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasurable stay. Highly recommend this property!

Our family decided last minute to just get away for a few days, my daughter found this cute little Villa, she loved the way it was layed out and decorated. Booking was easy, Melinda was great to work with. Villa was clean well stocked with cooking supplies only complaint I would have is there is no dedicated pantry storage. If I were staying for longer than a few days there is a linen closet in the front bedroom that can be used for a panty or there is a small cabinet above the washing machine. There are alot of hidden tree stumps in the front and back yard so you kinda have to watch your step. My husband was is in a walking cast and that made it a little difficult for him.

This property was perfect for our stay. Our kids and grandson joined us for the weekend. We were close to my mom so it was great for our family weekend.

Property was great,rules for checking in were difficult drove for 9hrs and couldn’t check in 1 hr early unless we pay 20 dollars an hr.we’re told if we used the grill and they had to clean it it would cost extra.opened the grill and it was so rusty we wouldn’t use it as we would have to clean it first.

We arrived at midnight, it was nice to walk into a clean and roomy townhouse. The beds were big and comfy and having two full bathrooms worked out perfect. The area is quiet and convenient to surrounding areas. The pool and small park are clean and well maintained, we enjoyed sitting on the bench watching the water, really peaceful. The mornings were spent on the back screened in patio enjoying coffee and watching the wildlife. Melinda was very gracious and responsive from the start. The townhouse was supplied with so much additional items, which came in very handing after deep sea fishing we came home with burns and the cabinet contained Aloe for a little comfort. There are lots of stores and restaurants close by. We will definitely stay here again.
