Perfect condo for our ski trip! Lots of space, games, fully stocked kitchen and right across the street from the bus stop. The owners were very responsive to any questions and stocked the condo with all the basics! Highly recommend and hope to return next year!

The location was convenient to the mountain. Parking was close. Spacious funky split level with multiple comfortable spaces. Nicely updated and well equiped kitchen. Property manager was responsive and helpful.

Place is very large with multiple levels and everything needed to cook and eat. Shuttle just out the parking lot and easy 5 min ride to slopes. 17-20 on the way back. Easy communication and able to work out late check out. Definitely recommend! Great trip!!

Carla was very easy to reach and was very responsive. There was plenty of room and enough sleeping accommodations in for a family of 6. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes/pots/pans and spices. The bus stop was easy to walk to, although there were a few icy spots en route to the stop. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we had an amazing time.

We had a nice stay for our ski trip to Steamboat. Nice and spacious. Had a little challenge getting access to property as the key in lockbox did not work. Owner was very responsive and had someone come with working key within 15 minutes.

A small group of us stayed here for the SBT Gravel race. It was a good size for us and convenient to town. Great kitchen and grill! The lower overall rating is due to one bathroom having no shower and my friend in the downstairs bedroom finding a handful of spiders, including in her bed. Sometimes that can’t be helped, but seems there should be some way to keep most of them from coming in. Also note there is no A/C if it is summer. Not an issue once it cools down at night, but it can get warm and stuffy for a good chunk of the day.

My family with two young kids stayed here for a long weekend. The property could have held many more family members and was well stocked for an easy stay. Check in and communication was a breeze. We were able to take the free bus to the Ski base as well as downtown for a great weekend. The pool was almost next door, as well. We would like to come back!

Straight forward experience

There are two city bus lines that stop for Herbage: the green and yellow line. The bus comes once very 15 minutes so if you just miss the bus, another will be coming in 15 minutes. As the next to last stop, the ride to the mountain is less than 5 minutes. Conversely, being the next to last stop, the ride from the mountain is 17 minutes - but at the end of day an extra few minutes getting home is not a problem! Herbage are older units, but this unit has been completely updated with new bathrooms and kitchen appliances. Carla's unit is as close to a home as we have rented, complete with a spice rack second to none! Everything you need to cook is in the kitchen from triplicates of pots and pans to three sets of cast iron frying pans. Throughout the unit there are personal touches including a western saddle on he railing! Plenty of room with 4 king/queen beds and pull out sofa bed on the landing. Finally, having the locker at the mountain is a big plus! Get on the bus in your street shoes, walk to the locker at the gondola, put on your ski boots, take you skis and polls from the locker and walk to the lifts. There are also discounts for ski tuning and clothing at Christi's just above the lockers. Highly recommend!

Perfect for small extended family including kids! Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of games and toys for kids!

You really cannot beat the location - it was right next to the bus stop. We went ahead and took all of our equipment to the locker the night before, so were able to just hop on the bus and head up right to the slopes the next morning. The host was communicative. The chalet itself was nice; plenty of beds, tons of areas for gathering. However, it is definitely an open-style chalet with minimum insulation, so you could have a pretty clear conversation with someone through closed doors and at opposite ends of the house. Totally fine for a family gathering, but something to consider if you like to be able to have a quiet moment. We also had some concerns about housekeeping; there was trash leftover in one of the bedroom cans, dog hair all over one of the sheet sets, and human hair on the pillows of another. In fairness the sheets are flannel so things tend to "stick", and the rest of the place was immaculate. Overall I would recommend this location.

We had a great at this condo and will stay here again. The condo is on multiple levels, so everyone had privacy and was able to gather in the kitchen and living room areas. It has a wonderful location as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the VRBO. It was the perfect spot for taking the bus to the mountain for snobarding/skiing and downtown too. Also, Carla had the house so well equipped spices, appliances etc. Everything in the house was so well stocked. The layout was great with the varied living areas. We were not disappointed!

This condo is exactly what we were looking for. Very spacious. The layout is unique which made it fun for the kids. Owners were very easy to deal with. Very convenient to have the bus pick us up in the parking lot and take us right to the slopes. We would definitely stay again!

Love this place. Back for a second time. We are up for the World Pro Ski race. It is easy access to everything. Such a cozy place. Highly recommend.

What a great property, it had everything you could need for a great relaxing ski vacation. Check in was super easy and proximity to the bus stop was super convenient. Would highly recommend!

Very nice and well stocked. Good for 7 people with 4+ bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We would stay again. Minor problems: the electric outlets in the bathroom behind the kitchen did not work. Some hot weather (August), could have used air conditioning.

Check in was simple. We loved steamboat and your condo is wonderful! Clean and stocked so well! Close proximity to everything. It was spacious and we all had enough space 😀 definitely coming back.
