We had the best time in Lauderdale by the sea, laid back town and very friendly people. The property was perfect for my family,my two boys would of stayed in the pool all day and night if we didn’t make them get out to eat. We ate most of our meals out on the patio under the gazebo it was very relaxing. I highly recommend if you are here to take advantage of the circuit it is a free bus service that will pick you up and take you around for free just leave a tip if you want. The drivers were awesome and very helpful with ideas to do around town this was a nice tip from Chelsea since we had a issue with our rental car. Overall I would definitely recommend a stay at the Chelsea.

We had a wonderful stay! Amazing outdoor area with a heated pool and lots of places to lounge, cozy and clean living quarters, and in a great location! We had a very relaxing vacation.

This property is private and quiet. A short walk to the beach carrying a chair and beach bag provided. Also, short walk into town which offers many restaurants and shops.
Comfortable bed with soft linens. Cooked a lot so appreciated the kitchen and provisions. Chelsea was available to answer questions although information was clear.

In one word - perfection. The property is beautifully maintained and the private pool area makes you never want to leave except that the beach is so close that you know you must put your toes in the sand too. Chelsea is such a friendly person and her beautiful fused glass pieces throughout the property are an added bonus. If ever in the area again there is nowhere else we would stay.

Our stay at LBTS was exactly as expected; beautiful private pool space, close to beach/restaurants, and clean, cozy living space for the week. We walked everywhere we went and ate everything from seafood, Italian, Chicago Style Pizza, French, and our favorite jerk chicken at Alexandra’s! Chelsea was extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly. We had everything we needed. Can’t wait to visit again in the future!!

Wonderful experience staying for a week at this property. Communication with the owner was excellent. Clean, modern, and well stocked. Located an easy walk to the little downtown area of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and the beach. Loved the cart with beach chairs and umbrella that was available for our use. The outdoor space was just what a couple of snowbirds needed:) The pool was heated to the perfect temperature. Carol, the owner, was so gracious to let me have a peek at her glass art studio that is on site. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay! Suite had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. Pool/backyard is your own private oasis. We walked or biked everywhere because everything is so close. Carol is a gem! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The beach was lovely and not crowded at Hibiscus portal.

Great place for a relaxing vacation
We loved our time at Carol's place. The heated private pool was great. It is walking (10 mins) distance to the main attractions of LBTS. 5 min walk to the beach. The bed was comfortable. We spent most of our time on the covered patio. We will definitely book this place again, when we are in LBTS.

A Month in Paradise
My girlfriend and I are an older couple,80's. We are widow and widower. This Chelsea's property turned out to be all we expected and more. Slept late worked a little (remote WiFi was perfect) had breakfast at pool, napped, cleaned up and went out for dinner at the selection of fine restaurants in Lauderdale by the Sea and surrounding area. Nightcap at one of the many lively bars and back home,TV,and sleep ( very comfortable king bed.Might be a little tight for larger families. Being from Boston MA we were glad to miss the snow and freezing temps. We hope this property is available next season, maybe longer than the month we were there this year.

Great family vacation
We had a wonderful time! The property was amazing. We had everything we could have wanted at our fingertips! We enjoyed the short walk to the downtown area, beach and basketball courts/playground. The pool was the perfect size and temperature for our family vacation. Would highly recommend this property!

The Chelsea
This was the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing vacation. Our host was friendly and helpful. We wanted for nothing. The backyard and pool are gorgeous! The beach and great food were all within walking distance.

Quiet / Close to Beach
Great communication and owner was very responsive. Close to beach, quiet neighborhood and awesome patio/pool deck made evenings relaxing. Everything went great. The kitchen area is best for light meals.

Wonderful Family Getaway
This was the perfect rental for our family: private pool and backyard, a few blocks from the beach and a short walk to restaurants with outdoor seating. We had an awesome time!
Chelsea, the owner, lives in the front of the house and was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She made some great recommendations for activities for our boys.
The space was small for our family of four, but we didn’t spend very much time inside. The rooms are clean and modern with a beachy vibe.
I highly recommend this rental for a beach vacation!

Great Location, Clean, and we’ll thought out
We stay at many VRBO’s in FL and this one is on the top of the list. The owner has really gone the extra mile and it is very well put together, clean, and has all the little extras you need. Many of the VRBO’s down here are empty houses that have just the bare essentials, it was really nice to have someone that actually put some thought into it, and provides a nice house with everything you need for a getaway. Thanks!!
