Great location and very unique Frank Lloyd Wright design-type house. House was very clean and comfortable and the host answered the few questions within minutes of us reaching out. Enjoyed our stay tremendously.

We stayed in the Paradise Hills home for a family get together. The entire home is gorgeous and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable throughout. The home is very private and the views are unbelievable. Working with the management and check in/out process is very easy. Highly recommended!

This home is 5 stars across the board and in a wonderful private setting built into the mountain. The Property Manager, Chelsea, was wonderful to work with. We would highly recommend this property.

We had a group of 8 adults and this house was absolutely great. The location, the views, the house itself...all exceeded our expectations. Chelsea was there to greet us and make sure everything went smoothly at check in. And she was a great help with any questions we had. We particularly liked having all of the rooms spread out with their own bathrooms, as that can be difficult to find at times.

Our family enjoyed every moment of our vacation at this beautiful home. The home is spacious, beautifully furnished and very comfortable, with stunning mountain views. We loved the pool area and the very spacious deck that overlooks Paradise Country Club. The mountain views from the deck are incredible, day and night. The property manager Chelsea was great to work with, very responsive and accommodating.

Our family had an incredible experience staying at this home. From check in through check, out the process was simple and stress free. The home has a lot of space to stretch out and the views on the deck are so much better in person than what the photos show on the site. Highly recommended and we hope to stay there again next year!

This was my first experience with VRBO and it was excellent. My brother spotted the listing and the property was all that the listing promised. It was extremely well appointed so that we were able to cook meals for the 8 of us. The primary suite is a gem. I would encourage any group of 8 to grab this one

This was our 3rd time renting this property and each stay has been incredible. Chelsea is amazing to work with and keeps an open line of communication throughout our stay. The house has always been kept in great condition and this stay was no different. We love the privacy of where this house is located and also love how close we are to so many great restaurants and other activities. We can't wait to plan our next stay!

This home above Paradise Valley golf course definitely has the wow factor. The interior is beautifully decorated, appropriate to the mid-century modern FL Wright style. It’s clean, spacious and airy, with a pool we didn’t use, only because the weather was chilly. Chelsea-the home manager-was very attentive and directions for using the house were very clear. The best thing of all for us were the sunset views of Camelback Mtn and the golf course. We definitely want to return!

This was the second time my family and I stayed at this property and our experience was extremely enjoyable! The owners made a wide variety of furniture and window covering upgrades throughout the house since our last stay and everything they did was impeccable. The feeling throughout the home is luxury but in the most comfortable way. We ended up staying in a few nights just because the furniture was so inviting to simply hang out. Chelsea does an incredible job managing this property and is always so quick to respond to any questions we send her way. It's always a pleasure to stay at this property and we can't wait to check in again early next year!

This was a girlfriend's getaway for me and a few of my high school pals. The home was well-appointed with everything one would need to enjoy serving meals. The beds and bedding were comfortable and the views were extraordinary! There were many different spots in and about the property for the larger group to congregate or to branch off for more private conversations. This property will become a yearly spot for fun and relaxation!

We went for a long week end to celebrate a friends 50th. Great place to relax after golf and enjoy the views. I would use the property again if we go back to Scottsdale

This was a pleasant stay with friends. Chelsea the host was easy to get a hold of when we had to figure out how to turn down the music volume outside (enjoyed the in house ceiling speakers). Good location and nicely appointed home, especially compared to other VRBO rentals where they just drop cheap furniture in the house. I would definitely rent this place again because of the overall value. My only complaint is that it needs a deep clean as you can see where the cleaners do a fast clean missing all the dust and under the bed dirt. The house needs updates and other minor work needs to be done.

This property is just as beautiful, if not more, than the photos. It's an easy drive to Old Town Scottsdale and communication with the property manager was timely and efficient - she went above and beyond to handle a couple of things for our group before we arrived. We really enjoyed the pool and sundeck area. The lower level living room is perfect for a large group to relax on the couch together. I'd go back with a group to this home anytime. It was perfect.

As a frequent visitor to Scottsdale, I have stayed at Many rental properties and this is my favorite one by far. It is a spectacular private estate located in the heart of Paradise Valley. It brings a old school charm from the 50s with the Frank Loyd Wright influence. the house is spacious with a great feel and flow to it but still allows for a sense of privacy for each individual room. The decor and interior are gorgeous. The amenities abound with a beautiful property, a great view, large outdoor space and patio and gorgeous pool. There is plenty of outdoor seating with a wonderful fire pit, a gorgeous backyard fountain that adds to the serenity and beauty. The house feels amazingly private yet warm and cozy. The daily sunsets and views from the rooftop patio are breathtaking and priceless. I plan on making this my regular oasis in the desert. Great location in the heart of paradise valley with easy close access to Camelback Mountain and walking trails. Chelsea was great to work with and couldn’t have been nicer. You will not regret staying here.

Our family had a great experience at this awesome house in the Paradise Valley area. The house is unique with a lot of personality. We loved the lay-out inside and outside. The 360 degree views from the sundeck area of the surrounding mountains were outstanding throughout the day, especially every morning. The kitchen was well appointed, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect for all activities in the Phoenix-Scottsdale area. Chelsea was very responsive and easy to work with. Our family would definitely stay in this home again in the future!

Exactly as advertised. Very responsive property manager. Would come back. Note: bedrooms 3 and 4 are somewhat less desirable than the master and second bedroom. Wasn’t an issue for us.

Everything was good , had a lot issues with the music and it was handled , great location, water feature was nice but can not run it very long.

Our group of nine stayed at the property the weekend after Thanksgiving. The house is amazing. The pictures on the site do not capture the essence of the house. The views and tranquility of the setting are priceless. The rooftop deck at night was a favorite for morning breakfast and nighttime viewing of Christmas lights. Other perks were the well appointed kitchen, whole house surround system, waterfall, and firepit. We would highly recommend this house for family who wishes to feel at home, away from home.

I was in Scottsdale for a long weekend with a group of girlfriends and this house was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was beautifully decorated with luxurious touches everywhere. Chelsea was very responsive whenever I had questions and was accommodating when we needed to check out a little later due to a delayed flight and a breastfeeding mother needing to keep mill frozen. I was very appreciative of her help. Would recommend a stay 100%! Gorgeous, best part of town, and amazing views!

Property is as advertised- beautiful. Great location. Four guys on a golf trip. Very clean and well equipped. Property manager made everything very easy. Checked in to make sure all was well. Great place. We would definitely stay here again!
