This was a perfect spot for our family! Seven is of us stayed for 5 nights. Very easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Short drive to Sea Pines. Community was very quiet and relaxing.

The pictures don’t do justice to the size of the condo! It’s in a perfect location and close to everything. The owners provided all we needed for the beach (chairs, toys, wagon, towels, umbrella) and had a well stocked kitchen. We loved that the beach, shops, playground, and restaurants were easily walkable for my 2.5 year old

Would definitely stay here again! We loved the convenience of being able to walk to Coligny in 10-15 minutes for shopping, restaurants and of course ice cream. Beach was an easy walk and pool steps away. Owner was super quick at responding to questions. Appreciated all of the beach towels and beach chairs! The kitchen was well stocked-including a new Keurig! Beds were very comfortable!! Loved having TV’s in all the bedrooms and living room.

We rented this unit with one other family! The bunk room was perfect for the 4 kids to share, and each couple had their own room with a king bed. Great location to Coligny Plaza and straight shot walk to the beach. When we had questions, the host was very quick to reply and very helpful! We had a great week here and would definitely rent it again!

We've stayed all over the island over the last 10 years, but this rental is the best by far. It is close to Coligny, the beach and bike paths. The host even has bikes to rent, and beach chairs and sand toys were at the condo! We can't wait to come back here!

Excellent!! Short vacation with family

This property was wonderful! There was enough room for our family to spread out, the amenities were outstanding and the location can’t be beat. Everything was super clean and nicely updated. The owners take great pride in their property. From the small touches— plug in & hand soap in the bathrooms as well as beach chairs & grill— this unit truly is well appointed. We were worried about coming to HHI so early in the season but between the beach & convenient pool, it was great even the last week of March! There is a direct path to the beach via a walkway through the Sea Side Villas so it’s super close to all the action. The owner responded quickly to all inquiries, even before the VRBO app would notify me. I can’t recommend this rental enough.

We enjoyed our short stay this past weekend. The complex is small but the location is great and parking is easy. The unit was spacious and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. I greatly appreciated the fact that there were spices and other basics there. Even though you are close to everything, the unit was really quiet! Communication with the property managers was also top-notch. Two minor suggestions (1) I would recommend leaving a laundry tablet since guests are asked to throw towels in the washing machine upon checkout and start it--we had one so it wasn't an issue but could be for someone else, and (2) it would be helpful for some towels to be placed in the bathrooms ahead of time rather than in the linen closet only, so people are not caught without a towel when they need one. These didn't affect our stay but could be helpful in the future. All in all, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend the unit.

This 3 bedroom townhouse is excellent in every way. The location, decor, cleanliness, and owner are all superb!

Super close to beach, celebration park and coligny. Ran to get coffee at Panera each morning. It helped that our weather was perfect and 82 degrees.

This condo helped make our stay in Hilton Head that much better! It had plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 kids, and all the amenities you would need. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to Coligny plaza with restaurants and shopping, and the pool is steps away. The condo was clean, the furniture an amenities where perfect, and checking in and out was easy. It was nice having plenty of bath towels, sheets and pillows provide, as well as extra beach towels if needed. I would highly recommend staying here because it made our trip that much easier and relaxing.

What an awesome place to stay! It was so CLEAN and welcoming. 3 bedrooms with large beds and 2 full baths gave our family plenty of room to move around and was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully furnished with all utensils/cooking aids and necessities. The beach was just a short walk across the street. We will book this home away from home place again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The owner was responsive before, during, and after our stay. The unit was pretty clean and the finishes were all in great shape, nothing appeared run down. Location is great, unit was very close to the pool, very short walk to the beach and the Coligny area. Maybe it was the time we were there but the courtyard was quiet at the unit almost all the time, which was nice. The beach wasn't overcrowded either. Will definitely consider this unit if we return to HHI.

Everything was great! A few constructive comments: A couple more kitchen towels would be helpful. There were two, which worked for us because we used some bath hand towels and had laundry detergent. We were confused at check in when a lockbox was mentioned but we just used the digital deadbolt. They provided one dishwasher tab per night and no laundry detergent, which was no problem because they told us ahead about laundry. They had a lot of baby items, but no baby gate for the stairs. It would be above and beyond to have that, but so so helpful with three levels!All said the host was amazing to us , responding quickly to the one issue that came up. Everything was exactly as expected and we would stay again.

Stayed here for a week with my family and another family. In total we had 3 kids under 2 and this place was great for us. Easy walk to the beach and right by the pool!

The condo have everything you could possible need. Very clean and the location is sooo convenient. We spent every day on the beach and in the pool. We loved the restaurants near by. We will be back next year! Thank you Sasha!!

My family with four young children had a wonderful time at this condo. The location was excellent - walking distance to the beach and shops plus access to the pool in the courtyard. The accommodations were wonderful. Just as pictured, comfortable, and perfect for a large family (bunk beds are a must for us!). I have a toddler so I was a little nervous about all the stairs, but this place was actually well suited for little ones. The condo comes with a pack n play, high chair, and even a baby gate that kept my little one from climbing the three flights of stairs! I would definitely stay here again.

After losing a close friend, we decided to make a conscious effort to see two other close friends. Our accommodations were perfect. Everything was great. Could not have been more pleased.
